This has to be the worst USPS facility in the state of Michigan. The representatives are very unfriendly. They're very rude and they are very unhelpful. This is the second time in the last two weeks that they have lost my mail which one was a certified letter and the other one was registered express mail and overnighted. The kiosk printed out the wrong delivery address (It put the return address on both "from" and "to"). I talked to a staff member to ask what to do, and they said just cross out the wrong "to" address and write down the correct one. I did that, and my package that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago to Chicago has just been circling around different distribution centers in Michigan. Also tried to call office to have them hold the package when it eventually got sent back to Ann Arbor (so they don't try to send it to Chicago again and go through the same mess). Overall positive experience with a quick package drop off. There is no drop off site outside the building so I had to park and go in. Parking is quite limited in front of the building. The front parking lot is also oddly a one way so if you don't find a spot then you have to loop back onto the street and pull in again. I had no problems with the package drop off area/bin and was back on the road on my way within a couple of minutes. read more

Ahh I was DREADING dropping off my package because post office plus holidays is a nightmare inducing combination! However this was a surprisingly smooth experience. It's a super convenient location for me. Really appreciate that they have the self service kiosks so I didn't have to wait in the general long line to ship my package. There was a short line for the kiosks but there was good signage for social distancing and folks were pretty good with that. I was in and out in 5-8 mins! A miracle for a post office!! As others have noted the parking situation is a little wonky. But overall, this was a positive experience. read more

Cannot speak to a human after trying six times over a whole afternoon. My problem could not be solved by their canned responses.

Went to the Main post office on Stadium Post Office. The line was out the door and there was one worker. He was only taking people mailing letters. The other worker who had been helping (when I first walked in) decided she needed to put stamps away, then a scanner in slow motion, completely oblivious to the full lobby of customers standing in line. She disappeared and never came back. No one else came to help out. After waiting for a fair amount of time and the line not moving I left. Very disappointed in the total lack of service! read more

Zero stars for the staff. I don't know if they're drugged or what. They move soooo slowly in very unprofessional unhurried non caring way. They have zero care about the elderly and employed customers that need to get to their jobs and take care of their daily matters. You are lucky if you get 2 employees arriving a very long line of 30 people. Those 2 employees will move, talk, think, and serve you VERY slowly. This post office belongs to a third world corrupt country bcs of their low quality slow mo. staff. They should either close it or fire all the staff and get ones who are developed and care about customers. Expect a wait time of an hour and 15 minutes for any small question that you have. read more

This office is GREAT. I mean really. They are such kind people. A lot of complaints are because of things that are out of the employee's control. The employee doesn't set pricing, they just do their job. They do a good job here. And I am really happy they are my local post office. read more

This post office has decided that it need to revise federal regulation to require "masking up" when other post office in the area do not. They are in violation of federal law at this point. I politely asked why they require masking up is required when other post offices don't require it and the bearded employee behind the counter loudly snapped at me in a rude, hostile, surly fashion, "Don't bite my head off, he began, cutting me off in mid-sentence, and launched to a hazy incoherent rant about how it is impossible to determine who decided to take the law into their own hands at this post office to restrict our civil liberties. This post office has for years fostered a culture of employing and retaining rude people who act like petty tyrants behind the counter and revel in abusing their customers whose tax dollars pay their salaries. read more

We have lived in A2 for 20+ years. I always leave this USPS branch pleased with the level of service provided. Hours are supportive of a busy schedule. Employees are competent, helpful and pleasant. No workers, wait times are hours even at 10 am! Thought I'd pop in really quickly, now I'm going to be late for work!

I keep weird hours so I appreciate that this post office has a 24 hour lobby where I can buy stamps or mail packages. The lobby is kind of sketch at night, a little dark, and the automatic doors don't work, but it is nice if you're on a time crunch. Inside, during business hours, it's all right too. They have some cute mailers and such if you're sending gifts or fun packages, and typically they have at least 2-3 staff people which keeps the line moving. I was there during 5pm yesterday and I was in and out within 10 minutes, which considering it's sort of "rush hour" time and the line was fairly long, is pretty good. Oh and the store area is kept up much better than the lobby and is, much brighter and cleaner for sure. Parking is a little annoying (in that there isn't much) but I've never really had trouble securing a spot. All in all not a bad option if you need a little postal action. read more

I've been to this post office many times and my review is long over due. Since I visit there on my way to work, I'm typically there around 8am when they open... it's not busy, but they only have one staff working when they open and slowly, others open up their counter at a set intervals.... I've also seen two staf working when they open... The staff I have interacted with are nice and I have never had any problems... when picking up my package, I'm in and out within 10 minutes... when sending mails, I'm in and out in 10 minutes.... parking can be some what challenging, especially when some of the customers decide to park next to the building thinking they will be in and out... Try to go early in the morning.... it'll save you a lot of time and energy. read more

While the USPS tracking system declares mail out for delivery early in the morning, this post office then fails to deliver. Again and again. In the winter they use the excuse "safety hazard", though this seems unrelated to actual conditions, porch video shows no postal worker ever attempting to approach. My guess is that they take the packages and mail home so they don't have to admit they didn't deliver... Saturday mail magically shows up Sunday morning. Seems the local post office is unaware the USPS is touting they deliver in all weather. Beware. Be sure you keep track of any important mails or packages as they may never show up. read more

I was notified that an Amazon package was not deliverable because the driveway was not accessible at 4:19 pm. The drive way had s-it tie snow on it less than could be measured by a ruler. At the time they said they stopped by I was outside sweeping what little snow on the driveway up and no carrier came by. We have gotten shoddy service from this particular carrier since they started servicing our neighborhood. This includes excessive speed by the carrier truck while children were playing and folks were walking there dogs. Totally unsatisfactory workmanship. read more

This review is for the USPS Liberty Station. Was expecting a small package to arrive last Monday, 3/13. Per the update on the USPS tracking # it says that it was delivered on 3/13, Monday @ 4pm-ish. I checked my apartment's mailbox and saw some other address'es mails instead of mine. At this point I already know that it's a gonner. Most likely it was kept for him/her-self, I knew this is likely as there were regular cases where my mails are partly opened, like checking if there's some money or check or any valuables that can be taken. Also, the way my case was handled after filing for a case was poorly handled. 1 - after speaking to the case handler I was advised that they will call me back. The full day has passed and no call received. 2 - called them 20 mins before their closing time - 6pm, the person placed me on-hold probably hoping that it would reach 6pm. 3 - called them again before 10 mins before 6pm, the person answered and claimed that the person cant hear me! Nuts! 3 - Another attemp of calling them 8 mins before 6pm. the person finally answered and can hear me... and eventually advised that my package is lost! GRRRRHHH! So sad that this is happening to USPS. They used to be a reliable institution!... a need for a stricter screening of new employees must be done... so sad... crooks! read more

This post office never picks up their phone, & frequently "attempts to deliver" packages without ever actually showing up (as in: no one actually came.) I've had so many issues with packages - it's making me glad I'm moving out next year. Ex: I was once left a message online saying they attempted to deliver a small envelope at 7:40pm, when no one ever came, since I was sitting in the living room with clear view of the porch, waiting for someone to deliver my package. The online message said a slip was left, when there was none, & that no secure location could be found to leave my package, despite them leaving many larger packages on the porch before. They could ring the doorbell even, but instead they're just trying to cover up for the fact that they never even got to my porch. read more

This place is a solid 2.5 stars most days. I do like the self-serve options in the lobby, and they are open until 7:00 p.m., which is awesome. Overall, though, it's a depressing and frustrating place. There is ALWAYS a line. I stopped by today and took my spot as the 10th person in line. Ugh. I'd stopped in to check on a package, which USPS showed as delivered but wasn't in my mailbox. After waiting in line, I found out I was at the 'wrong" post office. In case you're curious, I did call the post office on Liberty and was pleased when I was given the number. Unfortunately, when I called, after being put on hold and explaining my story, I was told that I'd called the wrong post office. Good lord. In the end, since the driver was "positive" he delivered my package, I'm SOL. Lesson learned. Go with UPS. read more

Not the best, not the worst. Yes, I've had my run-ins with this post office. It seems to serve most areas of town. Even though I'm closer to the downtown branch, this is where I pick up packages. The staff here may not be super amazingly friendly, but I appreciate that they are to-the-point. The downtown post office can take aaaages as the employees try to be extra chatty with everyone in an ever-lengthening line. I'll be kind, and I'll smile, but let's just TCB, ok? If I go during off hours, I haven't had a problem with a back-up or slow service, but if you visit over a lunch break or right after work lets out, be prepared to wait quite awhile. I *have* been frustrated with folks I've been directed to speak with over the phone here. A few years back, we were getting our mail sometimes at 9:30 at night, and sometimes not at all. Something really weird was going on, and I had a heck of a time trying to get anyone to care, let alone respond. I finally just gave up. So, all in all, I have certainly experienced better (well, as much "better" as it gets with the USPS), but I've also experienced worse and much more aggravation at other branches than I have here. read more

The staff here are always friendly and helpful! They step to the outer lobby frequently to assist in showing use of self-serve machines. My only issue is the self-service lobby machines themselves for postage and shipping, which would be an issue not unique to this location. They frequently have issues reading my credit/debit cards. Also, when I've purchased stamps, they've released stamps that have not been bar coded, and therefore are unusable. This causes a quick self-service visit in off hours to require a visit while they're open. read more

Extremely unprofessional, rude, and slow customer service. Avoid this place if possible. Transferred/On Hold three times because they have the wrong number listed on google. You will get snapped at, talked over, thrown shade at for calling in the first place (I guess they're just THAT lazy here), and then hung up on. The female worker who I experienced is quite lucky I didn't catch her name. That type of personality does not need to represent USPS, ever. read more

I've always gotten great service at the post office. Just within the last year, I've called the direct number (to the Stadium post office) twice this past year about the whereabouts of a package, and the first time the guy was very sympathetic, looked up the route, saw that there had been a sub that day for our usual carrier, located the package and handed it over to the carrier, who happened to be right there, and she delivered it to our house within 1/2 hour! Right now, another really nice guy is doing what he can to investigate where my documents which I mailed to Lithuania are. read more

This is a complaint about a specific carrier, the black woman, aged about 40, who delivered packages and mail to the apartments on Commerce Blvd. at noon, Aug. 25, 2016. She was in my building as I returned from a trip. I said hello. She didn't speak. I said hello again, and again she didn't respond. "That's rude," I said. "Can't you say hello?" "What's rude," she said, gesturing toward the front of the building where I'd parked on the street, is that you parked in front of the walk, where I usually park." Her tone was harsh. "Well, stick that!" I said, and was about to ask if my curb front was reserved in some way for postal carriers. "Fuck you!" she said. Another complaint. I tried to call the post office on Stadium. I understand that the coronavirus 19 is affecting packages and I am o.k. with that but when the tracking systems says it is delivered and it is not in my mailbox or in the apt bldg foyer (book), I am concerned. There is no options on the USPO's phone system deal with packages that are "delivered" but there is no physical evidence that the package arrived. Not happy. read more

This post office is all right, as long as you never have any problems, but lord help you if you ever encounter any setback in mailing. Case in point: Someone mailed me a package but mixed up two numbers in the address. I called this branch three times to ask where the package was, and they had no idea. Each person on the phone said I would need to wait for when the carriers returned from their routes. This has persisted now for a week, and they still have NO idea where my package is, nor has anyone attempted to help me. They have either rushed me off the phone or put me on hold indefinitely. I have also gone in to ask about the package but been given the same answers. The package isn't worth a lot of money, but I would still like to know whether my package is lost or not. Is that too much to ask?? read more
