Last week I called his office and spoke with an English speaki g young man who said he would e-mail my surgical records immediately. Ten days later I keep calling the office and getting te answering machine that says we will call you back shortly on a recorded line. Then a foreighn speaking man calls and says "call 7600." He can't hear me. I call and do it all again. Then he calls me again and in very poor English tells me that the office cannot e-mail request. He tells me that I have to fax a request, I told him the first man said I could also drive to Trinity to pick up my records. He agreed that Imight do that. But I don't believe anything this company tells me. Dr Dipiazza is impossible to deal with . I wish I had never had surgery with him. I don't want to drive all the way to Trinity until I can talk to someone in his office who can actually hand me thos records. This is crazy. read more
