One thing all USPS stores have in common- insanely long lines. When I walked in my immediate reaction was to walk back out but I needed to ship this package I had so I waited patiently in the line. An associate walked through the line making sure we were all ready to get checked out and then noticed they had a express kiosk off to the side that they'd shuffle people off to. Essentially, if you were just mailing a package and were paying with some sort of card, you'd be taken out of the line to be waited on. If you needed tracking or additional services, you'd have to get back in line. In the end, I ended up being waited on by a really nice Postal Worker who got me some stamps and mailed my package for me. I was kind of impressed. That line was extremely long and I buzzed through it in minutes. These people hustled to get us in and out, and the best part is- they didn't sacrifice any service to do so. They were friendly and welcoming and now I know exactly where I'll be going the next time I need to visit a post office.

I came in with an official USPS Label Broker QR code for a Priority Mail label that had already been purchased and paid for through USPS Click-N-Ship. The "Print Later at Post Office" option had been selected specifically so that an employee could scan the code and print the prepaid label. The staff repeatedly refused even to scan the QR code and incorrectly insisted that I needed to pay again. I calmly explained several times that everything had already been paid for online, but they were dismissive, ignored what I was saying, and refused to perform this basic service. I asked for a supervisor or manager and was told that no one was available. After several minutes of being ignored and dismissed, I had to raise my voice simply to get someone to listen and scan the code. When an employee finally scanned it, the code worked immediately--exactly as I had explained from the beginning. This was an awful and needlessly stressful experience. The employees appeared completely unfamiliar with their own USPS Click-N-Ship and Label Broker services and showed no willingness to listen or help. Staff at this location urgently need proper training and significantly better customer-service standards. No customer should have to argue and demand assistance simply to receive a service that has already been paid for

The staff is incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a smile and making the whole process quick and painless -- which, let's be honest, isn't something you usually say about a post office. For some reason, my packages ship faster from here than from other USPS locations nearby. Maybe it's magic, maybe it's efficiency, maybe it's just that they actually seem to enjoy helping people. Either way, I'm not questioning it. Parking is easy, dropping off is a breeze, and since it's in a strip mall, you can knock out a few errands or grab a coffee while you're here. It's the kind of convenience you don't realize matters until you have it. I love having this place so close to home. She was just finishing up checking out her last customer and asked her multiple times to please check the printing paper might of ran out and that may be the issue. She said that she's going on her lunch and that she cannot help me and that I need to come back she was extremely rude. She did not want to help me even though I was having issues with their machine all because she needed to go on her lunch break this is very unacceptable and very unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager, and she refuse to give me any sort of information about the Manager. She has no compassion and didn't care that I was seven months pregnant and I'd let her know that I was drove and I live 20 minutes away, and she did not care when all she had to do was simply check the printing paper and she couldn't because she had to go on her lunch break. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it might take a while, but I was determined to get it done. There were multiple people behind the counter, but only one person was actively helping customers at a time. Initially, a woman was assisting, and then a man took over. By that point, there were about seven people in front of me. When I finally reached the counter, I had a few questions since I do not ship items often. I thought my label was already printed, but it actually needed to be written out. I was told to go back to the end of the line. Thankfully, the line was much shorter the second time, so it did not take too long. However, when I returned to the counter, the employee assisting me was rude, which was disappointing. I also noticed the employees being rude to one another while working. I understand that disagreements happen, but it did not feel professional to handle them that way in front of customers. Overall, it was not the worst experience, but it definitely could have been better.
