Great cut but overpriced- cost me about 200$ for a cut n gloss. The hair dresser was super nice- but I had asked for the price before the appointment and they referred me to their website- which said $85. He charged me almost 10$ more. Nice cut- but not worth 200$. read more

Breann is the best! Kiersten messed up my hair badly, really horrible highlights, that I had to redo and pay again, with wasted time, frustration and money. And no, I didn't get any refund at all. If it was my salon, I would refund and redo for free, since I had to waste more time and driving far. read more

Definitely not for men and by all means don't allow them to book you with Christopher. He's is special, he charges 42 dollars for a mediocre 10 minute hair cut. On top of that, he has a rude arrogant receptionist that if questioned about the over charge, will just hang up on you. All in all a bad experience. read more

I have curly hair and went to get a color done. The staff is friendly, however, in 2023, staff was not knowledgeable with working with nor styling ethnic hair. Very disappointing! I went to this particular salon since it was referred on the color manufacturer's website. The color done was nothing like the manufacturer's website color on their model. Overall, I would not recommend for ethnic hair or color other than blond (which was the color of the highlights I ended up with instead of caramel brown). read more

I had been coming here for YEARS for cuts but always dyed my hair myself. Well a little over a year ago, my color stopped "taking" so I decided to let the pros take over. Nikki is absolutely AMAZING. I wish I can say I had any experience in the salon involving my hair. Unfortunately I can not...because they can not keep an appointment. I stopped in and scheduled an apt with Stephen. I had to wait a week but I was OK with that. The morning of my apt I was told 'he wasn't feeling well' and had to cancel. Then via text message, I was told 'something came up' and I had to reschedule. They tried to reschedule with another stylist. I insisted on Stephen b/c of his experience level. I had to rearrange my schedule for the next apt and again I was fine with that. And I had to wait another week. Then 1 hour prior to my apt, I get another call that 'he is not feeling well' and canceled. I am unsure who they keep customers, but this customer is done with them. I would rather drive to Ft. Lauderdale to the Ouidad Salon then try to book with them again. read more
