The doctors are great. It's the reception staff that is incredibly rude. And trying to reach the office by phone is frustrating as well as you get a reception staff that covers all the offices who is also incredibly rude. For that reason, I will never go there again. read more

Dont walk run from this place and honestly after all these horrible reviews I dont see how they are still in business . After waiting for a long time I did see the dr but he ordered some tests to be done but no one had called to have the tests authorized . They totally embarassed me with my insurance company by telling my insurance company that I had no testing scheduled nor did I have any appointments scheduled with them . WTF ???? They lied to my insurance company telling the lady that they would call me right away after they hung up with her . Yeah you guessed it no phone call was ever made to me .Do insurance companies not look at what is going on in this place ? This should be raising some flags with the state medical board at least .Im so angry they embarassed me with my insurance company . I wont be going back . Im finding another dr today . read more

The doctor I'm seeing is fine--personable and caring. The problem is with the office staff. To start with, it's all but impossible to reach anyone by phone to make or change an appointment. If I try to schedule or change online it takes days. And that's just a couple of the issues. Simply put, the organization doesn't communicate well. I'm thinking about changing to a different practice. read more

This place is well aware that people are sitting in front of them 30 people sometimes to see a couple of doctors.... They scheduled these people and they're well aware of the wait time.... And it turns into hours....... Plan all day excursion for a 10 minute appointment I promise......... I am definitely searching for another doctor...... I get so frustrated by the time I get to see the doctors after the very very very very very very long. Wait that I forget half the questions that I was wanting to ask my doctors. He is very rushed when he gets in here and you only have a minute...... I can't wait to find another doctor...... and believe me I have very good insurance.... read more

From the doctors to the people who answer the phones, NO ONE CARES HERE. I'm speaking from over a year's worth of experience, four doctors, and many office folks. They are brusque and dismissive, they do not look in depth into the health issues of patients beyond a cursory glance (if at all) at their records, and are consistently unreliable in following up and calling in prescriptions. You will need to invest LOTS of time and phone calls to get anyone working here, starting from the very top, do do the bare minimum of their job. I honestly have never seen anything like it. read more

Unprofessional is the word most appropriate. Being on a high deductible plan, almost all my medical expenses come out of pocket, so when I see I was billed for something that didn't occur, I questioned it. Apparently this office is so money hungry and unconcerned with insurance fraud that they would rather fire me as a patient and that is just what happened- I questioned a bogus charge and they then told me I was no longer eligible to be a patient. Really? How egregious and unprofessional. read more

I was charged a $120.00, fee to mix a lupron shot, this was billed by a nurse practitioner, now no cancer treatment, if you want to be rejected of a cancer treatment, they will not finish cancer treatment, go here n flip a coin if you live read more

Horrible Horrible place! Do not go here! I've been waiting to have a procedure done since January, it's now AUGUST. I waited 3 months to be seen for my procedure and the DAY of the appointment I drove 45 min and was 10 min away and they called to cancel and said they didn't have a tech due to an emergency, extremely unprofessional to call the day of the appointment and when I had driven almost an hour, this was in April. Then they said they couldn't reschedule me until August, absolutely absurd that I have to wait 3 months to be seen after I had already waited 3 months and missed my appointment because of their fuck up. I should get next day appointment and everybody else moved back. Anyway, it's now August and today was my appointment and guess what?!? ANOTHER tech emergency and they have to cancel my appointment again, same day no notice whatsoever, 2 in a row is absolutely asinine and now they can't fit me in u til November! Don't go here! If you have anything serious going on you'll die waiting for them to get their shit together!!!! read more

The Advanced Urology Institute is located just east of Morton Plant Hospital. It's on the second floor where another group of Urologists used to practice. The waiting room is shared with a fitness organization. The chairs are comfortable and it's a calming environment. The doctors and nurses are great and very skilled. This office is one of a chain of urological offices that span over most of Florida. They definitely have their act together. If you find yourself in need of a quality urologist, you should call for an appointment. I am quite happy with my experience there. read more

I was referred to a doctor in this office but could not see her for months so I saw a Nurse Practitioner named Tisha. The code of "Do No Harm" does not apply to this NP. I called the office twice in one day for her to call me as I had severe pain and blood in my urine. She never called me. I called the next morning and they said she would call me in 10 minute because blood in urine is considered an emergency. She has not yet reached out to me for medication or advice. She needs to be in another industry as she can't handle her case load and does not care about patients. She has no compassion and does not seem knowledgeable in this specialty. Stay far away from this office it's a shitshow and Tisha the NP needs to be terminated. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. The doctor's bedside manner is terrible. He's in a hurry and stands by the door with one foot in and one foot out trying to leave. I have left 5 messages for the nurse to return my call and have not received a return call. I guess they want me to make an appointment and -pay $460 to ask the doctor the same question the nurse can answer for me. Terrible. Beware! read more

Can they make an option for zero stars. This pratice is the rudest clinic thatvI have ever experienced. The doctor prescribed a medication. Then they basically played with the authorization for 3 weeks now. The offices communication is non existent. You can not reach anyone live, you have to leave messages. And when they do contact you back they are very confrontational when they do call you back. read more

Walking in the first thing I noticed was a clean, beautiful, new office. The second... was a receptionist who made it very clear she does not want to be there by completely ignoring me while I stood there for a good two minutes! Giving her the benefit of the doubt I thought, maybe she's just really busy so I signed in and say down. When she finally called me back up to the counter, five minutes later, she was very rude with her tone of questioning, asked me for my co-pay then wouldn't take it until what seemed like forever later, then when I asked do you want the paperwork I filled out she simply said "no" and stopped speaking to me until finally I just walked away and sat back down. I witnessed another patient come in and ask about a follow-up to a procedure he had. She told him "this doctor won't do that a physician would. He went to ask another question after saying, "but I had it done here" however she had already rolled away on her chair and straight up ignored him!!! When he found her on the other side of the wall he asked, "Is that it?" and she didn't even reply! He turned around walking out of the office shaking his head. I sat there in complete disbelief! Thank goodness the nursing staff and doctor are more approachable but honestly I was nervous due to her being the first person who greets all the patients! read more
