When I saw the salon and needed to use the restroom, I thought about booking an appointment and use the restroom. I asked very politely and I was told the restroom was in the back. I was referred to the salon by someone who is a client and referred others to the salon as well. They admitting made a mistake by depositing a dark color onto my hair and had to fix it at the time, but I left without it being completed because my stylist had an updo appointment to get to. I was there for 5 hours and had to have unnecessary bleach and other stripping products on my hair after the first error. When I left it was still not fixed. After speaking with the person that referred me and them asking about the damage to my hair I asked MeTime for a partial refund (not an entire refund) get it fixed somewhere else to ensure no more damage to my hair. They stated they have a no refund policy and to inconveniently return for a "complementary fix". I said I wouldn't qualify this as a "complimentary fix" it was incorrectly done on your end /a mistake that needs to be repaired. "No refund" policies should not be used to cover error that could not be corrected at the time of error. After all of this and follow up conversations, they now want to claim I changed my mind mid appointment. This is absolutely false and they are covering up their mistake a blaming the customer. read more

Booked a haircut and blowout. Haircut was abysmal. I knew she was inexperienced so I said just a trim. Stylist started cutting strand by strand. Must have been her first attempt at a haircut. 30 minutes in I said I can't do the blow out. When I checked out, the VERY rude receptionist said your cut and blowout will be $68.00.
