In August 2025 our new fence that was 3 weeks old was damaged by a Sposatos landscaping employee…read morewhile mowing our lawn. We were told to get an estimate and Sposato would pay for the damage that they incurred. To date October 30, 2025 that has not been done. We followed up and are now told we have to pay for it ourselves and submit the bill to our HOA and then Sposato Landscaping will pay for it. My recommendation is NOT to hire Sposato for your landscaping needs. This is the second encounter that we have had a problem with them. In our previous home, they damaged our siding on our house and after months of following up with them they never fixed it. They are a company that does not follow up on their word and their employees don't seem to care when they do any damage because they don't report it to the homeowner when it happens. Again I would think twice before signing any contracts with this landscaping company Highpoint Preserve Frankford, Delaware

He had to replace a few heads and dug the yard up in such a way that you would never know he dug the grass around them. My only complaint is the schedule process. I asked the customer service person if they could give me a day they would be here. She was very friendly and explained she could not since they were so busy but that I was on the call ahead list. (I wanted to make sure I was home so I could ask questions about setting up the controller) I called again the next day to inquire again if they had a rough idea when they would be here. Again she said she could not but they had me as call ahead......see where this is going? Sure enough 9:30 ish Monday morning here comes Juan pulling up in front of my house. No phone call, email, text or anything. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job (price was fair, I thought) but this area needs to be worked on. It kept them shy of 5 star rating. Just to be fair I will use them again to winterize my system, hopefully I will get a call ahead of time.

It looks like I'm going to have to find a new provider and suffer the loss. It will be less costly than destroying the yard.
