Finally a place where I can get my hair cut and highlighted using all natural products without the harsh chemicals. Because of my fragrance and dye allergies, I feel more comfortable going to a place that uses paraben free products. I used to highlight my hair all the time before I started to become allergic to fragrances then was afraid to do highlights until going to this hair salon. I noticed that when Dee was highlighting and toning down my hair, there wasn't that tingling and itchy sensation on my scalp that I used to feel which means my body likes it and there is no harsh chemicals... Also, no ammonia smell! I highly recommend this place and Dee ALWAYS does a GREAT job cutting my hair. This was the first time she highlighted my hair and the color is perfect! read more

I had a very similar experience to another review I just read regarding unprofessional pricing. I scheduled an online appointment for a women's cut with no blow dry or styling (I was going to swim laps later that day so I knew it was futile and just needed a trim). The facility is quaint and I had a good first impression. No one was wearing a mask (this was back at the end of 2020). When the stylist was washing my hair she said "do you mind if I do an apple cider vinegar rinse to help?" I said okay. She proceeded to trim my hair. She was friendly and it was fine, and average cut although I wasn't happy with the lack of long layers I wanted. My issue came when I went to pay. It was advertised as 40 or 45 dollars and she charged me $65. I didn't realize it until I left and I still tipped %20. I called just to ask bc I figured it was worth saving $20 for a haircut that was just a trim and average. No one answered after calling several times. So I emailed them. The owner responded and said oh sorry there must have been a mistake let me talk to the stylist and I can refund you. Then she emailed me back and said that she talked to the stylist and she uncharged me because my hair was so thick and she used the apple cider vinegar treatment, and the owner did not apologize or offer any sort of discount or credit for future treatment. This experience turned my potential to return to zero. The owner could have recognized i was a new customer and been a little empathetic or offer to refund or discount to get me to return. I would not recommend this salon. I also think there is a miscommunication between the owner and the stylists. It should be very clear what the cost of services cost. read more

Great with customers very clean and smells good ( no chemical smells from being organic ) has lots of flowing plants and local vendor jewelry . The hair color doesn't last as long as non organic is their only downfall thus I wish touchups were cheaper for freq customers because I would come here more often. The owner is a sweet woman and very informative and knows a lot about curly hair and coloring . The other girls who work here are also really sweet and listen great to whatever you may need done. The only issue is financially I can't go here often because the color doesn't last long I can't enjoy my hair or afford coming as much as it needs :( so at times I have to go to other salons which is a bummer. Hopefully they'll find another line that holds color longer for whites and grays . 4 stars is because the price and color line that doesn't last long the service and customer service is 5! I absolutely loved Organic Hair Studio!! I came in to get some damage taken off and touch up my layers as well as natural balayage. I had the pleasure of having Christian do my hair. Not only was she friendly and sweet, but she gave me balayage, trimmed my layers, and styled my hair in under two hours. I've been to some salons which take four hours to do less than that. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be back for more! read more

Never, ever, going back. Came in with shoulder length hair for a trim asked for some layers in the back for lift/movement, my hair is naturally wavy. Left with hair in back with lengths of 1, 2, 3" in random gobs. Crown and sides hanging long like "dog ears" I didn't know what to think, couldn't see the back. When I walked in the door before I said a word, my husband grabbed me, gave me a hug and said "you're never, ever going back". Wore hairpins, clips and hats for last week, found someone yesterday who spent over an hour trying to smooth out chops, said it was really the worse haircut they ever saw. Sadly, I will never go back to Lenka. :-( That was the 4th and last time I will be in your shop, there isn't much that can be done when most of the back of my hair is less than an inch (1") long, it's not about money. read more

Just such a great experience!! I loved their online appointment system complete with reminder texts! The salon itself is so beachy-elegant and just a great atmosphere. I was greeted by my awesome stylist, Dee, with a big smile and it just kept getting better from there! The products she used to wash my hair smelled and felt amazing. Then as she blow dried I could see the results - the purple shampoo brought out my natural highlights! Dee listened carefully to what I was looking for and skillfully styled my hair. I recently moved here from California! I didn't know at all who to go to, but saw this salon had good reviews. If I could give this salon 10 stars I would! Lenka was a pleasure to talk to and listened so well to what I wanted with my hair! i cut 5 inches off and she assured me she would get my hair back to healthy while still keeping it blonde! I went to Pandy yesterday on a Groupon. She claims she has worked in many salons, has owned salons. Not quite sure if this is really true now that I have this new funky cut!!!!! I needed a trim... And came out with one side of my hair about an inch longer than the other. One side angled and the other side completely square. I had only wanted about a half an inch taken off now it's turned into about two inches OR MORE after I get this mess fixed. I called the salon this morning (no answer). Finally Pandy called me back saying that my hair cut was messed up in the first place. However the side she botched was not even the side that she claimed was "messed up." (If you're wondering why I did not say anything in the salon ...she did not straighten my hair and it was not even completely dried when I left therefore I didn't realize how uneven my hair really was.) After I spoke with Pandy She said she could not see me for another 4 days. Now I need to pay to have fixed what she has completely ruined. I am furious!!!!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend this salon...Or at least Pandy. No wonder she is on Groupon. read more

I chose this salon after speaking with the hairdresser about the cut I wanted. She assured me she knew exactly what I wanted. During the cut, she was interrupted by another customer and left half my hair uncut. when she returned & started to blow dry my hair. I pointed it out to her, she said it was "in my head" and when I said are you sure? She lopped off a bit more on THE OTHER SIDE! If I could post pictures here I would love to :( And she overcharged me! I hate that I paid, I hate that I even tipped her. I did find another stylist in Jupiter to "fix" & "blend" what she had cut & never finished; but advised me I would have to grow it back out to get it recut into the style I originally asked for. read more

Went to Christina today after another salon cancelled my appointment at the last minute. She is amazing. I am so glad I found her as I am new to the area. She was very detailed and I could tell she is a top notch stylist. My hair cut is amazing and I am going back next week for Highlights. I rarely leave reviews but had to for this place. Was in Palm Beach for Thanksgiving and needed to get my gray's covered asap before the big dinner. Since I just found out I'm pregnant I needed a place with Organic products. This place a 5 stars for sure!!! The nicest people. Great organic products!! They know they're stuff. The salon was so charming and cute inside. You walk in and feel calm & relaxed. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Best of all, my grays were covered!! Added a trim and blow dry and all for less than a cost of trim in NYC. And that's with tip! Already made a follow-up appointment for New Years!! Christian was the best! Highly recommend her. read more
