My most recent encounter was to do a few Amazon returns the day after Christmas, apparently, the same as everybody else in the area. The four people in the store were all over the place but overall, they handled the never-ending rush as well as can be expected. Two of our returns were able to be done via the self-serve kiosk and one (the largest in terms of size) has to go up to the counter. Either way, very fast and everything worked as advertised. This store is not the closest to the home office in terms of distance and the parking in the strip mall lot can at times be diabolical, but I've never had an issue with things not being done and processed here as quick as possible.

I travel ALOT and I have never encountered a postal worker so angry and just plain mean. I spent the next several days attempting to retrieve the last pkg I had sent there. My husband then attempted to speak with her so we could get our last pkg and she then proceeded to yell at him. Needless to say she refused my mail and sent it back to sender. It would appear this woman should not be working with the public. The line always moves fast (yes, I know it doesn't seem like it does, but that's because the line is long, not because they are inefficient). They have an APS machine (the automated machine that will sell you stamps & postage for packages). They'll do your passport applications. They have a wide variety of postal store paraphernalia. It's also one of the major sorting locations for the Valley. It's one of the best in the Valley, in my opinion. Speedy service is a good thing!

It's not an occasional mistake either -- it happens over and over and over again. Trying to get help is a complete joke. They never answer the phone, and when you go there in person, the employees are some of the rudest, most ignorant, and most unhelpful people I've ever dealt with. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody follows up, and nobody seems to care that people's mail and packages are constantly disappearing. I've reported the same issues multiple times and nothing ever changes. Every interaction feels like you're bothering them for expecting them to do the bare minimum part of their job correctly. It's unbelievable that a service this bad is allowed to continue with zero accountability. At this point I have absolutely no trust in this post office whatsoever. When we reported this to the postmaster he told us he could tell when the carrier was at our home. 5 minutes later he comes out saying someone else will have to look. He was rude and told me I was accusing the carrier of stealing. I said well where's the mail and why can't you prove when he delivered to us. He walked away. We never got our mail.
