Simply put, Dr. Kush Patel and the entire staff are awesome! The front desk folks are friendly and efficient. Everything in the office is run right on time. The office atmosphere is friendly and low key. All blood draws are done in house. Their phlebotomists are friendly and expert. Dr. Patel is amiable, caring and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with the entire office visit. I cannot recommend these folks more highly.

I just recently just found a new Doctor, so of coarse they requested my medical records from the same office which is now run by just Doctor Patel. Even though i have, and others doctor offices have requested my Medicals records over the years Dr Patel's office now says that they still have them but it's been too long and that they are not required to sent them to my new doctor who needs to see them. I think that this is very unfair and that if Doctor Azneer was still around he not agree with this policy at all!

Melissa, his assistant is a no-nonsense professional who somehow manages the busy phone lines and hectic flow of seniors in and out of the waiting room. One thing I'll never forget is calling his office on a Sunday to leave a message about needing a Rx. He answered the phone and I was able to get antibiotics on a Sunday without going to a pharmacy clinic.

He reported I had high cholesterol scores which could lead to stroke heart attack, and he then proceeded to go over the 30 other blood test results and when I wanted to go back to the one that he flagged as a problem high cholesterol and he said oh, he already told me the score. Very dismissive. I tried writing down the scores he told me don't bother he would give me the sheet. He asked why I wasn't coming every six months and I said I wasn't aware there was a problem. I asked to see last year's score and they couldn't do that due to a computer glitch. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask questions I told him I didn't appreciate that and then he stated it seemed we're having problems communicating. At that point I just said we've always had this problem and then he just got up left room and terminated me as a patient. When I first started seeing him his niece would come into write notes on each visit. I recommend he go back to that.

She was professional, thorough and her easy-going and friendly manner put me at ease immediately. She performed a minimally invasive procedure with a probe in my throat which was uncomfortable, but she made it as fast, painless and efficient as possible, offering encouragement and support. I found her very thorough, and willing to listen to my symptoms and concerns and address them. Equally important, she was kind, understanding, sympathetic and personable. She asked questions and listened to my responses, seeking more information and deeper understanding. As I've started to age and accumulate more health conditions, I've seen more and more doctors and specialists, many of whom are dismissive, uncaring and even rude. Tried calling twice this week and sat on hold for 10 minutes before being allowed to leave a voicemail and still no one gets back to you. Was trying to get in with Dr. Green as my primary referred me, but I'll gladly take my insurance and money elsewhere where I can actually get in and they actually have staff to schedule appointments.
