My first haircut here and it was great. Very comfortable setting, pleasant barbers, and my haircut was the BEST one I have had as an adult. I will be baaaaack. read more

Both my boys were due for cuts. My husband came here a few weeks ago, and had a good haircut. Kids cuts are only $20, so I got online on Friday and booked appointments for them. They had lots of appointments available on Saturday. Online booking was extremely easy, and I received a confirmation email right afterward. The location is fantastic, and there is plenty of convenient parking. We showed up right on time, and Sean got started on my youngest. He was friendly and worked great with my 3 year old. He did a great job. My middle child was next and I think it was Eddy who helped him, he did a great job too and had some suggestions for a better cut for his hair type next time. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don't accept any payment besides cash. I don't carry cash, and didn't have a debit card on me. We don't live too far away so my husband brought some cash over but that was a pain. I looked back through the booking process as well as the confirmation email and I couldn't find where it was written that they only accept cash. I generally come prepared and would have done so if I'd known. We will definitely be back, we'll just be prepared with cash next time. Looking at other yelp reviews now, if I had done that before I would have realized that cash was needed. read more

After several bad experiences at Cookie Cutters, Hair Cuttery and Supercuts (they don't open at the hours displayed on their door), I checked out the little kids' hair cuts on Primo's page and said I'd give it a shot. I called 15 minutes before I arrived and asked if they would cut my two year olds hair. They were well staffed for a Saturday with at least 7 barbers working. Jay (Jermaine) was excellent! He had my son sitting pretty still for the 15 minutes it took to cut his hair. By the time we left, there were probably about 5 other little boys waiting to get their hair cut. I wound give 5 stars, but the inconvenience of cash only was a tad bothersome. For $20, I decided I'll be back with cash. I'm just excited there's a reliable place so close to my house that we can walk or ride bikes! read more

Primo's Barber Shop - Barbers Near Me - Jupiter, Florida

Stopped into Primo's for the first time yesterday. Amy K gave me a great haircut. Christian (owner) was very helpful and approachable. Service was so good, I already made my second appointment. read more

Great precision razor cut by Marc today my first visit to the shop I will return Listen to what I wanted and did I it in an efficient manner read more

Yup... I would definitely go there again. Jay gave me an excellent haircut and shaped my beard exactly how I wanted it.

This was our first trip to this shop. My son got an awesome haircut and as my daughter and I were waiting for him I noticed my daughters hair wasn't even - we had just come from another salon and they totally messed up her hair. I asked one of the barbers who didn't have a client if he could help me by fixing her hair. He looked a little nervous about it and at first declined but then ended up helping her. He was so kind and her hair looks great now! It's a very quiet place as far as talking goes so if that's what your looking for then this may not be the place for you. But. If you want excellent haircuts at great pricing with professional then this is the place to go. Thanks guys for making both of my kids look awesome! We will for sure be coming bac read more

Great hair cuts . Beautiful Shop . Very clean and professional. Highly recommend Promos Barber Shop

Great place for hair cut and friendly place. I absolutely love this place for fresh cut

amy was amazing as per usual and the service is precise and great! amazing place to go

I came to Primo's after a bad experience at His and Hers. Primo's is way more my style. They are prompt and professional. They cut my hair just how I wanted and didn't have any pretentious attitude. I will definitely go back! read more

My hard part is a scab the next day. Most of the barbers seem to be in a rush. There were no other customers. I had stopped by Monday and they were closed at 5:40, sign says 6:30. It was suggested when I got a cut the next day that I call to make sure they are open next time, because they like to close when it's slow. They closed before 6 while I was still there. I've been there and listened to an employee get into a shouting and cursing match with an angry customer over the phone before. The times the owner is there also have a bad vibe. Not sure if they just don't care or what. There's one barber worth your time, and she's only there Wednesday. I'd have come back then but already had a prior commitment and really needed a haircut. They also have a cash only policy. I think it used to be decent, but after my last experience, this place has lost my business, look elsewhere. read more

Went there with my boyfriend after suggesting it to him. The shop he used to go to recently closed and I saw that Promo's high reviews on here and thought "what could go wrong?"... His hair was so badly mangled that we went to a different shop a day later so he could get a buzz cut. The owner is a serious loud mouth. The whole time he was cutting hair he seemed disinterested and was carrying out a very loud conversation with another barber across the room about real estate or something. That on top of the loud hip hop music gave me a headache. I guess I should mention the actual haircut even though I could go on about the atmosphere alone. My boyfriend usually gets an undercut and when the owner was done it looked like a flat top, he only needed a trim btw. Stay away from this place. .... Also, the owner of the shop recently contacted me stating that "there was miscommunication" and bribing me that he would "do anything" to take the bad review down. In my opinion, providing a better service to his costumers would be a better solution than trying to bribe genuine costumers to remove bad reviews. read more

Great barbers and a nice place, but a recent move to cash only with an ATM (2.50 fee) in store makes me think twice about being a regular customer and my whole family gets cut here. One would expect to see Apple/ Samsung pay in a nicer newer place like this. Who moves backwards in business and expects better results?? read more

Very modern and clean place. My haircut looks good, however I have several large burning scrapes and marks on my head, neck and face due to the clippers being defective and or the barber being too aggressive while cutting. Beyond that, I had only gotten a shape up, mustache trim, and eyebrow trim.... there was no hair shaved off the top of my head at all.... I had a haircut just a week ago at my primary barber in Orlando..... guess how much my haircut costed.... $40 I approached the counter with my array of debit / credit cards and Apple Pay to be informed that they only take cash. I was then directed to the ATM at the back of their barber shop which has a $3 surcharge. I still tipped the barber a few dollars because I felt bad, not knowing how much of that $40 would go to him. I think they need to re evaluate a few things, I understand that you must make money to keep the doors open, but seriously It was a 15 minute haircut -_- read more

I'm town for vacation looked up this spot right off the exit. I showed up about 45 minuets before closing without an appointment hoping to get a chair. My man Mike came in clutch and hooked me up and brought me back to life. Super clean and professional environment and staff was on it!! read more

New to the area and was able to get Jay to hook me up with a fresh cut. New look for me but I'm liking it. Will go back. Thanks guys! Cool crew read more

Primo's Barber Shop - Fresh cut - Barbers Near Me - Jupiter, Florida

Absolute trash. Don't be fooled by the reviews, they are mostly written by the family of the owner or other barbers set up there. The owner gave me a haircut once and while I was trying to explain what I wanted he kept being an obnoxious prick and cutting me off saying that he already knew and understood what I wanted. I spent 2 years growing my hair to the length I wanted and went it for just a simple trim. This guy cut almost 4 inches off and made a complete mess of it. Even as I protested in the chair he kept hacking away telling me to trust him. After the damage was complete I was visibly angry and when I explained why he said that I should have done a better job of explaining what I wanted lol. Stay far away unless you wanna deal with trash with a jersey attitude. A pair of clippers and a mirror is a better option. read more

Clean and welcoming barber shop. Christian did a great job and seems to have a loyal clientele. Quick and precise cut left me ready to move on with my day. The trim was a bit more expensive and less luxurious than I'm used too at $25 without a shampoo and conditioner or hot towel. Would be happy to go back if I lived closer read more

Primo's Barber is clean and classy. However, I've been going there for a few months now and I was disappointed in how I was treat. There were some rude comments that will not be said but the owner apologized and is making an effort to make things right. Primo's is a great barber shop and I do recommend it as long as the sarcasm and aggressive tone within the barber shop is subsided. read more

So glad I found this place!! Great prices, great atmosphere, and the staff is great! We have searched all over for a barber for the family. So glad we finally found it! Stop by and see what I'm talking about. You wont be disappointed! read more

They do a good job but if you say you are open til 2:30 on a Saturday, you should accept customers that arrive before 2:30.

My experience with YELP has been very good. As a result of my haircut at Primo I will always check sources other than Yelp. Primo should absolutely not be rated at the top of Yelp. I got a hair cut today. I told Anthony that I did not want my hair cut with electric clippers and that I wanted him to do the cutting. His response was "No problem". When I go there at 2:00, our appointed time there were 2 adults and 2 children. waiting for haircuts. I met him outside on the phone and smoking. I told him I would run an errand and be right back. He said, "No Problem". When I got back he was once again outside smoking and talking on the phone. He then told me that one of the other barbers would cut my hair, I protested and Anthony said, "He cuts my hair". He then walked into the back room. While the barber did an OK job, he also demonstrated this "racing demeanor" as referenced in another review. I should have known better. They had loud music blaring. If you want your requests ignored. If you want a haircut as though you were sitting in a JukeBox. Primo is the place to go. However ...you will never see me there. read more

My son's favorite place for a haircut. Scissors and clippers, these guys are the best barbers. Quick, professional and open to ideas. Thank you! read more

Sorry to disagree with the majority but I got a bad haircut at a (I thought) high price for a half-bald man. Asked for a simple trim, that cost $25, and now a week later, "wings" are already appearing. Came here based on Yelp reviews and it privately owned and not a chair: now going back to Great Clips or Super Cuts where a decent, simple man's cut is half this place. read more

Best cuts. I drive all the way up from Boca to get my hair cut here. Christian is my guy and has been for years.. If you need a quality cut done by the right people, this is the place! read more

Anthony seems to think its a race - the fastest barber wins. I actually heard Anthony tell another barber to speed it up, that he could do a cut in 5 minutes. Instead of spending a few minutes to make sure it was right he got me in and out in about 5 minutes. I'm used to a bit better customer service. And the language! Don't bring your kids! read more

Go to Primo's if you want a quality haircut. The people are awesome and as soon as you step in you know you are getting an excellent haircut. My advice is dump your current barber and try Primo's. You won't be sorry. read more

Anthony and his team take care of you here. Best haircut in Jupiter. Don't go anywhere else !

I love my barber, Ivy. She is amazing, takes her time, and has great eye for detail. Plus, she's a genuinely nice, down to earth, awesome person. Amanda is awesome too, she has cut my kids' hair numerous times and done an amazing job, as is Bobby. I love that I can take my kids and the four of us can get our hair cut--very well--for under $100. Now that's value. read more

Best barbershop in town. They are friendly and professional. I had a hard time to find a good barbershop but now I find it. Always happy when I get a haircut in here. 5 stars!!!!! read more

If you want your hair done right and by the best, Primo's is the place. The best in all of South Florida! Hands down! #1 !

This is a diamond in the rough with down to earth well trained staff. I am surprised that they have barbers that can actually cut hair in Jupiter read more

Amanda and Bobby have been cutting my hair here for the last two years (whomever's chair is open). I always get a great cut, the price point is perfect, and I rarely have to wait. A REAL barber shop that provides a contemporary feel and modern styles. Jupiter's best. read more

After having a bad experience at another hair salon a couple of weeks ago I needed someone to cleanup my bad haircut into something that I could work with. I was looking for a barbershop that did modern style haircuts and not just classic cuts. Anthony was very professional and friendly. I told him what I wanted (slicked back with an undercut) and he knew exactly what I wanted. He was able to fix my bad haircut into something that looked sharp. Between the beard trim and haircut I am very satisfied with Primo's Barber Shop and I will definitely be going here from now on. read more

It's a real barbershop that gives great haircuts. They take pride in their work and you get the traditional barbershop environment in the package. This is the kind of place Grandpa's can take their grand kids to and still manages to keep that community feeling. Ask for Bobby if you visit he did a great job with my hair! read more

Great haircut by Anthony. Comfortable, clean, well decorated shop. Anthony made suggestions for improvement in what had been my "standard cut" for years and they worked! Thanks, guys, see you again in a few weeks! read more

I went here for the first time and I was greeted and got a barber right away. I forget his name but he did an amazing job. This is my new spot. Juniors barber shop gets all the hype but I've been there a few times and they always mess my hair up somehow. Primos never has. read more

This place is awesome!!! Fresh haircuts and awesome guys. I went in as a shaggy joke, and came out looking great. These guys are hilarious did I mention that? I mean I'm a pretty big square but they are super friendly and again this place is seriously the best barber shop I've been to PERIOD! read more

Do not, under any circumstances, take your young children here. My husband took our boys (4 & 5 yrs old) and the owner called the shop from watching on the cameras asking the barber to tell my kids to sit down. Completely unprofessional and beyond rude to say the least. We will never go back. We only went to Primos because His & Hers was closed and it was the day before school started. We will wait next time! We love His & Hers, they are great with our kids and always have a lollipop for them after their haircuts and the owners, barbers and atmosphere is welcoming and friendly!! There are many other places that are worth your money! Definitely not this place. read more
