The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. I appreciate the good work, but I do not appreciate being told the items I have purchased are not of good quality, (it was not put to me in such nice terms). I am not a plumbing expert, I purchase what I like and what I think will work best for me. I have hired you to do a job and do not want your unpleasant and nasty opinion, it was insulting and took the joy out of all the work that was done. I feel bad saying this, but it was really an unpleasant experience.
