I've had numerous packages go missing from this post office. They said they were delivered , but no where to be found. One package was delivered to the wrong address, they knew where it was but couldn't get it back. There's one person that works there, who is in the package pick up area in the back who is excellent. The only person there that knows and cares what she's doing. As much as she would be missed there, she should be promoted to a higher position. read more

When I was young boy growing up in the 70's and early 80's, this post office was clean, spotless with superior customer service. Unfortunately, the times and the neighborhood have changed and the place is now dirty, smelly, grimy and there is no longer any customer service by the employees. The place is so overcrowded that a simple transaction like buying stamps or picking up a package can take over an hour. Additionally, this post office now has the tendency of "losing" your packages and you have to constantly open up a cases with USPS to try to track your package. This is despicable an unacceptable that gross mismanagement by the staff is allowed to continue.If you wish to have anything mailed to you used FedEx or UPS. read more

I have the misfortune of having my mail delivered through this post office. I have been tracking a package and stayed home from work SPECIFICALLY for this package. My tracking updated at 7 am stating No Authorized Recipient available. NO ONE RANG MY DOOR BELL OR EVEN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. This is the 6TH TIME they've done this. Delivery worker didn't even leave an orange slip and they never do. Last week, My roommate left our door wide open the day he was expecting a certified mail letter. Mail carrier didn't even try to ring the doorbell but delivered our normal mail. He ran after her and she was ANNOYED he had the audacity to ask for his letter. Do your job USPS. Walked right up to the package pickup desk, no wait, friendly service, walked away within a minute with my package. However... horrible phone service. I also attempted to schedule a redelivery of my package so I didn't have to go in and even though I got an automated confirmation no one ever attempted to redeliver my package. All in all, I would say that as long as you only visit the post office and never try to do anything more complicated than that it's fine. read more

This place is terrible. I have had to file a case 3 times in the past week in order for my packages to be sent to me. The lines are long, the employees are TERRIBLE and have nasty atitudes. They NEVER deliver my package for the eight years I have lived here, they leave the little pink slip. It is the same for all of my neighbors. They don't answer the phone and they WILL hold your package for a LONG time without delivering it. This is a zero star review. Apparently you have to be PHYSICALLY OUTSIDE to have your package delivered. Stayed home all day to recieve a package that I PAID EXTRA to be delivered early, only to recieve a notice saying there was nowhere safe to leave the package. NO KNOCK. NO DOORBELL. NOTHING to indicate they were attempting to deliver. Wasted two hours at the post office only to be told I had to come back the next day to retrieve my package. I work during their office hours, meaning I have to wait an additional week for it. Unbelievable. read more
