Went in for a pedicure today and the lady cut out about 1/4 of the sides of my toenails and also left chunks of toenails hanging into the sides of my cuticles. I will struggle with ingrown toenails for months now. I let the salon know about the problem and how unhappy I am with this FIFTY DOLLAR pedicure and they never even apologized. I give 2 stars for customer service! I came here because a friend recommended it. They were quick to attend and very nice. But i must say.... I've had much better pedicures and sets. My poor toe is tender and swollen! Hoping I don't have an infection. Using peroxide to clean it. And my nails were not really cleaned up at all. And they are SO THICK. Some are not even shaped right in the top. Dents and such. They were very nice and welcoming but that's not enough for me to return. I will NOT be going back. :( read more

They do not accept their own coupons from THEIR website. Who tf does this. Very rude. Also do not accept competitor coupons even though the website states it clearly. I live about 2 hours away from this place, I work some days in Olive Branch. I was looking for a nail salon to use while I was there working when needed and necessary. I walked into this place and I walked out more than pleased! My nails were gorgeous, I had no complaints! Friendly, inviting attitudes, the nail tech took her time with my nails! I went in w a nail fill! Both hands had the same length!!! The older gentleman filed my right hand nails shorter than my left but wasn't a huge diff to cause a fuse until I noticed my my right thumb had been filled down too short! I showed him n acknowledged it agreed (didn't speak very much English) at that point I walked over to the lady next to him n showed her! She said well we go my your nail bed?? Wtf? I walked in w my nails all the same length n only requested a fill??? I said I'll just pay now n leave but He said he would fix it so I say back down but at that point it just got worse as u can see from my pics!! I told them now for the 2nd time I wished to just pay n leave ! They were both obviously cursing me n the man was mad throwing things n being rough w me. He said it will be $30 I said no!!! Nail technician job was absolutely horrible. She cut my skins multiple times and took so much time trying to fix her mistakes. Ask the manager if she was new or in training and he answering with no concerns what so ever. read more

Horrible. The man sliced my finger deep. Didn't say a word. I asked for square,he messed up so many times I had to settle for coffin. He told me he could do nail art...all I wanted was a straight line and he messed it up. When I told him to forget it,he started talking to the worker without me understanding and they laughed at me while she looked me at. I walked out with disgusting BLACK coffin nails . I kept having to tell the tech to fix smooth the sides...got my nails done on Sat morn and as of today Tues the nail is jagged and the paint has chipped due to my nail being constantly caught on something bc of the rough edges. read more

DON'T GO!! I visted this shop on 7/25/2020. I see most nail salons using their own decorative jars for acrylic powder, and i've never questioned the ingredients in it. I've also never thought about how sanitary the products are, or how many peoples hands and fingertips have touched the products that come in contact with my hands until now. It took me 45 minutes to get seated, which I understood they probably wanted a break. Then the two ladies who moved back and forth doing my nails were trying to do them extremely fast and shaped them lumpy and crooked. There were only 4 or 5 customers by the way. Needless to say, three days later all my fingers were slightly swollen, red, & painful. I tried multiple times to remove them by professionals followed by myself which failed every time. Two months later, because they severely stunted my nail growth, the acrylic nails are off. My nails are completely messed up, most of my smile lines are cut back half a centimeter now, I had to go weeks of wearing bandaids, and had to sit through the pain of letting my nails fall off. Also never gave me a receipt which would very much help right now. This experience completely ruined me on getting my nails done ever again. read more

This was my second visit. Before I went on a Saturday evening when it was very crowded. I came during the week this time. Not as crowded but still very, very slow. Who has 3 hours just to get their nails done. It is also obvious that they are really not interested in new customers. They have picks and clicks. I enjoy the music but that's about it. I am an hour and a half in 7 customers and 3 techs. Not coming back. read more

Do not recommend this salon if you have natural nails hat you want manicured with a polish. The gel polish was applied well, but my nails were hacked, uneven, jagged and cut way too short. Most people there were having fake nails applied. Perhaps they are better if that's what you are into. read more

I used to love this nail salon. Some of the nail techs are great, I never seem to get them. Last time I went there I was cut by the cuticle nippers and by the credo blade. I decided to try one more time yesterday, the pedicure only lasted 20 minutes starting with the nail tech applying lotion to her own feet and legs, which she spent more time massaging than my massage. The quality of the pedicure was ok, if she had slowed down about 10 minutes it would of resulted in my usual big tip. Being in the spa business, I never tip less than 20%, I've now left twice without tipping, I've never done that. Time to find a new place. read more

Went there today and some guy did my nails all he had to do is a fill in and polish What a FREAKIN JOKE he left dents and didnt smooth them off and when i asked about polish he said you can still see where my nails had grown out after he filled them in .He put 3 layers of polish over them without each layer drying when he was done he turned off his lamp and continued on to someone else After a bit I asked him if they were dry he said oh yes they are half of some polished on some nails came off I didnt notice and left and got outside and noticed them went back in and they said sit back down and they would fix them I said didnt have the time to because I had been passed so others could get theirs done Why do i have to give a STAR just to post my Review but here is one and Do Not DESERVE IT read more

my sister went there to get her nails filled-in!! A guy there did her nails.... im sorry to say he did a bad job.. her nails have dents in them where he filed to much.. they were not filled-in right..you can see where he messed them up... he painted them with a color to cover up his mistake.. the polish he put on wasnt even dry and he did the color 3 times....
