He was rude to customers, acted aggressively toward the chef, and created a very uncomfortable environment. What's worse, he kept asking me for tips several times, which felt inappropriate and pushy. I also noticed signs that they may be selling illegal items, which is a serious concern. This place needs to be reported and investigated. I will never come back, and I don't recommend anyone to go there.

The guy was rude and told me that it would take 3 days to get my money back because they did not have money in the store . He lied to me!! I called western union customer service they told me once you do cancelations the money would be available immediately. I Googled them real quick, and was a bit freaked out by all of the really bad reviews. I was thinking "uh-oh this may not end well". I think some of that feeling was because I have had a few less-than-stellar experiences with Home Depot. Anyway, I got the tractor today. It WAS 1 day late, but the tracking and text messages I received from Estes were more detailed than USPS, UPS or Fedex, I was called last night (kind of a freaky bot call) to notify me of the delivery window, and the driver called about 30 minutes before delivery. The guy arrived right on time, unloaded the crate and put it right where I asked him to--which I was happy about since the crate weighed about 600lbs! So, just speaking from one experience, I was pleasantly surprised. If not for the 1-day late thing, which was no huge deal for me, I would have given them 4-stars.

Estes Express out of Seekonk Ma, was the delivery service. The driver left our large order at the wrong location that was not even similar to our address. We are located on Hood street and he left the delivery on Ray street. the driver was rude when called to explain himself and when I called to report to Estes local office in Seekonk where Tony the driver worked. They basically pretended they couldn't hear me when I stated I wanted to file a complaint and then hung up on me. When I called back, they shouted a profanity to me and hung up again. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with and I am going to make it my mission to leave negative reviews everywhere and report them to Home Depot as well.

They showed up to our place right on time, and were extremely careful, friendly and fast. Since we had just donated our car the day before our move, they let my husband ride in the truck with them to our new place, while I took the train. Their guys are really strong, and I was amazed at how efficiently they moved our stuff. When our bed wouldn't fit into the doorway, they found a way through the back porch and maneuvered it to our 2nd floor place without a scratch. They usually charge extra for this kind of thing, but thankfully gave us a break and did it without the charge. We were sure to tip them nicely, of course.

We were given a window between 8am and 12pm on a Sunday. We waited, and waited, and waited. A call at 1230pm from UE said the driver would be a 1/2 hour late.. um, obviously. At 130pm we called asking where our delivery was, and the company stated that they "are not responsible for meeting any time quote that was guaranteed" to us. Our items showed up around 215pm, and the movers were kind enough to add three huge gouges into our living room's hardwood floor - in addition to the damages left to our Ikea boxes/furniture! What an infuriating process. Why even bother giving me a time quote? Tell me anytime Sunday and I won't be so pissed off... Rent a truck and move your items yourself! That way you know what time they will arrive and that there will be no damage.

I think I was put on hold for a total of 2 hours over the course of 3 days! My ikea furniture was suppose to be delivered Saturday between 2-6pm. Not only did I cancel plans during the time frame, but also waiting an extra 3 hours after just in case it was running late. Not only that, I didn't get a phone call until 9:30pm saying "Oh, the truck broke down. Please reschedule in the morning." So I called in the morning and was told that it was rescheduled for today (Sunday) for 2-6pm. Okay. I cancelled all my Sunday afternoon plans and I waited .... and waited ... and waited. NOTHING CAME. I called again and was told "Oh, the truck driver never made it to work today and the truck is locked up." Then, he told me that he promised it will be delivered next day between 10 - 2pm. Monday morning rolled around, waited ... waited... waited... NOTHING CAME AGAIN!!!! I called each hour afterwards to only get the answer, "The truck is about an hour away..." LIARS!!!!! At this point, I couldn't be respectful anymore. I called IKEA, I called Urban Express. I complained... a lot. It's now 5pm Monday and I still have not gotten my stuff. I've wasted hours and hours of my time, hours and hours of being put on hold (using up my daytime minutes!) I want a refund ... and then some.
