Post Office next to city hall (Coral Springs).

Now that Christmas is over on mid-morning of 12/29/2023 I came inside this post office for assistance. Only 2 people ahead of me in line. Two "postal" employees working the counter. I was in need of mailing assistance. I told the woman in line ahead of me after a good deal of waiting "I didn't know I WAS GONNA' be here All Day." She giggled in agreement. I was hoping I'd get the male employee who seemed amiable if not jovial. I had difficulty approaching the counter where the female employee was stationed, at first, because a longish line of new people who hung their arms over the boundary divider bar partially blocked me. When I FINALLY reached what I thought would be her help she (female employee) would not greet me or look at me but repeatedly said "just a minute (with a mean expression on her face)" though I had not said anything to her as of yet. When she was ready to hear what I wanted she said it was not possible for me to use the "wet sponge" envelope sealer and that "[she] did not have one." It was a very long time to wait I thought for non-friendly, unhelpful customer service. I actually thought I recognized her so even though she was not too nice I stated "I think I know you ... from the gym." She, with more hostility, stated in improper English "I don't go to NO gym." Everyone in the queue laughed out Loud (lol). I am glad to be out of there. She seems ready to "go Postal" before the New Year 2024.

I came in right before Christmas to mail some gifts off. The young woman who helped me said they would get there on that Tuesday after Christmas. And they did, so big kudos to her! She helped choose a package so it would get there in one piece. The line was smooth sailing I was in and out within a few mins.

Empty Shelves ! Plan on staying here for an hour . Worse than doctors office

I visit this usps often , it's always packed and seems short staff . They normally don't have enough supplies out in lobby

I honestly had no clue this Post Office was a mile ish down the street from where I live. I've been trekking too far for too long. One thing all USPS stores have in common- insanely long lines. When I walked in my immediate reaction was to walk back out but I needed to ship this package I had so I waited patiently in the line. An associate walked through the line making sure we were all ready to get checked out and then noticed they had a express kiosk off to the side that they'd shuffle people off to. Essentially, if you were just mailing a package and were paying with some sort of card, you'd be taken out of the line to be waited on. If you needed tracking or additional services, you'd have to get back in line. In the end, I ended up being waited on by a really nice Postal Worker who got me some stamps and mailed my package for me. I was kind of impressed. That line was extremely long and I buzzed through it in minutes. These people hustled to get us in and out, and the best part is- they didn't sacrifice any service to do so. They were friendly and welcoming and now I know exactly where I'll be going the next time I need to visit a post office.

No mailing forms available - but plenty of LGBTQ and other decals. The flagship store for worst customer service.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell it might take a while, but I was determined to get it done. There were multiple people behind the counter, but only one person was actively helping customers at a time. Initially, a woman was assisting, and then a man took over. By that point, there were about seven people in front of me. When I finally reached the counter, I had a few questions since I do not ship items often. I thought my label was already printed, but it actually needed to be written out. I was told to go back to the end of the line. Thankfully, the line was much shorter the second time, so it did not take too long. However, when I returned to the counter, the employee assisting me was rude, which was disappointing. I also noticed the employees being rude to one another while working. I understand that disagreements happen, but it did not feel professional to handle them that way in front of customers. Overall, it was not the worst experience, but it definitely could have been better.

The staff is incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a smile and making the whole process quick and painless -- which, let's be honest, isn't something you usually say about a post office. For some reason, my packages ship faster from here than from other USPS locations nearby. Maybe it's magic, maybe it's efficiency, maybe it's just that they actually seem to enjoy helping people. Either way, I'm not questioning it. Parking is easy, dropping off is a breeze, and since it's in a strip mall, you can knock out a few errands or grab a coffee while you're here. It's the kind of convenience you don't realize matters until you have it. I love having this place so close to home. Whether I'm shipping something important, picking up mail, or just dropping off returns, this post office makes the whole thing simple and stress-free.

The sir up front "Jim" is the rudest person I have EVERRR encountered. I ask him to build a box for me which I'm sure is part of his job and even if it isn't it's what a considerate person working in CUSTOMER SERVICE would do. I was with my mother carrying a bag of things that I was sending and he refused too. I asked him if there was anyone else that could help and he said "no there's a long line i can't do it step out and build it." Before this happened I waited in line for about 10 minutes while he was assisting someone why couldn't he do the same for me . Can't other people be patient as well just like I was ? A kind gentleman in line saw and helped me and my mother . We had to make a line AGAIN and wait , and so we did. We finally get back to him and he says , please write from and to on the box. from the past times I have sent an item they always created the from and to label for me so i was not expecting this. Which I had no problem doing but he could've told us that before so we wouldn't have to make a line AGAINN. We get in line again and the gentleman that was first in line said "you could come up front again don't make a line" and that's when JIM decided to say "yeah you don't have to make a line again" he clearly did this on purpose and honestly if your going to be rude don't work in customer service. I don't know what this man had against me but I have never been treated this way before.

I've been going here for over 13 years. My company drops off packages every day at this post office. I even know most of the employees by name. Truthfully, they don't lose too many packages, they're delayed but rarely lost. So when I had a missing package I was expecting the supervisor to react very differently. Prepaid packages can be dropped off in a set of bins at the end of the counter. All of the package were scanned except for one so a few days later I went into the post office, with paperwork showing that it was accepted at the location. I was asked to wait for a supervisor. I waited and waited and waited and 20 minutes later, someone came out and he was so rude and nasty. His first words were..What do you want? I explained the situation and he kept screaming at me "where's your proof...you didn't ship it ...you didn't drop it off it's not here.... I won't help you, come back Monday and talk to the manager" As I was walking out, a woman stopped me and said, I can't believe how he spoke to you. I never would've taken that from anyone! Will I continue to drop off packages here, unfortunately, yes. Does the supervisor care how he treats customers... No, he doesn't have to. Oh, and BTW the package showed up at the destination five days later. No need to be nasty or rude.
