I was referred to the salon by someone who is a client and referred others to the salon as well. They admitting made a mistake by depositing a dark color onto my hair and had to fix it at the time, but I left without it being completed because my stylist had an updo appointment to get to. I was there for 5 hours and had to have unnecessary bleach and other stripping products on my hair after the first error. When I left it was still not fixed. After speaking with the person that referred me and them asking about the damage to my hair I asked MeTime for a partial refund (not an entire refund) get it fixed somewhere else to ensure no more damage to my hair. They stated they have a no refund policy and to inconveniently return for a "complementary fix". I said I wouldn't qualify this as a "complimentary fix" it was incorrectly done on your end /a mistake that needs to be repaired. "No refund" policies should not be used to cover error that could not be corrected at the time of error. After all of this and follow up conversations, they now want to claim I changed my mind mid appointment. This is absolutely false and they are covering up their mistake a blaming the customer. read more

Booked a haircut and blowout. Haircut was abysmal. I knew she was inexperienced so I said just a trim. Stylist started cutting strand by strand. Must have been her first attempt at a haircut. 30 minutes in I said I can't do the blow out. When I checked out, the VERY rude receptionist said your cut and blowout will be $68.00. I said I didn't get a blowout. She laughed at me and said " we don't discount". I will never step foot in there again, and neither should you. read more

I made an appointment for a Lash lift and brow lamination and tint. The artist that did my services was very friendly and welcoming but shortly into my appointment I knew it wasn't going to be what I was hoping. When he brought me into the room he realized he didn't have all the supplies needed so was unable to do the brow lamination which was super disappointing. He went ahead and tinted them free of charge which was a nice gesture for the inconvenience. Then he proceeded to do the lash lift and tint. After everything was done I was never shown how everything looks after and once I got to my car to look I saw there was still a lot of product/glue on my eyelashes and they did not appear to be tinted. Overall, I was unhappy with the services and super bummed since I got them done for an event and wedding I will be attending. Do not recommend these services here. read more
