Before coming to Dr. Trevino I had seen several doctors, all of which either did not know what was causing my health issues (and didn't make much of an effort to figure it out) or brushed me off. Dr. Trevino was recommended to me so I made an appointment, even though he is located over an hour from my home. I figured this appointment was going to go like the rest of them, but I took a shot. First, scheduling an appointment was easy. The office staff is friendly, and I got an appointment within the month. When I arrived at the office I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The office was not overflowing with double-booked patients as is usually the case with most offices. This office actually has you seen by your appointment time (or very close to it). Dr. Trevino asked me what was going on and listened quietly as I talked about the issues I had been going through. He performed a test in the office and let me know what he thought was going on. He was able to link all of my symptoms except one, and referred me to a specialist about that. His explanation of the condition was thorough. He asked me if I had questions, listened to them, and provided me with answers. He came up with a treatment plan using both medicine and lifestyle changes, and again explained all of the reasoning behind why the medicine and lifestyle changes help the condition. I have seen him quite a few times since the first visit and each time Dr. Trevino is patient and works with you to tailor your treatment plan. He figures out what is working and what is not, and comes up with ideas to work on to get you feeling better. Dr. Trevino is an internal medicine doctor, but does treat a lot of patients with Dysautonomia. He is very knowledgeable about the conditions and stays on top of research. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Trevino is you have one of these conditions.

I called from bed and her pos assistant refused to ask Marci to send the orders and told me to go to the urgent care even though Marci was my pcp. The assistant hung up on me so I left a message expressing my discontent and received a certified letter in the mail dropping me as a patient. Do not support this psychopath or the people that employ her, there are doctors with staff that actually care out there.

He told me that Dr Hanrahan is retiring in 09/2026 and only comes in 2 days a week. What was I suppose to do? So, of course I accepted Dr Vishal Panchal. He knows me 5 minutes and dictates how I should be living my life. I'm 70 years old. I listened to him and then I shutdown after his 10 minute speech... Let me start with my blood test results. The test result shows I have a urinary issue. At that time I had no symptoms, so he wouldn't prescribe anything to clear it up. Big mistake. I had symptoms about two weeks later. I called the office and the message said contact my pharmacy and I did. I had to call the office again because they hadn't responded to CVS. I never got that prescription and I ended up getting an over the counter solution...That's not the worst. The worst is I have been on Rosuvastatin Calcium 10mg for 90 days per my insurance company because it's a maintenance drug. Dr Hanrahan personally prescribed the medication for my high cholesterol years ago. It's due to be refilled with -0- refills left. I contacted CVS so they can contact Dr Hanrahan's office and again no response from her office to CVS. Then, finally they gave me a 30 day supply with no refills...Yesterday, Thursday, March 26, 2026 CVS sent me a text and an email informing me that, "your prescriber has not responded to approve a 3-month supply for Rosuvastatin and that I need to call my prescriber. I need that prescription. I have a 3 pills left and then what. Dr Hanrahan what has happened to you. You ignore my request, you ignore CVS request. What do I do now??? What do I do in three days??? Let me tell you what I've tried to do. I found a new primary care Doctor. Unfortunately, I can't get a new patient appt until July 15, 2026 which I scheduled. I tried to get my medical records on your patient portal, however, it doesn't recognize me as a patient... In three days, I will suddenly be off of my Rosuvastatin Calcium 10 mg, prescribed by you. You and the other two Doctor's, in your, yes still your office until Sept 2026, should be ashamed of yourself for not prescribing a much, needed medicine. I was then assigned to a gentleman NP who also disappeared after a visit or too. Also, an excellent clinician. From that point the experience when completely downhill. I started see different providers. No one would listen to my complaints or my health concerns. The visits were short and useless. I ended up with a bad infection in my gums and I went to the office to see if they would start me on an antibiotic until I could get into a dentist. The NP, Covina I think her name was - was absolutely rude. I ended up seeing her 3 more times and each encounter was more miserable. I lodged a complaint with Medicare. Finally I got the dental work done. The drugs the dentist gave me forced me to go off my other medication. It caused major complications. By Sunday, I was in such pain in my stomach and chest, I thought I was having a heart attack. I called the answering service at Mahajan 8:00 am. Someone was supposed to call me back. I called again at 10:00. Someone was supposed to call me back. At noon I brough myself to an ER because I felt like I was going to die. I got home from the Er at 3:30 and the dr from Mahajan called - 7 hours later. I immediately assigned myself a new PCP. I cancelled my appt I had with them. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

He adjusted the needle which caused another extremely painful shock that ran all the way down my body. I immediately became sick and was on the verge of vomiting. I went to my car and laid in the back seat. The nausea & painful pinging would not subside for the remainder of the day. I emailed the office twice explaining the situation in which I received no response. The following day, my arm from my elbow to my hand was completely numb and had very little strength. I would experience bouts of very uncomfortable burning in my hand as well. I got ahold of the office via the phone and asked for them to please notate this in my record (I would later find that they never did this). They said that one of their technicians would be available later in the week to scan my arm. This appointment was very quick. The technician ran a wand down my arm, said she didn't see anything and then gave me a sling for my arm. My arm remained in this sling for nearly a month as all functionality was lost. The occasional pinging & burning pains did not subside for months even after regaining strength in my arm. Fast forward to today 7/24/24 and I received a call from the front office in an attempt to collect money from these appointments. I said that I would pay for the blood draw but did not think it was fair to be charged for the nerve inspection as this appointment would not have been necessary if they did not damage my arm in the first place. The representative put me on hold to "speak to her boss". She then returned and stated that I would still have to pay for it. I also learned during this call that no mention of the damage was notated in my record. My entire experience with this medical center has felt so gross. I obviously do not recommend this place and pray that nobody else gets screwed like I did. I remember being too sick to get up and legitimately worried that something was permanently damaged. Fun experience.
