On moving day, Eugene and the two other guys on his team were awesome. They were really careful and thorough with everything. They wrapped our furniture and belongings extremely well, and we didn't have a single thing damaged. They also took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole move. The only thing I would mention is that the move took longer than we originally expected. BUT honestly, I don't really see this as a negative because it was clear that they were taking their time and doing things the right way. We've had movers in the past who rushed, cut corners, and ended up damaging things, so I would much rather have a team take a little longer and be careful with our stuff. Overall, we were really happy with Albo and would definitely recommend them. Moving is stressful enough, so having a team that you can trust to actually take care of your belongings makes a huge difference!

I finally got a job in NYC, so I had to move to Jersey City. Being new to the area, I didn't have any idea of the movers in the Philly area. After doing some checking on yelp and google reviews, I came across Albo moving. Their reviews were really good, and they were close to my parent's house where I was living at the time. I reached out via cell and Alex responded the same day asking for more info. I texted it all to him. The next day he emailed me a quote and laid out all the info. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. I could not be more grateful to Alex and his team for the excellent job, and I would definitely hire them again for my next move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for hard working, honest, reliable and dependable movers

So first-off, convenience is a HUGE plus for us, but overall, it's the personal aspects of dealing with this family owned and operated business that really cinches the deal. For the most part, they have everything we need in terms of our packing supplies, but if they don't, --even if they can't get it-- they're more than happy to direct me to a manufacturer who deals in whatever corrugated product (and more) that I'm looking for. For me as a small business owner, there is true value in finding another business who can deal with me as a small operator with as much attention as (I assume) they do with their larger customers.
