She actually refused to give one customer her receipts so that she could track her returns! I decided to do my return at the UPS Quakertown location. I have had positive interactions with UPS employees for over 50 years, and have never encountered an individual with such a disgraceful attitude. This woman doesn't appreciate the company she represents, and should not be on the payroll. I particularly like Anthony, but all of their workers are friendly there. Rarely do I wait in line. They package everything for me (for a fee) and ship it out. Often the packages arrive before it says on my app- which is awesome. I have been more than pleased.
