I took my 84 yr old mom there, we asked just for the basic package. I left for a bit and when I came back my mom had $40 of add ons. She felt like they kept badgering her and pressuring her to add on. I was clear when I left just the basic mani/pedi. I felt that they took advantage of her and the manager guy was super cocky. Not thrilled with my manicure, I wanted a milky pink color and it came out pure white. I'm not sure why? The man had the correct number of the nail polish, but it was not looking like the sample. I don't know if it was supposed to be a gel or what? Anyway, wasn't thrilled. My husband ended up getting a pedicure and he's gone to places that were much better for that as well. Sorry to be a Debbie downer. read more

I was in town visiting family during the holiday week and went in to get a gel manicure. Nothing crazy to note during the experience, staff was polite and was no wait time, but the results of the manicure were extremely sub-par. In less than 72 hours many of my nails had the polish lifting at the tips and was chipping significantly. Unfortunately I was unable to return do to the holiday weekend before leaving town. My sister and mom are regulars here so I hate to leave a poor review, but this manicure is just not it. (Pictures attached to show chipping, lifting, and the polish not down to the cuticles. These photos are 72 hours after getting a gel manicure. I typically go 7-10 days before my first chip or any lifting.) read more

I requested a correction to the way in which my toenails had been cut on my last visit to this nail salon. The new technician only made the lop-sided look worse, claiming that she couldn't fix the cut the way I wanted, . After I asked her several times to correct this and she refused, I finally became angry. A number of the employees conversed back and forth in Vietnamese which I couldn't understand, so I gave the new technician $20 for the partial pedicure and left. I now am at home soaking my feet so I can cut my own toenails. I will not return to this nail salon. read more

I got the #1 mani pedi combo and my pedicure was less than 10 minutes, then the manicure was extremely rushed and paint job was the worst I've ever seen! She didn't even coat the entire nail with top coat, as seen in my pictures. I will never be back. Do not come here and ESPECIALLY do not have Eva do your manicure or pedicure !!!!!!! :( read more

I do not recommend this place if you're just looking for a regular manicure. Take a look at my pictures, you can see the poorly painted nails. The nail polish is messy all along my cuticles, and some are even painted on top of my cuticles! The person totally rushed through the job, I also think she may have had poor eye sight. I would have just done my own nails if I knew this was going to be the turn out. read more

The ladies here were very arrogant and had a lot of attitude. I asked for a wine red and the lady kept selecting purple . I told her it wasn't it and she was getting frustrated and threw the board of colors at me then left. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You're paying for a service and tipping for a reason. It's not to deal with someone else's frustrations. Not only this, she also "cleaned my cuticles " to where most of my fingers cuticle beds were bleeding. Highly would not recommend this place. read more

I've been going here on n off for years when I can't get in anywhere else. Their service is really inconsistent, I've learned manicure is just way too risky, but pedicures always seem decent. Today, I got a pedicure, and I will say the color on my toes is great. But I can paint my own toes, I get a pedicure for the massage. The lady doing the pedicure was doing a good job, and things seemed normal till the guy from the front desk came up and I'd assume told her she was taking too long, because she immediately finished my pedicure. What's frustrating is that she hadn't done the massage yet. He walked up right as she was about to start that. So because of him, she spent like 30 seconds on each foot and then said ok all done. The cherry on top was being asked if everything was ok, he knew very well it wasn't as he was the reason for things cut short. read more

Before you read this post; yes, I know I should have just gotten up and left, but I didn't and I have learned. For starters, I walked in and sat at a corner table that was clearly not an established station. Clipped my nails with a pair of clippers that he pulled out of a drawer, and slipped them out of one of the blue bags, so no way to tell if they were sterilized or disinfected The file was old and had white scuffs all over it He used a the power sanding drill on my bare nail and it was not new He glued the acrylic tips on and then hand filed them with the old and used nail file to an Almond shape, tugging so hard at my nails that had just had the tips glued on. He was so rough that the one glued to my pinkie nail flew off across the, not clean, table into white powder and then picked it up and glued it back on to my nail!!! (Again, I'm an idiot for not walking out, and deserve whatever comes.) The rest of the process was fairly smooth until he got to smoothing out the acrylic powder and he straight cut two of my cuticles and irritated the skin around my nails. He never asked me to wash! He kept looking over my shoulder at the front like he was waiting to get caught for something?! He also started rushing around this time. Another person, assuming someone who works there but is on break, comes over and starts talking to him under his breath and it was creepy as hell. He tried to give me gel even though I had said regular polish from the start, and then made the creepy person who came over earlier go get it. He put on the top coat after the two color layers, dried and you can see the line between top coat and color coats. There was no base coat. Honestly, the only good thing is the shape and how they look. Never going back again. read more

Please do not come here and save your money for somewhere else. I got an acrylic fill here. And the entire time I was getting my nails done the drill bit was way too high up and was burning my nail and kept hitting my skin. Anytime I told the girl it was hurting, she acted very frustrated like I was doing something wrong or asking too much. The service in general is terrible. Made an appointment and was seated 20 min past my appointment, they always overbook themselves. Will never come back. read more

I've been coming here consistently every 2-3 weeks for about 4 years and here's what I can tell you. - things are hit and miss. most of the women do a good job, but all the men are mediocre at best (except Sam, the manager). The guy who sits at the end of the right should not work there. today I went and he huffed and puffed the whole time very aggressively. I ask for cuticle oil at the end (because he aggressively files and pushed on my cuticles for over an hour) and he shook his head at me....I should not have tipped, but I did because it's the right thing to do for someone who has just delivered a service (and I tend to stay quiet). - $30 gel manicure + cash tip is pretty good. Their color selection is also decent. and they don't charge extra for matte top. - multiple pedicure options, but not sure sanitation is at its peak here. It's been a long time since I've seen any sort of sanitation bags for tools. - the young woman who sits second to last on the right is great, but once she was on a FaceTime call with someone the whole time she did my mani pedi. I didn't mind because I usually like to just be left alone and not make awkward eye contact or small talk (and will tip generously to make up for any perceived rudeness), but this was a bit odd to me. She does amazing work, especially when it comes to nail art. - the receptionists are all really nice, and should probably be paid more for how many times I've heard them apologize to customers for mistakes or issues. TL;DR: great for a quick, basic mani/pedi. If you're looking for great quality, maybe try somewhere else. You get what you pay for. read more

I went in during the morning and I was attended right away which is great but I was very disappointed with the service from the guy who did my nails. He seemed like he didnt want to be there, half assed my manicure and pedicure. After he finished my manicure, he said he would be right back and when he did come back, he reeked of cigarette smoke. But whatever, i could look passed that.. Although my gel manicure did come out nice, I was so disappointed in the pedicure. I paid extra for a massage and callous treatment, and i didnt get that. All he did was soak my feet in water, cut my cuticles, put the callous treatment on but no scrubbing, my feet still feel rough. Just half assed service. And to top it off, a whole 2 hours AFTER I left the salon, my dog stepped on my toe and the nail polish smeared off. Really?? After 2 whole hours, the paint still wasn't dry?? I paid $70 for something I could have done to myself at home. Wont be going back here. read more

I have been going to US Nails for the last few years and I've always been a satisfied customer until today. I usually have an appointment but today was last minute. The gentleman that sits next to his wife is an absolute unprofessional jerk. I stated what I wanted and he said he could do it. Throughout the process I asked if he was going to complete the part of my nails I requested a design for...he said at the end he would do it. When it came down to finishing ,he then said he couldn't do it. That the product couldn't go on the acrylic and that he would have to start over.. he had already been doing my full set for almost and hour and a half and Ive never been there for more than 45mins for a full set. I was extremely upset because though I tried to find ways around fixing his mess up and sh**ty nails, he had the audacity to wonder why I was upset. Then he wanted to charge me $70 for some simple uncomplicated nails and his mistake. I asked repeatedly to speak to someone who could help me and/or the situation and no one from their staff helped. I will be taking my business elsewhere because apparently trying to get over on a customer is more important than sustaining longterm happy customers. If you do go there, Sam and Lilly are good. read more

My daughter and I had a 15 minute pedicure. My daughter timed it. We asked for the Classic , and regular nail polish. The lady gave us a dirty look ,maybe because we didn't get the deluxe or gel, she talked shit about us to the young dude who was fake filing my nails. He rubbed lotion on my feet for 1/2 a minute. I told him not to cut my toe nails, he was rough . He didn't clean my heels, I was so dissatisfied for 60.00. I will never return to this place. read more

I got a classic mani-pedi with gel on my toes and regular polish on my hands and spent $55 would have been $60 if I had not applied the discount for new clients. Overall was a very decent experience. I would have liked at least a cleaner outcome for my mani, u can see where the top coat starts and ends, The polish started chipping literally a couple days after. I've been going to US exclusively for a few years now. They have always done a great job and take their time. If anything is wrong- they've always fixed it or made it right. The have a great color selection and their services have all been great. I do feel like some of the services vary from staff member to staff member, but it's never been enough that I've been upset. I always walk in, unless I have a big event coming up- and I'd avoid right before graduations and proms unless you want a long wait- but I've always been seated within 10-15 minutes. I'm truly happy with US. read more

Sitting here waiting for my nails to dry after what was just--not kidding--the worst manicure I've ever had. My nails are barely filed, certainly not buffed, and misshapen. Rough, rigid edges abound. Small chunks of nail were literally hanging off when she started painting and I had to ask her more than once to fix them. There's nail polish everywhere. I may have another 20 minutes under this dryer if I really let the gobs of clear coat dry before I get tf out of here. Jam the brush in, soak single nail in clear coat, repeat. The brush actually dripped clear coat onto the towel *after* she applied it to my nail. I'm as all-in for efficiency as anyone but not at the expense of quality. This older woman was so obviously rushing I'm almost offended. 3 stars because she saw me rest my head on the table while my nails were drying and gave me a quick shoulder rub. She needs the dough, I get it. I'm probably still gonna tip her 20% out of sheer empathy. But I'm checking out other places moving forward, for sure. It's too hit or miss here. read more

We've been here twice for pedicures and have had excellent service both times. No waiting, seen as soon as we walk in. There are a ton of workers and stations. Highly recommend. We at the most expensive foot treatment and it was totally worth it. Massage chair, they massage feet and legs, scrub them, hot oil them, hot stone them, and gel tips for me. The hubby opted for no painted nails! Lol! Very professional and clean looking. I'm not sure if the lady helping me spoke English at all but it didn't matter, she did a great job. Can only tip cash! That's my only qualm and thing I want people to realize before going so you bring cash. read more

I only go to this salon but it is hit or miss. Kathy is the only one in this salon who is consistently good. She is friendly and amazing at her job. Everyone else that has done my nails have done an ok job, showing little attention to detail. Only other bad thing is how often they over book themselves. I'd say every 4/5 appointments I have made I have had to wait half an hour or they would call to move my time slot. read more

The service was alright but the quality of the products were horrible. My gel pedi started peeling and cracking after five days. And my acrylic dip nails were uneven and thick. Just came here for the first time and I'm impressed! They were pretty busy on a Friday night, so I would suggest making an appt if you don't want to wait. I'm very picky with my nails and am super happy with how they turned out. I showed my manicurist a picture and asked for almond shape and he gave me exactly what I wanted. He also happily went as short as I wanted, as I've had issues with other places not listening to me or seeming upset with me asking to go shorter. My manicurist was super friendly and I love my nails!! The shape and color are perfect. These were $45 for reference which I think is pretty standard for a full set. read more

I went feb 5th with my 2 friends. We were greeted and there was little to no time waiting. The lady ( I didn't get her name) who did my nails was fast. She finished right under an hour. Everything was great and very reasonable price! The only problem I had was she accidentally nip my skin with the machine but she apologized right away. And there's like 1-2 nails uneven gel application but you can only tell up close so I'm not worried about it. Over all great first time experience. read more

I'm a long-time customer of US Nails and I had to come back to do a new review because of the exceptionally fantastic customer service I received today. I'm super picky with my nails. When I went in today, I had a specific photo/design I wanted copied to my nails. Unfortunately, the design I chose was an acrylic-only design. I asked for the closest thing they could do to the photo I chose and they began working. Christine did my pedicure and did a wonderful, very detailed job. Being my picky self, I asked for a change to be made to make the nails more similar to the photo. This request meant the four layers of gel she'd already done had to be removed and totally redone. It was my fault for not mentioning my preference earlier. And what made this experience exceptional was that she was so eager to please, she invited four different techs weigh in on how to best do the design and began working, again from scratch, to make it perfect. I know it was an incredibly frustrating situation for her, but she was so sweet and continued to be just as detail oriented as before. Rachel took over the finishing touches in detail work on my toes and did my entire manicure. I am so pleased with the work they've done, I couldn't help but share. I'm never let down by this salon, and after nearly three hours of labor-intensive work, I am one happy customer yet again. Thank you for your patience ladies, I know I was a major pain! And by golly, my nails are gorgeous! read more

This salon has gone down hill. I use to love it but now they do basic work and charge even more for it. They don't do design or art.
