If I can give no stars to the service I received today I would! I've purchased a PO box online and…read moreprovided 3 forms of ID (passport, license and auto insurance). When I walked in there Saturday morning the manager greeted me horribly. I told her I purchased a PO box online and showed her my passport and driver's license. She insist that the two sorts of IDs are both required to have my address on them (this is not mentioned on USPS requirements). I ran to my car and provided her with my auto insurance policy. She then sees that my ID do not have the same address as my auto and I told her that my address is changed and I I left the paper in my other wallet at home. She says "YOU MUST BE TRUTHFUL OF WHERE YOU LIVE" like I was some sort of criminal. She then takes 15 minutes in the back to make a phone call and to eventually come back to the front to tell me she cannot issue me a PO box. I told her well what does the address matter if both addresses are mine? I have a current PO box opened at a USPS Montgomeryville (few miles away), my information is in the system. She then talks to me like an child by speaking in a voice loud enough for all customers and staff to hear our conversation. Her reason to not open a PO box for me was that my address are not the same and she repeats (YOU MUST BE TRUTHFUL OF WHERE YOU LIVE!). She said if the PO box will have to forward mail it can then do so to the address in the system. I told her that I live at those addresses and anyone is fine, I live at multiple addresses!!! This horrible experience was fostered by the store manager Christine Kohler (blonde hair), avoid her. -No longer a customer at Fort Washington USPS

This review is for obtaining a passport for a toddler…read more You cannot walk in to submit an application for a passport without an appointment. You cannot call to make an appointment. Their online services to make an appointment do not work. Their staff told us, that their management helps customers, in person, make the appointment and then the customer must return at the later date, that the appointment is set for. Let's stop here for a second. The above is true, amazing and almost, almost comical. With all of this in mind we showed up for one of their passport fairs where you do not need an appointment. At 1030 am we showed up, waited about 20 minutes for help, even though their were multiple employees that were available. When we met with someone, we were told one of our IDs was not acceptable and we should go to PennDot. I said, "by the time we get to PennDot, on a Saturday at noon and get back to the Post Office, the Post Office would be closed." The women helping us said "No don't worry, we are here until 3 today." Alright, so I go to PennDot, wait an hour for help with the ID, get back to the Post Office at 2 and the post office is closed. I'd like to send a round of applause and a big thank you to the government, that takes my taxes, for creating a process that ruined my Saturday. The best part, passport still hasn't been submitted and Ihave no idea what I'm supposed to do or who will ever help me.
