AND THERE IS LITTLE BLACK HAIRS AND DOTS ON MY MIDDLE TOE AND THE BIG TOES LOOK SO BAD AND SLOPPY I got a pedicure here and the technician flooded the polish into my cuticles and sidewalls. Within days, the skin around the sides of my toes became red, swollen, and painfully inflamed. When I reached out privately on Facebook with photos of the swelling, they read my messages and completely ignored me left me on Seen. When I called to speak to the manager about a refund, she was incredibly toxic. Instead of taking accountability, she tried to blame my swollen toes on 'pregnancy or medication.' This is a blatant lie--I regularly get pedicures at Blue Sky Nails and have NEVER had a reaction or pain like this. Furthermore, their own security cameras will show the technician repeatedly trying to wipe flooded gel polish off my raw skin before curing it, which is exactly what caused this chemical irritation. When I refused to let her gaslight me, the manager insulted me, told me I 'complain too much,' claimed I just hated the color (which makes no sense, I chose the color--I care about the swelling!), and then literally HUNG UP on me. They completely refused a refund. Unprofessional, unsafe, and defensive. Avoid this place at all costs.

I decided on the classic pedicure today because I felt that was the one that seemed like the one that I would enjoy today, I was seated right away and was helped by Tina right away. She did a great job took her time and did exactly what I asked for. I was very happy with the services I received today and the prices were very affordable for a classic pedicure, it was $35 plus I had design on both cells which was additional eight dollars. This establishment is located in the same shopping center at the gym. Time of a pedicure was about 30 minutes and she did a very nice job took her time and made sure that I left with exactly what I asked for. I was really happy with my overall experience here today a great place to get your feet done and your nails done if you have not checked them out I recommend going to the website and checking them out. Check out their work. See if they might have something for you too definitely a place for everyone. They have several different pedicure, chairs and lots available. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking to get their nails done. Feet done. Great experience great staff overall wonderful experience. We had the longest conversation, and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The AC was on, the salon was clean, and the overall atmosphere was great. I returned on Sunday (08/02/27) to remove my nails since I was having eye surgery the next day for skin cancer. I booked with Henry again, and I can say I was not disappointed! He provided wonderful service and was so friendly. I have noticed over the past 20+ years of having my nails done that the true test of a salon and nail artist is when you need to remove your nails. The way they provide customer service, the level of care they use; I've literally had a nail artist just pop off the acrylic nails, which is incredibly painful and tears up your nail bed. I felt that more care was taken, and I was asked about my preferences. Overall, three people worked on my nails, which felt like a bit too much. However, I understand that they may have been trying to complete the service within the allotted time. The next day, one of my nails chipped, so I had to call them to have it fixed. They were responsive and willing to fix it, which I appreciated. However, my toenails remained sore for two days afterward, and I had to apply Vaseline to soothe them. On the positive side, the place was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite and approachable. Overall, while I appreciated their willingness to correct the chipped nail, I felt that the pedicure and nail service was rushed. My toenails were also cut much shorter than I would have preferred, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope they can take a little more time to understand the customer's preferences and provide a more careful and comfortable service.

Additionally, I paid $7 for a callus treatment so that he would scrub my heels but he spent less than 1 minute with the scrubber and I left with my heels looking dry and untouched. I will continue the search for something more reliable.
