Definitely 0 star if I could make 0…read more Men Beware Found Dr Richman of Advanced Urology in 2021 with difficulty urinating and Prostate issues. Advanced Urology and Dr Richman were more concerned about selling me a snake oil procedure than actually helping, the Rezum water treatment therapy. I was sold on the fact it would help. Stating it was the next best thing. It is not. As I came to the office procedure he was irritated, in a hurry for the staff to go home because the Urology Surgery center only allows a small window of time to do a procedure before charging more money causing the doctor to rush the procedure. I was not informed I needed a ride and he would not preform the procedure until my ride arrived. Allowing for the numbness to wear off leaving me screaming in excruciating pain during the entire procedure Rezum water vapor therapy. . Now I have worse symptoms of bph and have side effects because of the Rezum treatment and he would not follow up with me after this experience. Because after I had asked how much out the door it cost. I paid what I was told my part would be. Months later when I had an appointment, they would not see me because they were charging me more causing me to lose additional follow up care. Now after losing my insurance, I am left suffering the after effects with no one who will take the responsibility of a faulty procedure. . It has left me now with a damaged prostate, damaged my testicle operation, painful and difficulty urinating, worse symptoms than when I had previously come in for. As well as Suffering from long term side effects from prescription medication. . I would never, ever refer anyone to Dr Richman or Advanced Urology unless they would like to be treated as a transaction, not a patient. Our Medical System is Flawed and Patients do not matter at Advanced Urology. Profiting off of human guinea pigs is the goal leaving you robbed, maimed, disserviced and damaged for life with no remorse or reimbursement, unless you pay more money for the service rendered leaving me damaged .. on to the next victim, in your revolving transactional service. BUYER BEWARE I am looking into acquiring a lawyer to bring about a class action law suit. Anyone interested may contact me at jamoore1962@aol.com

I've been a very happy GYN patient here for more than four years. Dr Nolan and Dr Hill have been…read moreexcellent in attending to my care. I felt confident under their care and enjoyed working with both of them. When Dr Hill determined that I would need an outpatient surgical procedure, the scheduler, Susan, didn't call to set up the procedure until more than 6 business days later after regular business hours. During the week I waited for the scheduler to call, I left two voice mail messages in her mailbox asking for a callback By the fifth day with no response, I reached out to my BayCare PCP. Upon my request, the PCP referred me to Moffitt Cancer Center. Less than one hour later, Moffitt set me up as a new patient and scheduled a consultation with a GYN. Though this means a second GYN consultation for me vs the next step of getting the necessary procedure done, I feel as if the schedulers at Moffitt have a better sense of urgency, a stronger business acumen, and a higher level of commitment to serving patients in a timely manner. I had no prior experience with Moffitt, yet they rolled out the red carpet and used kid gloves from the moment we connected to help a person in need.

This was my first time at this location, which wasn't too far away but I had the same experience here as the other locations. Friendly and courteous staff at the front desk with a short wait until I was taken into- the room. Even in the room my wait was very brief until the doctor came in. I also saw a new doctor during this visit but it was just the same as my regular doctors, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and speedy with my process.

I already did a review on their other office on Gulf Boulevard in New Port Richey…read more Here's the funny thing. This office is bigger, more modern, more beautiful, gorgeous, comfy chairs in the waiting room, not a hint of odor, cleaner, more heavily staffed, more rooms and in a much nicer area. Aaaaaaaaand, no thank you. In this case, bigger is not necessarily better. I have found that every time I have had to come to this office instead of my usual office, I wait a LOT longer. They are often confused, running behind, and the front office staff is not very "receptive". The nurse who did my usual treatment at this office? Well, lets say when placing my catheter...didn't know exactly how to "thread the needle". *ahem* Everything over there was SO rushed that it came through in the care I was given and instead of having a normal, uneventful treatment like I normally do at the New Port Richey office...I ended up in a lot of pain from this nurse flying through my procedure, not warning me first before starting and making me feel very uncomfortable; something I am not used to when I attend the other office. So, while I have the choice to go to the bigger, prettier place that can accommodate more hours and more people...I choose to go to the smaller office in New Port Richey on Gulf Blvd where I know that everyone will take good care of me, treat me well, listen to me when I speak and be concerned about my health and welfare as opposed to whether they are running on time or not.

Then after healing I started having discomfort. Went back, examined and told to take Motrin to alleviate minor discomfort. Pain get getting worse, like being racked sometimes, normal take Motrin. I relocate to Columbia MO for work, talk to new regular physician about it, see urologist, Dr Weinstein, my savior, decides to do a local, take a look, well he removes some mangled stapled mass an inch long. Since my savior, no pain. Go with experience, it is your genitals, trust me. Unless you want slop work and the run around.
