Trash Moved a $17K Restoration Hardware couch and $2K bookcase today and they put chips in the wood on a few of the edges, one edge even had a 1" splinter of wood protruding it was cut so deep, no protective wrapping at all; and for the couch they wrapped it a very thin layer of plastic, allowed metal to sit right up next to the couch during transport so that I punctured a hole in the side of the couch, scrape marks with broken plastic so the damage obviously occurred after they wrapped it, deep into the leather. There are dozens of large new scratch on the couch pillows where they mishandled them. They even wanted to drop the leather couch on its side rather than legs when putting it down on asphalt.
