I went to two other UPS stores, which had notary signage on their store front. Needless to say the stores I visited prior to this UPS store did not have a notary on staff either. I had two packages to ship, one had a return label and I needed to purchase a return label for the other. I messed up printing my return label for the first package (it was international, so I need additional labels for customs). The man at the front (he wasn't wearing a name tag) was super helpful in explaining why they couldn't ship the package as is, printed out the additional labels for me, and packed it successfully. For the second package, the man helped pack and ship it quickly between assisting other customers and managing the first package's labels. The service was phenomenal today! There were only around three customers; however, I can't speak on the service when it's busy.
