I left the salon bleeding because she drilled so hard into my nail. I never get my nails done so it's not because of getting my nails done to much. They tried to sell me a really really fake Louie purse on the way out. I am going to find a new nail salon. Utensils are not soaked in any solution which makes me think they're dirty. She cut my cuticle several times, nails are lumpy, uneven and crooked, when she told me they were dry and I could leave, 15 minutes later I get home and they're smudged and ugly. She left nail polish all over my fingers and hands. One of the ladies even got mad at me when I got out of my chair to choose my color. Never going back and would never recommend to anyone!! I was a walk in, having just arrived in the area. I was taken pretty quickly, as they were not busy. The salon is in dire need of a freshening up or renovation It is very shabby looking, and messy. Towels were past their prime. The pedicure tub was lined with a fresh liner, which is a positive. Nail files however were reused. I guess my biggest compliant , however , is one many nail salons are guilty of, and that is the workers talking to each other in their language and ignoring the customer. I'm done with this place - first of all, it's dirty. They finally got new chairs but the whole place needs a thorough regular cleaning. They rush through everything and in most cases do a sloppy job. The prices are never the same either and I noticed the price list is now gone. The tipping point to me was tonight - the lady did was pedicure was ok then another lady did my eyebrows. The lady who waxed me cashed me out. I used my debit card but had cash for a tip. I asked for change of a $20 and she gives me a ten and two fives. Total bill was $40. Takes the ten and the five and walks away in her Valentino Rock Studs. Then as I'm walking out totally aggravated I look and noticed that she gave the pedicure girl the $5 and kept the $10 for her 3 minute waxing. Adios ladies! read more

I hope that you share this. On Sunday 2/14 I came here to get a gel manicure & a pedicure. It is Wednesday .. 3 days late THREE of my nails chipped.. I am very upset & dissatisfied! When I got here I asked the lady if she can accommodate me & put acrylic over my nail (overlay) being that it's the same price & I am unhappy with the job. She said no, unless you're giving me $20! If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. Had a pedicure and my daughter had acrylics and a pedicure done. My pedi lasted about a week before it started chipping. That being said, my pedi was actually good compared to my daughters nails. They were thick and had bubbles of paint on them and the pedi, the nail polish job was a mess as well. We had to leave due to an appt but my daughter went back a couple days later and wanted them to redo (file the thickness down and repaint). They did it but had a attitude about it. It still looked like a five year old painted her nails! I seriously can't believe they have a business is this area and that they are still in business!! Worst salon I have ever been to!!! read more

Have been here several times, only because is convenient (near and cheaper than other places), but every time i leave im not happy. They are always in a hurry, they dont do a good job and they put way to much pressure ("you should make your manicure in gel" or "you are doing your eyebrow right?") . You get what you pay for here. Rude staff who does extremely lazy work. I went here while visiting my parents this weekend, and am still upset I spent the money. Everything was sloppy - I still have cuticles, which you can see because they got nail polish on them. They painted too quickly and the top coat completely bubbled. The massage was a joke. I had to clean up the nail polish from the color change on my toes, as they made a mess. I will never, ever go here again. Updated - I ordered a nail polish on Amazon based on what I used in the salon. Package came today and color is a completely different pink. Salon has crappy selection and names on bottles are not accurate, if you're looking for it after your manicure. read more

I had a great experience at this nail salon and I am VERY picky when it comes to my nails.... the place could be cleaned up and organized a little bit more but it wasn't a bother to me. What made my experience so great was how my cousin and I walked in around 8pm around the time they close down for the night ... the nice lady told us to stay and she'd love to do our nails... she then called another lady to come back. Do not go to this place!!!!! My experience was horrifying! I had made an appointment by phone with a specific tech. When I arrived, I was told by the owner that I did not have an appt. so I would have to have another tech do my nails. The tech I had made an appt. with said it was her appt and could I wait a few minutes. I left and came back 15 minutes later. What happened next was a serious out of body experience. The tech started on my nails and all of a sudden the owner started screaming ( not in English) at the tech...yelling to the top of her lungs. My tech starts yelling back at her and crying the entire time while trying to do my nails. It was ugly....both of them screaming to the top of their lungs. No one else in the salon said a word and didn't even look at them. I had no idea what they were saying but I fully expected a fist fight. I felt so bad for the tech, but she said she would finish my nails and she was going to leave and never return. So we walked out the door after she finished my nails. Sad, too, b/c she was a very good tech! I really don't know how these people stay in business. The place is filthy and the staff is beyond unfriendly.....except for the one who is no working there! Never have I ever been so dissatisfied with a service before in my ENTIRE life. I went in for a pedicure, was rushed to pick out a color, my water for my feet was not even warm, it was freezing cold & when I had asked for the lady (whom was the owner) to make it hotter she replied "we don't have hot water here." I did NOT receive the same treatment I usually get nor did I get a standard pedicure. She skipped through and rushed the entire job and gave me attitude the entire time especially when I would try to politely ask for her to correct something. I'm extremely upset I even had to pay for it. I was ready to ball my eyes out due to how upset I was with the end result. I've been going here for years but after this I will never come back. Just left the nail salon and my blood pressure is through the roof. I'll tell you my story without any exaggeration . Less then a week ago I had my nails done. No issues at the time. The place was close to work and home. Less than a week goes by and three of my nails are peeling. Since this was a no chip manicure, I went back in today. Honestly I was treated like a piece of crap on the floor. I asked to speak with the owner or manager. First this woman admitted she was the owner, than I was told she was not. Her attitude was so unprofessional . I explained I wanted them fixed and she said I had to go to the person who did them. That person was not there, I insisted that I wanted them done today. The place was extremely slow but out of spite she made me wait , taking people who came after me before me. This could have been handled with a little customer service and a smile. They would only fix the nails that were peeling, and put on a different shade of pink. My nails look awful and when I said my nails are two different colors, the response was. " we need to make money, I need to feed my boy". I later found out I was dealing with the owners wife!! I was calm through this whole event,,, we surprised me!!! read more

This place is exactly what you would expect for a 10 dollar manicure. The nail polish selection was old and the atmosphere was whatever. The lady who did my nails was super nice and did give me a nice manicure. Not the best filing but again for ten bucks what do you expect. Although, my ten dollar manicure back in CT is unreal. She did my friends nails and was very aggressive and rude. Everybody in this salon is rude I personally think this place should go out of business. Their nails suck. I got my nails done and they cracked within not even 24 hours their service and attitudes are shitty overall I would never recommend someone to get their nails done here and their very dirty as well their tools are not being cleaned as much as they should. After they cracked I went back to them and they wanted to act oblivious as if they weren't cracked, they were clearly cracked and both ladies were acting as if they don't see all of my nails messed up it wasn't just one either every single nail was cracked complete and utter bullshit that they have going on over there. read more
