Driver shot picture from the street noting that no one is in. You can never reach a human that can do anything. Got a guy who can barely speak clear English . Oh man. Never use Fedex. Do Not use FedEx to ship to UMichigan!!!!…read more FedEx has my entire dorm room "on hold" for delivery for over 5 days, because they couldn't handle delivering the packages during student move-in! I am in graduate school at Michigan, and because I had all my bedding, clothes, etc shipped, I've had to extend my hotel stay at great expense!!! It has been so stressful dealing with FedEx! FedEx refused to allow me to pick up my boxes, or deliver my items at another FedEx ship center for pickup! I had to start buying new dorm supplies, running to multiple Stores all over Michigan (paying for expensive Ubers rides) because store shelves are empty after undergrads arrived. I was promised by FedEx "priority" delivery every day for the past three days and still no delivery! I don't think FedEx legally can hold my items and refuse to release them! I don't have time to deal with this nonsense while starting an intense graduate program! I am going to try to file complaints with FedEx home office & UMichigan so they can at least warn students that FedEx is unreliable. FedEx holding my items against my will has at this point cost me over $1000.

Haven't had a single issue since I switched to UPS. I'm sure this isn't the case with FedEx everywhere but here in Ann Arbor the FedEx is incapable of good service they shouldn't even be in business still. Or corporate needs to come and train these delivery drivers and warehouse workers because it's a joke. Everything is always fine until it gets to Ann Arbor then it will be 4 extra days before receiving the package after it's scanned into the building. I called and complained and asked where my package was one time and they returned it to sender, I'm pretty sure out of spite of me complaining.

The rudest customer service lady. The one with the curly hair. She ignored the information I gave…read moreher and instead was highly condescending, and tried to "teach" me how to ship a package. Honey I ship at least 10 packages a day for the past two year of running my business I do not need a lesson. After her eye rolling and talking over me, she STILL messed up. And printed my full information on the packages to customers when it's supposed to be coming from my business. Her solution was then to use a market to cross out the info I didn't want shown. How tacky. And now my customers are receiving a package with bulky white wrapping and her scribbles- great. Never come here if you want to be treated like a normal person and have your packages go out as nicely as you brought them in. Yikes!
