Every time I go here there are at least 7-8 machines that are broke. Place is dirty & barely ever swept & the ladies who fold the clothes that people drop off to wash for them take up all the folding tables. Definitely not going back read more

If I could give them a negative 1 I would. I received text saying that my laundry was all done and ready. I come in the next day, none of it was done and it was still sitting there not even washed. The person working at the front had no answer and said we have a lot of laundry. Understandable but don't tell customers that clothes are ready that they need every day for work when they're not here. Never coming back again. read more

It ain't the cleanest. It ain't the prettiest. Heck, I've been there & I've never seen anyone behind the counter & I have no idea who works there. There ain't a lot of chairs to sit. It's kinda small, too. The parking lot is super small & atrocious to drive in. Probably the best thing about it is there is the "healthy" food spot, Better, right next door. But it sure is a laundromat, and you sure can wash your clothes here, if you really wanted to. read more

If I could give no star rating to this establishment I would! I placed an order online with delivery.com to have my clothes picked up today and also paid online! after a total of 5 phone calls back and. Forth from their driver telling me they don't know what delivery.com is and they don't know how to use it, they finally agreed to pick up my laundry. 4 hours and Another 15 calls later back and forth setting up times and changing times, the driver called me back stating "the owner does not want to do business with delivery.com he told me to turn around and not pick up your laundry". Wow! A customer pays up front in full and you turn down the business?!? Good job jerks! read more

Had my clothes in 2 dryers for 30 min. When I came back one was dry and the other load was moved into a different dryer and still soaked. I asked why my clothes were moved and the worker said that the other dryer was her dryer. I said so you moved my clothes and left them wet? She proceeded to say that she didn't move my clothes and the night worker who was still there tried covering for her. The manager came over to see what was going on and I explained to him what happened and he said maybe I made a mistake and put money in the wrong dryer. I know what dryers I had and how much time was on them. I said how is it that this dryer and the other one I have still have one minute each on them if I am wrong? I put the same amount of money in both dryers and they were next to one another. I had somewhere to be and had to wait there an extra half hour for my clothes but the worst part was that both workers lied. I told him he ought to check the cameras so he can see what happened and he said he would. I hope he does, personally I would fire both of them if I were him for lying and causing a customer distress and wasting their time like that. read more

absolutely terrible. i lost a bra and 3 pairs of scrub pants. my scrub pants are expensive as they are my work uniform. I asked for the owner to call me for over a week. the person who I've spoken to is not the owner and keeps using the terms "I do not think you are lying but the ounces of the bag were similar" and kept asking me if i was sure i put my work pants in my laundry bag. i explained I work with Covid patients my scrubs go into my bag once I get home and i shower. I lost work uniform which is pretty expensive and there has been no resolution. for anyone who is curious, they have terms and conditions, in their terms and conditions they do not have a policy to protect them from getting sued if they lose ur clothing. I am not this cruel of a person but I do not like being spoken down to and pushed around. the woman i have spoken to has referred to time and time again that i need to make sure i gave her my clothes, she's trying to deny that my scrub pants were ever given to her. she is very rude and condescending. after speaking with a family member who is a lawyer they are willing to represent me in civil court to have my clothing found or laundromat will receive a fine. for everyone else who has lost clothes from these people, i hope it helps! read more

Horrible laundromat with horrendous service, I really would like to know which degenerate is running this place. The employees do not speak any English and are reluctant to be of any help. The card machine had a glitch and disposed of $5 that I had on the card. I asked to speak to the manager or owner but noone was around except an employee with limited English who could not assist. I work hard for my money and do not appreciate being robbed of $5 because of a malfunctioning machine. Needless to say, they have just lost me as a customer. To top it off, this place needs a major clean up and overhaul. A TOTAL DISGRACE read more

I was apprehensive to come here based on all the negative reviews but it was a matter of convenience. I normally just use my own washer/dryer but my comforter needs to be done in a commercial sized machine. They charged $1 service fee for a card to use on the machines. No quarters, just the card. The card dispenser didn't work, the attendant (who spoke little English) had to find a way for it to work and then told me I would need an extra dollar for the card. I'll never use the card again, I'll have a balance and I'll never go back. Total shake down and very unethical to charge for a card in order to use machines. read more

I recently moved into the neighborhood and have used this laundromat a few times as a self service customer. The place is clean, the prices reasonable and the machines clean well so I have been satisfied. I was short for time this week so I decided to give their laundry service a try. When I dropped my laundry off I explained that we have allergies and dropped off the fragrance free detergent and fragrance free bounce we can use. When I picked up the laundry it was obvious by the STRONG fragrance on my laundry that it wasn't done with the fragrance free products I provided. And they couldn't find my unused products to return to me as they were not in the bag where the woman working there said they would be. So now I have to rewash all my clothes, (so we don't sneeze and itch) and am out around $20 in laundry products. I am a very DISSATISFIED customer! (I tried to call and the phone number on the receipt is picked up by a fax machine.) read more

I having been coming here on and off for over one year. When someone tells you your dry cleaning will be done Wednesday evening and specifically after 6pm, and it's not there, that is unreliable and a waste of my time. I commute to the city every day and have a busy schedule. To come pick up my dry cleaning and it's not ready is a pain. And don't tell me the machine is broke or whatever because dry cleaning is chemicals. I'm not an idiot. Then don't tell me after speaking directly on the phone to the manager that he is going to personally deliver it to me house the next day when the next day comes with no phone call and no dry cleaning. And don't have the nerve to only take $10 off my $42 bill. When I tell you you just lost a customer and don't care, you lost a good customer and everyone should know. read more

This place has very unprofessional employees. I was there today on 1/7/18. I had two machines I was emptying and while I was putting the clothes in the dryer the attendant took it upon herself to take out my clothes from the washing machine. Meanwhile I was told on numerous occassions when I was in need of a machine that they are not allowed to empty the machines even if the cycle has ended. So she basically did something shes not supposed to do and when I questioned her about it gave me an attitude. I think this was a clear case of discrimination and I will be taking this further. The person who asked her to use the machine was of the same race as the attendant. I, being Caucasian was not given respectable treatment. Prior to this I asked for change and while Im waiting by the register, another person came (same race) and she helped her first. Ive been coming here for a very long time and am very disappointed at these latest developments. I will no longer be a customer at this place and will contact the owner to let him know the unfair and prejudiced treatment of customers at the hands of these highly unprofessional women. Im really disgusted with what has happened. There were times when it was very busy and I would ask them to empty a machine for me so I can use it and they refused and said it was against policy. Really, so what happened to that policy today? There were other empty machines one right next to the one I was using. Hypocrisy at its best!!! read more

DIRTY, NO HOT WATER, DISGUSTING BATHROOM. Apparently, the owner is always trying to cut corners to make a bigger profit. Even if it means to stop providing the basic services a laundromat should. 100 degrees outside, he doesn't care, "sorry no AC" or "Its working but it's just too hot outside".
