I went for dip mani and a pedicure on Sunday 7/13 . The man who did my service seemed very put out by my choice of dip powder over gel. He begrudgingly did the dip, but used clear polish rather than the usual solution that I have had used before dipping in the powder. It hardened well enough. He did little to no shaping and left very uneven surfaces. The thumbs really were thick and ugly. On the pedicure, he didn't bother to do much as far as exfoliating and cut my toes all up until they were bleeding. He said I had ingrown toenails, but I have never been told that before. On Monday, the "dip" started popping off my nails and by Thursday they had all fallen off. I should have asked him to find someone else to do my nails when I saw his technique of the first one, but I sensed that there might be a scene, so I just let it happen. I spent $100 for a terrible manicure and painful pedicure. Lesson learned. Guess it is back to driving farther to get better service. read more

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I came here to get my nails done for my baby shower. ive been here twice before with no issues. 1. I waited 30 minutes in the pedicure chair before i had to ask how long it'd be before my pedicure started. I waited another 15 minutes before someone arrived to do my toes 2. The lady who did my feet was very nice, but could not do a simple French tip on my toes. I settled for a full white nail. Even though it's not what i wanted. 3. When it was time for my full set i showed a picture of what i wanted - a French tip - again we ran into the same issue. but ten times worse. he put clear powder on my nails so that you could see the fake tip he added and my real nail. instead of putting a pink or nude powder like they normally do. because of that, the only french tip he could give would've been an extremely thick tip to cover . he offered no solution, and sat there huffing and puffing in annoyance as if it was my fault. i decided i would have him just paint my whole nail white like my toes. After trying to figure out different options. he refused to finish my nails at this point without me paying first. once i paid, he rushed and painted my nails and asked me to leave. i paid $100 for my baby shower nails to look like my 5 year old painted them. Worst pedicure I have ever had. My feet have cuts all over, still dead skin, and the polish job was awful. Wish it would have realized how bad it was before I left or never would have paid. It was painful the entire time. I told the man to stop multiple times from pain and he would just spray stuff on them and make it burn even worse. Will never recommend or be back. read more

I came in for a jelly pedicure, asked for it & instead got a botched basic pedi. The people that came in before me were still getting the service while he was attempting to finish with me !! He wasn't going in any order and basically was just acting like he was cleaning up my toes while actually doing nothing at all. The heels of my feet look worse than when I came in. He then began to rub my legs with CUTICLE OIL, not lotion and a hot towel was no where to be found. I had to ask him to wear gloves while doing my service. Nobody asked if I wanted a drink and I left half way through whatever he was giving me. I don't mind having a service done by someone that doesn't know good English but you cannot serve someone when you don't know what you're doing. I went ahead and gave them the $35 because I refuse to make a scene but I will be disputing the charge. This was the most uncomfortable situation i've been in , in a nail salon!! I made an appointment for 5:30 on 4/2/24 for a full set of acrylic nails. This would have been my first experience with Paradise Nails. I received a text confirmation of that appt. I drove to Olive Branch from Memphis after work for the appt and all the lights were off and they were closed. There was no answer when I called so I left a voicemail and never heard back from anyone. This is unacceptable Paradise Nails. You could have at least called and let me know I needed to reschedule. Terrible service. It's Mother's Day and I'm extremely unsatisfied. The women were extremely rude, they didn't offer me anything to drink, they were scraping my cuticles to the point they bled, even after I asked them to go easier. My nail tech snatched from me, yanking and tugging the nail file around. The polish was lumpy and terrible, they tried to remove it with the drill rather than soaking. I had my nails done here and by the next day my index nail peeled smooth off without reason. I figured no problem I'll just go back the next day and have it fixed but I waited another day and the thumb nail starts peeling so now I'm thinking theres something wrong. I went back to the salon to ask to get it fixed and the man with tattoos on his arms and hands said that we wont do anything unless the girl that did my nails was there to re-do my nails but she wont be back for another day.. I said why he couldn't do it and he said his time is limited and he wont fix my nails. He then proceeds to walk outside to smoke his cigarette......wtf? absolutely the worst experience ever in a nail salon. My mom and I needed to get our nails done for my baby shower so we went here in hopes that it will be a good experience. It wasn't. We wanted to get dipped nails, no tips, finished with a matte coat on fingers and then a polish on toes, so we sit down and start soaking in cold water ... there were three people working in there. One in the back with the pedicures and two in the front with the nails. the gentleman that seated us .. was JUST RUSHING. He starts drilling super ROUGH on my nails.. and any time I had a question about something that did not look right he got mad. for instance, he ended the dip process with the base coat ... the whole process looks awful. My nails have not even been done for a week and I have two fingers that are chipped and the rest are done so poorly that my hair is already catching underneath them. he finished my nails less than 20 minutes (rushed.) the person that did my mom's nails made her bleed and she actually went back the next day after complaining about how poorly her nails looked and got the same tech as I did and left there bleeding with three different fingers. do not not recommend and I do not know how they are still open. i would avoid coming here at all cost because they are the worse at customer service and doing the job correctly. my polish on my toes are just clogged up paint .. he just kept sticking more and more paint on my nails and you can tell read more

I've been going here since the doors opened. The service and techs used to be amazing, but lately not so much. They've fired all the good ones except for Teresa who is the only one I will use. However now I've decided not to go back because my last trips have lasted maybe three days. I'm not surr what's going on but I don't have time to go every three days to get my nails done. Make sure you ask for the prices beforehand. I didn't realize until after my service that GEL POLISH for pedicure is an extra $20. So I basically paid $50 for my toes which is unheard of to me. First two trips were OK. Second and last trip was a disaster. Do not let the GUY touch your feet or hands. He made both my big toes bleed (sore for days), put my flip flops on AFTER he painted them (smudged, of course). I have infected cuticles from the poor manicure. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My mom and I came in for a mani/pedi. Our pedicure was GREAT! No complaints there. However, my mom wanted a gel manicure and I wanted plastic French tips (otherwise known as a full set white tips). After repeating that I wanted PLASTIC tips, the lady painted shellac on my nails and started PAINTING on the tips. I told her that wasn't what I asked for. She was incredibly upset with me and said I told her wrong, etc. Meanwhile, my mom's manicure went completely wrong when the gel polish literally dripped off her nails. The color wouldn't stay on. The assistant helping her then tried to get the polish off by filing her nail bed, soaking them for several minutes in some type of remover which didn't work... He scraped and sanded her nail bed getting only some of the polish off... Her cuticles were damaged and bleeding and sore when she refused to have anymore done. Finally, my plastic French tips were done and they looked great. But when it came time to pay, they tried to charge my mom for her manicure even though thy damaged her cuticles!! My mom had already filed then and trimmed them before she came and was desiring just a polish. Overall... Not a good experience. And not worth the money. The guy (the only one there)is beyond rude!!!!!!This is the only place I have been going to for 5 years and I am a known customer. While waiting for the only person there that has always done my pedicures, I was picking out my polish and the bottle had oil all over it which resulted in me dropping it. The RUDE guy in here not only screamed at me in front of customers and told me I should have been more careful but he also MADE ME CLEAN IT UP. I had coral polish and glass all over my hands and one of the workers offered to get me something to clean my hands Broken glass and all. Then splashed acetone from a huge gallon jug all over the floor and my shoes during his temper tantrum and was hollering in his whatever language. THEN I go to pay for my pedicure and he hollered at the lady checking me out and when I saw the charge amount come up on my phone by text through my credit card notifications, I questioned why it was more than usual and it was because that jerk told the lady to charge me $7 for a less than half full bottle of polish. Rose we miss you!!! I stopped going because only one guy was doing nails, I won't say a name, and I didn't like the outcome each time I tried. No one else could do my nails the way I like except one, the owner, and she's hardly there. I decided to stop by one day this week and I was praying there was more than just the guy there and I was lucky! Had no one else been there I would have just left. The owner has a nice spot but could use better techs that do a really good job making nails last at least two-three weeks. I don't mind leaving a $10 tip when I know I'm getting quality long lasting service. That was always my tip to Rose. I also suggest plastic wine cups. I'm not a fan of the real glass because people have lip stick stains and just doesn't sit well with me. It would be great to have wine and have my nails done like at my old Salon but I can't rock with the glasses. Oh last thing, pedicures should last longer than 15 minutes. IJS I'm paying a min. Of $60 when I come in I would like a good pedicure especially when you hardly have customers when I come. Massage my feet I don't want to ask you to clean my toe nails when that's a part of my pedicure. My last two I had to ask! Never had to with Rose.
