    Tracking info for the item

The workers at this facility are the most incompetent workers I've ever seen. They all need to be fired and be replaced with people that are capable of doing the job and helping the locals. This is the worst local PO You would deal with. I go there and I stated I need help Right off the bat he was not going to help me with the attitude. So I explained the issue that the tracking number is showing insufficient address and was taken back to the PO. He took my address to the back comes back and said the carrier said they delivered all the packages. I'm thinking dude are you serious thats fine that the carrier said that BUT if the package is showing insufficient address why would you ask the carrier, help me locate the package with the tracking number to see if it's sitting in the back. He then went on to say there nothing he can do, I'm thinking dude You did nothing to help me, you didn't even pull up the tracking info... to see what pile the package might be in if any.. Then they say we should support our USPS when they don't try to help you at all with there bad attitudes.

These stamps were supposed to have a scannable bar code. They came out of the USPS machine in the lobby like this.

Well, here's an unexpected thing that happened when I went to this post office about about 2 months ago. I bought about $40 worth of forever stamps from the stamp machine located in the lobby. This post office is located just East of the CVS on Coconut Parkway and west of banks road. The lobby with stamp machines and mail slots are available 24hours a day. The stamp machine printed these stamps ( see photo ). Listen, it's the Post Office. I don't question their machines. So, I'm using these stamps here and there for 2 months. I went into the post office this week to mail something special. I put too much postage on it but I didn't care. I went to the counter and the lady says it needs stamps and that I have no stamps on it. What? It seems the postage machine in the lobby failed to print scan bars on the stamps. From the photo you can see that the left side of the stamp is blank. Again, it's the Post Office's machine. I didn't question it. I spoke to a Supervisor who accepted the envelope but said only this time. I went home and got my other sheets of stamps. It was obvious they came from a USPS machine. I had 39 stamps and they replaced them. Look at my photo. Make sure your stamps don't come out of the machine like this...

I always wondered about the term "Going postal". I know they say postal workers go crazy from the job but to be honest I think its the postal customers that should be "going postal"! Have been in line for 15 minutes just to he told another person there will need to assist. So am still waiting and just heard the woman in front of me be told that postal delivery is not required to take packages to her home because she doesnt live on the ground floor.....so her package is missing. Even though she paid for shipping they dont have to deliver? I have had the same experience as her. It makes no sense.

If I could choose one star, I surely would. We spent the morning waiting for an express package from out of the country waiting and heard the postal carrier drive by. We went outside but she had turned the corner and in my box was a "we're sorry we missed you" notice. That's complete B.S. it should have read I'm sorry I was too lazy to get out of my mail truck. Anyway so I drive to the post office a few hits later thinking I could get my package and the person there, Neil, after I waited 30 minutes in line, told me I'd have to try tomorrow. I explained that my mail carrier neglected to come to my door and he asked me if perhaps I had been in the bathroom. So to have my bathroom habits questioned when the carrier didn't do their job was very annoying and rude. So I asked Neil if I could speak with Dan the manager providing excellent service according to a sign on the wall. Neil then rudely told me that Dan doesn't work 24 hours a day. So I left because I wasn't getting my package. The next day I was able to pick it up...the fact that I had to go twice, spend almost one hour in total in line for a package that was paid as express was very very annoying. It was obviously something important to me. Thank you 33071 carrier for Shadowwood for being so lazy. I sure hope someone maybe Dan sees this...unless he's in the bathroom.

This post office is extremely busy, and always understaffed. I come here 3-4 times a week on my slow season and 6 day a week on peak season, so I know it's not only sometimes. I usually don't deal with the postal workers since I print my labels on line. Sometimes I have to, and while some of the workers are nice and helpful, some are rude. Ready to go packages get stacked on a corner counter and because of the amount of people who comes through here, sometimes they are so high, there's just no room for more. You can stand on line and hand them to a worker, but there are a couple who will tell you to leave them on the counter. I know they are overworked, and they're doing their best, but it is frustrating. This office closes at 7:00 pm, nice and late. It is located right by the Coral Square Mall

Wow a stamp is actually still $.49 !!!!

The staff is incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a smile and making the whole process quick and painless -- which, let's be honest, isn't something you usually say about a post office. For some reason, my packages ship faster from here than from other USPS locations nearby. Maybe it's magic, maybe it's efficiency, maybe it's just that they actually seem to enjoy helping people. Either way, I'm not questioning it. Parking is easy, dropping off is a breeze, and since it's in a strip mall, you can knock out a few errands or grab a coffee while you're here. It's the kind of convenience you don't realize matters until you have it. I love having this place so close to home. Whether I'm shipping something important, picking up mail, or just dropping off returns, this post office makes the whole thing simple and stress-free.

The sir up front "Jim" is the rudest person I have EVERRR encountered. I ask him to build a box for me which I'm sure is part of his job and even if it isn't it's what a considerate person working in CUSTOMER SERVICE would do. I was with my mother carrying a bag of things that I was sending and he refused too. I asked him if there was anyone else that could help and he said "no there's a long line i can't do it step out and build it." Before this happened I waited in line for about 10 minutes while he was assisting someone why couldn't he do the same for me . Can't other people be patient as well just like I was ? A kind gentleman in line saw and helped me and my mother . We had to make a line AGAIN and wait , and so we did. We finally get back to him and he says , please write from and to on the box. from the past times I have sent an item they always created the from and to label for me so i was not expecting this. Which I had no problem doing but he could've told us that before so we wouldn't have to make a line AGAINN. We get in line again and the gentleman that was first in line said "you could come up front again don't make a line" and that's when JIM decided to say "yeah you don't have to make a line again" he clearly did this on purpose and honestly if your going to be rude don't work in customer service. I don't know what this man had against me but I have never been treated this way before.
