Finally, after not being able to fulfill orders for a week, we requested to retrieve our inventory. It has now been nearly THREE WEEKS that our inventory has been offline and we can't get any definitive response regarding when we will be getting our assets back. Digging into comments/questions on social media show more than 45 of their clients are also being ignored and disregarded during this same time frame (and that's just the vocal ones).
