Crack goes all the way through.
    Jason C.

You can avoid them and do the work yourself. They promise a two-year warranty for faulty craftsmanship then immediately negotiate themselves out of responsibility. I have direct and immediate proof that they cracked my basement wall while sawing through it. I provided this after installation and it went ignored. Then, 18 months later when water entered the basement i formally made a claim for faulty craftsmanship. I had ample evidence as i painstakingly dug up the exterior about 3 feet down, by hand. The crack went all the way through, it happened when they made the cuts and they covered it up with dirt. I was attempting to be more than reasonable and asked for $150 back out of a $3500 job. I was only attempting to cover my cost of labor, concrete patch and one box of flooring, despite having to rip out drywall, insulation and displacing a tenant. Their exact words were "our warranty covers repairing faulty craftsmanship only. It does not cover any residual damage caused by faulty craftsmanship. At this point we are not able to identify any faulty craftsmanship." This is exactly why average do-it-yourselfers are taking on larger and larger jobs, because companies fail to stand by their work. I would have rather cracked the concrete myself so i wouldn't have anyone else to blame. Avoid avoid avoid.

JDI gave me outstanding options for replacing my windows at a great price. I did not get their premium windows. I just went for their second tier basic windows. The entire process from the initial consultation, measuring and ordering windows custom made for my home and installation was roughly 6 weeks. The owner who conducted the initial consultation, scheduler, crew foreman, and crew members were fast, efficient, cleaned up the demolition of the original windows beautifully and were very friendly. Some were even born and raised in the same neighborhood as me. I can't believe how nice these windows are, how they have improved the beauty, air tightness of my home for drafts, temperature changes and for outside ambient noise reduction. Their ease of use is outstanding. I can't say enough superlatives about JDI. I would give them 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU!!!!!

Extreme disappointment regarding the quality and installation of the 18 Simonton windows I…read morepurchased from JDI. The overall product quality is unsatisfactory, and the installation was subpar. I continue to experience drafts and excessive noise through all the windows. The amount of noise I receive from planes (I live nowhere near an airport) and cars is crazy; it was never like this with my old builder grade windows. Furthermore, the caulking is very sloppy. The owner said he was ok with the work and threatened to place a lien on my property the day after the windows were installed if I didn't pay, even though I was not satisfied. Following the owner's suggestion, I completed a Home Energy Audit. I have attached a few photos from that audit which clearly demonstrate significant temperature differences. I have also attached videos demonstrating the air leakage using a fog machine.(I can't attach all the pictures and videos I have and would be happy to share) After I called the troubleshooter radio show, the owner sent a crew to insulate three of the windows that I felt were the worst (which helped a little). I was then asked to pay for the insulation of the remaining windows. It is unclear why new windows would be installed without proper spray foam insulation in the first place. Additionally, two of the windows still do not close or lock correctly, even after the sashes were replaced twice. Given my significant investment, this has been a regrettable experience.

We were looking to replace our 28-year-old, builder-grade siding that was showing signs of water…read moreretention. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

It has been a breath of fresh air to work with Gravina's Window Center of Littleton. We had tried going the route of "finding a great deal" in the past, only to discover cheap is expensive in the long run, and our "deals" had left us with poor quality products and even worse quality workmanship. We decided this time around we would research and interview for all of the projects we were about to begin - this time it would be about finding the best value for our money, professionalism, quality and workmanship. Our first meeting with Gravina's was to look into replacing a few basement windows. After meeting with Jim Gravina, Mike Gravina and Justin Shyong - loving their energy, knowledge and ideas - we decided to have them replace the windows in the basement and replace our back patio doors. I can't begin to express how excited we were to see the finished project - the back door had become a favorite focal point of our home! Once we had actually seen, and experienced the difference with the windows, door and workmanship from Gravina's, it was a "no-brainer" to have them handle "phase two"... siding our garage and replacing the garage windows. Again, everything was awesome! Knowing that our James Hardy siding was done according to all of the proper guidelines of the product was important to us. Of course, with everything going better than we could have expected, I can honestly say, we were excited to hire Gravina's again for "phase three"... replacing the windows and front entry door on our main level (the remainder of the house), they continued to exceed our expectations and we are absolutely ecstatic about everything! John Gravina and his crew did an incredible job with our window & door installation, as well as Wynette & Samantha who had come back to do perfect staining of the interior windows, door and casings to match the hardwood floors in our home. It seems a little strange to say I was excited to work with a contractor - because I think many of us have experienced that nightmare of having someone in your home and just praying for the day they will leave - but the peace of mind knowing that things are going to be completed right, all of the proper follow thru will be done, having qualified and respectful people working in your home, knowing that you have a company you can trust, and knowing you will have beautiful windows, doors and siding to enjoy for years to come, is something to be excited about! Upon writing this review, I have reached out to Gravina's to let them know if they have a client that would like to see the work they have performed at our home, they are welcome to schedule a time with me to bring them by (this is something that we have only offered to do with Gravina's and Luxescapes, the landscape/hardscape company we worked with on our backyard that was also incredible). Because I don't want to post my personal contact information over the internet, if you wish to call me regarding our experience with Gravina's, you are welcome to get my number from Gravina's. If you are looking for windows, doors or siding, I would highly recommend contacting Jim, Mike or Justin to come by... you will not be disappointed! We hope you will find this information helpful in your search for a qualified contractor for your project! ~ Kevin & Jeri-Lynn ~

The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary.
