When I mentioned that another vendor's quote was significantly lower and asked for a formal contract to compare, the rep declined to finalize the contract or calculate exact measurements unless I first shared the competing company's proposal. I explained that I don't share competitor quotes with any vendor, as a matter of fairness, and asked again for Gravina's own formal contract with their best price. I followed up twice over the following week, including a specific deadline for the contract, and received no contract or further response from the rep. I then forwarded the full email exchange directly to the sales director so the company could review it and respond if they chose to. That email also went unanswered. The initial consultation and product information were professional. However, despite being a ready buyer and giving the company multiple opportunities to follow through, I was unable to get a final contract at any level, and ultimately went with another company that provided a complete, firm proposal without conditions.

We needed to get a quote for a couple of windows that needed to be replaced due to being damaged, and covered under insuance. We had a consultation at the house and were told we would recieve a quote in a couple days. We did not recieve a quote, which lead to us calling and leaving 5 messages with Chrissy. On the 6th call we finally got a hold of her, to then be told that the windows we were needing replaced would not be a match for insurance (which was never conveyed at the walkthrough of the house) and that it would be more expensive than what we had. I then asked if we could still get a breakdown of the quote to understand the differences. Chrissy proceeded to list numbers for a full install over the phone of an all inclusive package. When I asked for a breakdown of the pricing to fully grasp the whole package, she questioned whether we would really want to spend $3,500 per window and implied we could not afford it. Needless to say, it felt incredibly rude and condesending and we will not be giving Gravinas any business.

I got a text asking if they could deliver them on the original date given but I had to move it a week out from that - April 4th to April 10th. They them moved it to the 17th and kept moving the date forward with no advance notification or explanation. I made a lot of phone calls and emails, bottom line is no one at CWS knows what the other departments are doing. And they aren't giving Lowe's advance notice of this. They just got delivered today, May 18th and the 3 panel slider was just 1 piece! I'm at my wits end with this company and if there's any way you can avoid them, do so! I wish I had looked into them before I ordered!

The guy who was supposed to measure our windows no showed.. twice. Taking time off work to meet someone who never shows gets old. I understand life happens but I expect communication. It took a month (with me calling often) to finally get the windows measured. Then it took another two months for the windows to show up (and constant follow up calls to make sure the windows were actually ordered). Most were installed fine, but one window was mis-measured by 4 inches! When I asked about the incorrect window measuring, Paulo was rude and unprofessional calling my house "janky" as the reason the window was off by 4 inches. Their solution was for me to hire a handyman to knock out our wall to accommodate their incorrect window size. Ha! Obviously they couldn't install the extra large window they ordered, but they took it with them, claimed they broke it, and said they'd expedite a reorder of the incorrect window. Which makes no sense when the window isn't the correct size! The installers left old windows and junk in my backyard. I've called many times requesting them to pick up the old windows. It's now four months later, I'm not expecting them to pick up their junk. I still haven't received that expedited reorder of the wrong window. I don't expect my money back for a window I never received. I just tell all my friends and other contractors never to work with them.

I would not recommend them, they left nails on the roof, lots of them and never removed them. They installed the wrong window and have not been back to replace the window. The screens they repaired they did not put the tabs into the new screens, which makes it impossible to remove the screens as needed. They left one of the screens hanging out of the house because they could not reinstall it because it did not have the tabs They cracked some of the siding on the house. I have called several times, and it doesn't seem to be high on their priority list to get this even completed. I cannot warn anybody enough who reads this review. Do not use them, I do not know what happened to their company, but it seems to be in freefall. There is nothing that they can say as to why it has taken since June to come back and do the stuff that needs to be corrected. There was also a wasp nest, and they forgot their wasp spray and had to use my gasoline on the windows of the house to kill the wasps. They left nails and garbage and nails inside and outside of the house. I have really had it with them and I cannot emphasize enough go with somebody else other than them. The shutters that they installed on the sides of the windows, also seem to be not installed correctly and seem to be crooked.

Both required careful planning, supporting construction, and challenging installs. In both cases, the team (Sal led my projects) was informative, responsive, and highly professional. When we experienced some issues with the locking mechanism on the French doors they were on site that same day to fix the issue (even though it was the manufacturer's issue), and improved the door swing while they were at it. Both trucks demonstrated inconsiderate and unsafe driving behavior that created unnecessary congestion and frustration for numerous motorists. I would not trust them with my glass needs when they show such disrespect for so many drivers.
