The guy said fill it up and sign on the bottom so we did and said it's complete then the lady came and she said you are not supposed to sign you should wait for me so I can see so I told her the guy told us to sign but we can make another copy and sign in front of you and she said no need it's OK for next time. We usually go there sometimes but I think it's time to find a new location or when we get there we should ask the guy to help us. Everyone please avoid the rude lady.

I see I am just the second review, but given the other review was 7 years ago, it's possible that…read morethings were different back then so I'll just speak about now. I have to say having just moved, Freight has been incredibly helpful. I've had a somewhat complex move with several things arriving at different times, trying to work with Transfer so they had to make just one shipment on this side of the channel, etc. and Freight has been incredibly responsive, flexible, kind, and polite. It's true they (to my knowledge) do have a bit of a monopoly but I never felt they treated me with anything other than their best effort. They are a busy office and so note that they may not always be there to pick up the phone the second you call (they are loading your shipment!) but I found them to be very responsive and clear, both through email and phone (even when I asked the same questions 10 times). Moving is not fun. Like most people, I hate it. I am very thankful that they were very patient with all my questions and yes all my stuff ended up in my new place a-okay.
