Hey you! Do you enjoy spending hours of your day on the phone? Do you enjoy repeating yourself to 20 different people? Do you enjoy being hung up on after an hour on hold? Man I was getting so tired of dealing with cable companies offering me free HBO when there was a problem so I switched to FedEx! It's only a matter of time before you will too! They offer you absolutely nothing. Want to talk to someone helpful? No you can't do that. They are in a meeting and don't use phones so there is no phone number to reach them at. Want to know why your package is delivered to the wrong address? No! Ohhh and wait there's more! When you have two packages missing one will magically appear completely damaged and mostly open with broken glass inside while the other one you can sleep peacefully knowing that even though they are both the same address one is wrong so it won't arrive. It's not the wrong address, but FedEx loves to correct you anyways. Don't want to call someone? Here try one of the even more useless online robots! Man do they have so many things to not offer you. 1. Delivery driver lied about attempting to deliver a package that requires signature. Never even drove down the street. 2. No contact other than sundry customer service reps who seem to only have access to the same information as me... I know how to use a tracking number, I need someone who can actually do something. 3. It is now Wednesday, the package was supposed to land at a local drop/hold point... It never did. 4. By 8:30 PM on Wednesday the status has changed to pending which leads me to believe they have lost (or someone stole) my package. I work for FedEx Auburn Pennsylvania I'm a driver I've been with this company for over 6 months now and 6 months I have noticed the way that the owner of the facilities are FedEx treats employees in the drivers I noticed that the three different branches of FedEx company that are in there trigger drivers disrespectful and rude and or harassed by these managers they think that we are slaves there they are not fair paid we can say nothing but they can talk to us rude and yell at us but we can't the trucks are not maintained customer packages becoming destroyed from the FedEx loaders and distributors and US drivers get the tail of it because we get yelled at from customers because of that and FedEx doesn't do nothing about it or the managers or the BC's or the general managers from any of the FedEx locations in Pennsylvania maybe she comes out of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and the general managers from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and they don't care if we have families or we have doctor's appointment or we have any kind of appointments that we got to go to they want us to work everyday non-stop don't care if we're sick don't care if we're hurt don't care about none of us but us delivering packages and rainy day severe weather alerts or weather we can have a tornado and we still got to be out there working we're underpaid we're supposed to work 8 hours but we can't stop delivering to all the packages and deliver and our schedule sets from 8 to 4 we don't leave terminal to like 8:30 9:30 10:00 sometimes and some are stops about an hour and 20 minutes away some stops are 10-15 minutes away but the ones that have the furthest route are always the ones that come back late and then she don't send help or anything like that when there's people that get done I want 2:00 in the afternoon to go help other people they don't but she wants the people that are further out to go help everybody else out and it's unfair that people got to deal with managers like that and I had a with them already with all the b******* that we have to go through I will never recommend this FedEx for any employees or anybody that wants to work FedEx does FedEx Auburn it's not worth it get a conversate you with anything they want you to help out and do extra stuff like fix the trucks go pick up trucks drive to other locations to drop off trucks but they don't want to pay for it they only want to give you a little bit of $50 here $25 here that's all they give you I'd rather work in a field picking potatoes then working for this company I'm only working here just to make enough money so I can find something else but I rather not work there and I get paid then to get treated like I'm a garbage or a slave​​​​ read more

I'm currently writing this in the parking lot as it just ticked 8:00pm. I was here at 7:56pm, with the open light on and tried to walk in. The doors were locked. This is the WORST experience ever with a package delivery! It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. It was delayed going back and forth between 2 PA facilities. Then it was on the delivery truck the next day but was never delivered. It is now Friday, almost 5 PM and the package that was put on the truck at 2 AM is still not here. Absolutely horrible, driver is not trained proper left my last package in the snow at the wrong address last time I had a delivery and most recently today delivered my package to the wrong address again and I cannot find it, your driver needs to be reprimanded for not doing his job and being lazy and dropping all of his packages off at the complexes office, instead of the actual town houses were he should be leaving the packages at. FedEx in this Nazareth/ Bethlehem area will leave with with the feeling of being FedUp! Recieved notice my package was delivered to my front door, only to get home and find nothing there. I live at the end of a dead end street with virtually no crime to the point where you could leave your doors unlocked. So I am sure the package was never delivered to my house, so I checked with my neighbors and nothing there either. The thing that drives me nuts is you cant get ahold of the local branch of fed ex, I've tried countless times to find a number for them and even went as far as to try and have the corporate live help reach out to the local branch to contact me with no luck. I've filed a claim, and complaint, but that does no good. I want to talk to the damn driver that delivered my 200 dollar stick of ram to someone else. read more

As far as FedEx centers go, this one is great! I always have a much better experience than going to the post office or UPS. The place is clean, and even when it's busy I always get a parking spot right up front. Sure, people make mistakes sometimes - they're human. I am at this location almost daily, and I have seen little to no errors in the handling of any of my business. If you ship anything by FedEx, ever, you can open a free account online. There, you can print out your own shipping labels after YOU measure and weigh your package. You also get a discount over counter service for doing this. Then just go drop off your packages and get a receipt. If there's any human error involved, you'll only have yourself to blame. read more

One star is being generous. I'm sorry but if you need to have a person sign for a package you need to give them a more specific window instead of just "by 8pm". Especially if it is during the work day. A person can't always sit around their house for 12 or so hours waiting for you guys to show up when they have plans. Bad Bad Bad.... I never thought the day would come that i would have to rite a bad review for Fedex, but that day has come. I was shipping my boxes and the person at the counter started accepting the the boxes. The transaction started off on the wrong foot with no greeting. Then she measured the boxes, all the boxes were measured wrong. Given it was going Fedex 2day to Phoenix it was was going to be pricey, but adding 2 inches to the Dimentional size is just adding more to the price that is needed. Then the icing on the cake I had a white Fedex Tube, Now come on those boxes have a set size of 6 x 6 x 38 how can you get the dims of 7 x 7 x 39 which was entered, Second she should have had me fill out a second form where the white tube shouldn't of been priced as a brown box. When I got home I recreated the same transaction on the FPOS and it proved that I was over charged. The Fedex Tube could have gone Fedex One rate which at the time was not offered. The total bill was over charged by 30.00 dollars. Check and recheck your box sizes ensure everything is accurate & get a price qoute from the web site. Lastly 2 years ago I shipped another box from this location had a similar bad experience, & my box arrived badly beat up and compressed down 2 inches. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This branch and company are so incompetent it's beyond words!!!... but I'll I try. I had a package coming today that never got to me. It got right outside my door, but not to me. I was tracking my package last night when I happened to notice that the shipper hadn't included my apartment number with my address. Trying to circumvent the issue, I went online and used the "Customize Delivery" section and selected "Provide Delivery Instructions". Sounds simple enough right? WRONG! Not only could I not just correct the error, they wanted me to create a user profile, password, then a stronger password, a personal question.... NEVER ENDING RED TAPE just to make a simple change and leave instructions to the driver. Ok fine, now here's where it really gets frustrating. They have 2 address boxes, line 1 being my street address and line 2 being my apartment or suite number. I filled it out that way EXACTLY and it kept telling me that line 2 was an invalid apartment number. WTF? Ok, well according to them, Line 2 is optional, so alright, I'll include "Apt 2" with the street address in line 1.....NOPE, that didn't work either. Ok, let's call customer service, they'll be able to help me right? NO, WRONG AGAIN. I called them, and to my astonishment, instead of the woman just taking my information and correcting the work order, she was on the website trying to do the whole process over again that I just tried to do myself! What?!?!? Am I out of my mind here??? After making several attempts and failing herself, I started to lose my cool. I had been on the website first for 15 minutes or so, then on the phone with her for OVER A HALF AN HOUR! She was so incompetent, I had to give her my tracking number and spell my name AT LEAST FIVE TIMES! Not to mention being put on hold countless times. By the end of the call I thought we had finally gotten somewhere. I said, "why can't I just give you the pertinent information, and you go into your work order and correct it?". She finally took down the sentence, "Please ring buzzer labeled Apt 2 located in the alcove next to mailbox." NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE! My pizzas get delivered without any issues and btw, there are only 2 apartments in my building. Well that brings me to today. After assuring me last night that the information would be updated and the driver would be informed, low and behold, NO DELIVERY! I had been tracking it all day awaiting the arrival. At one point I refreshed the page and what did it say? "INCORRECT ADDRESS APARTMENT/SUITE NUMBER". So now I've been screaming on the phone with them ever since.... OK I placed an order with Barneys New York Barney's the package I was tracking still be here on Monday so I assume it be here Monday but I checked maybe five hours later and it said that it would be here on Saturday I had this package sent to your office and I gave the person I called FedEx and said that can just be delivered to her home or to a FedEx place because he will not be in her office is no somebody has to be there to sign so on Saturday my husband and I want to go to the office I stayed until 12 my husband stayed there all day guess what happened I called a few times every hour was checking the email I called and they stated to us no matter what he has to make a physical delivery. So I was checking the tracking and at 4 o'clock if that is still so me still to be delivered it so I didn't pay any attention so I was like 430 4:45 so I check the status and I could not believe the FedEx guy stayed attempted to make a delivery he never attempted make a delivery because he never came there there was no tag on the door my husband was there waiting for him we have. So we gave them a call customer service ssaid well she couldn't say anything so I asked to speak to a manager the stated he will try to call the driver and call us back try to get a hold of the FedEx guy long behold he never got a hold of Fedx driver. So the same thing happen Monday no delivery to the place we asked him to drop it off I'm gonna show you what they did I am sore palled at FedEx I've been doing business with FedEx for over 15 years nothing like this ever happened I don't think they have the people working there I think people are lying to customers and I hope they lose a lot of customers. Worst Fedex experience ever! For this review, keep in mind, I paid for guaranteed 2 day shipping. Ok, so my package went through the other facilities fast, but when it got to this one, there was a problem. It reached the facility on Thursday, and immediately went out for delivery on a Fedex truck. So far so good. The end of Thursday rolls around, still no package at my door, so I contacted support. They told me that it would come on Friday if it didn't arrive on Thursday. Friday rolls around, and soon its the end of the day! Still no package, so I contact support again, and they said they will contact the facility and try to ship Monday (today). just had an order shipped from a car parts company, and I have had issues with my address in the past because our zip is a very small location but this time was ridiculous. for starters, the package was to be delivered on Thursday 6/11/15, but did not receive a notice there was an issue until Friday the 12th. next they informed me that the address was incorrect. not sure how they got the billing address but they did, and they tried to use it... its a p.o box... they should know better. finally after getting to my whits end going back and forth over email to have the address sorted out they told me the package reached its destination on Monday the 15th.
