She wants a CURLER SET so it stays in longer, better than a CURLING IRON. They said YES. Made the appointment. Dropped my aunt off, 30 mins later she was more than ready to leave. Her Hair was as straight as could be. The stylist had BIG CURLING ROLLERS that could not possibly work & she blow dried the hair BEFORE attempting to roll on the Curlers ??? Clearly the stylist had no idea what she was doing. The hair was not very short but not hanging on her shoulders length. I could not believe what I saw. So terribly disappointing. The shampoo job was another issue. My aunt told the girl there was a fair amount of hair spray in the hair, she used next to no shampoo and barely massaged what there was in , like she was afraid to touch her head. My aunt has been getting her hair done every week since I was a child and I am a young 70. I do not understand how they can get this SO TERRIBLY WRONG , If they do not know how to do a process do not lie that you do ! Well on to the next salon hunt !

I saw all of the reviews on yelp and the before and after pics, on her website, so I booked a consultation with Veronica. She is highly educated and experienced and walked me through the processes my hair needed to get good color. She was thorough and gave me a time and cost quote as well. Super professional! Reading the bios of all the stylists I knew I could not go wrong here. I read about Sarah in a previous review and determined that she was the one. Score! I was so right. She did an amazing job on my hair (which admittedly I have gotten to the point where whatever it wants to do is fine by me, I'm not fighting that fight anymore) and she was able to accommodate that. My hair is naturally wavy with a bunch of weird cowlicks. So she cut it so that it would do what I needed it to do. Super happy with my cut and I will be headed back. Masks are mandatory and they've reduced the number of folks in the shop - keep that in mind when you go and tip well!

Wanting Set to LAST to next visit which would be EVERY WEEK , YEAR ROUND, I made a point that they knew , hoping they would do a good job to keep a weekly customer + color + perm when needed. Asked if they had a "HEAD DRYER" not just a hair blower, oh YES WE DO !. They reassured me the girl would be amazing , knows what she is doing. I had explained we have tried several shops all saying the same old song and always disappointed. The young lady arrived a bit late and looked like she just got out of bed, hair a mess. Not good and had not started yet. Well , SURPRISE ! they did not even have hot water or even warm water , COLD water for the so called shampoo. And no x use like Sorry the hot water heater is broken . I did not know about this till my aunt walked out of the salon and told me of her wonderful experience . The operator's hands barely touched the hair never mind the scalp. This appointment was for my 94yr old aunt. I waited in the car and went in to use the bathroom at one point. Walking thru the salon I could not believe my yes when I saw my aunt with a BAG on her head, those portable hair driers that were like a vacuum cleaner with a hose I could not believe what an unprofessional service was occurring. Oh coarse at that point I did not yet know about the COLD Water shampoo. Well this all happened on Fri. Feb 6, 2026 the set did not even last till Sun. Feb 8 NEVER EVER AGAIN
