It's usually the same gentleman behind the counter, and he answers questions with patience and a smile. The building is very small so there may be a few services this location doesn't do but so far everything we've needed (including sending registered mail) has been a breeze, and they do have P.O. Boxes. The building is actually on 4th Street so its easy access and parking is along the North side, as well as in the lot behind. Note they're closed for lunch from 11:30-12.

I've driven well out of my way to come to this location, particularly during the holidays, because if there were lines, they were short and appropriately spaced. "It's your problem, not mine" is the attitude you'll get from any employee you ask for help. This location has been an issue for a long time and nothing has been done to improve anything. There is no standard of service and no accountability. I typically support funding the USPS but this location is a great argument for privatization.
