Since Wellmed took over, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to the practice. The office is dirty, the staff is very slow to assist with any needs, and the Drs. don't read case notes. Bedside manners are terrible. Try to get consistent refills of prescriptions; forget about it. They will only refer you to other WellMed practitioners. They dropped my wife because she wasn't sixty-five, and she had been going to the practice for over 25 yrs. Find another quality primary care office; this isn't for you

We don't have insurance anymore and it was difficult to find a Drs office that would take Cash!! I had read several reviews and decided to give them a try ..... I first saw the NP and while I was with her, she smiled and actually listened to me and we had a real conversation which, I appreciated that. The ladies at the front desk are all smiling and made me feel at ease filling out the paperwork and checking out to make my next appointment! Getting a appointment is not a problem at all. It's easy to get seen even as a Nee patient which is great! What really got me was I could make my follow up with the NP or, with the One of the Drs!!!! What? At the last Drs office I went for 2 yrs and NOT 1 time have I been able to see the dr. I came in for my visit to today and wonderful

I was there because I needed medication refills and brought up the fact that I needed my Xanax refilled. Tell me why she only refilled my Xanax after telling me she can't write it sent in a baby dose to try to wean me off of it did not refill any of my everyday meds. Was too busy and in a hurry about leaving at noon and then saying she needs to see me again within the week when her nurse said she has told her multiple times that her schedule is booked out for the month so to say less, I would not recommend this doctor

He reported I had high cholesterol scores which could lead to stroke heart attack, and he then proceeded to go over the 30 other blood test results and when I wanted to go back to the one that he flagged as a problem high cholesterol and he said oh, he already told me the score. Very dismissive. I tried writing down the scores he told me don't bother he would give me the sheet. He asked why I wasn't coming every six months and I said I wasn't aware there was a problem. I asked to see last year's score and they couldn't do that due to a computer glitch. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask questions I told him I didn't appreciate that and then he stated it seemed we're having problems communicating. At that point I just said we've always had this problem and then he just got up left room and terminated me as a patient. When I first started seeing him his niece would come into write notes on each visit. I recommend he go back to that.

I've only been a patient of Dr. Nanda for about a year now but I've seen her quite a few times…read morebecause it's been a rough health year for me. Dr. Nanda is amazing. She truly gives her patients her full attention. She never makes me feel rushed even if she's running behind schedule and I'm sure she has tons of patients waiting for her. Keep this in mind though...a great and attentive doctor usually means you won't be seen right at your appointment time because they are giving everyone the individual attention they deserve. Dr. Nanda recently sold her private practice and is now a part of AdventHealth. Same great service though. The best part of all: I went for my first mammogram this year and they found some suspicious mass areas that required biopsies and other tests...when Dr. Nanda saw test results coming in repeatedly, she personally called me one morning just to make sure I was doing okay because she knew what I was going through was stressful. This 30 seconds of her time made me feel so special. I will be her patient for as long as she's practicing medicine just because of this small gesture that meant so much to me. If you're in the market for a new primary, look no further!

He's kind, caring and takes the time to explain his diagnosis, medical advice, prescriptions, and more. He has gotten us through a few surgical procedures and emergency situations. Melissa, his assistant is a no-nonsense professional who somehow manages the busy phone lines and hectic flow of seniors in and out of the waiting room. One thing I'll never forget is calling his office on a Sunday to leave a message about needing a Rx. He answered the phone and I was able to get antibiotics on a Sunday without going to a pharmacy clinic.

The staff resolved a blood pressure issue that I had it basically had procedures associated with…read morethe prescribing and the pain and so forth that were in conflict and I was out of medication the staff resolved this and that says a lot for this practice because the support people are key to any successful medical practice and this is a practice that the staff should be proud of and exceed the standards of most medical offices I have visited..... Thy are about caring for the patient not a bunch of complicated inter practice rules and regs so to speak can easily be resolved with some effort and we see too little of this type of effort today so this is a great practice

There was a wait but nothing different than I have experienced elsewhere.The staff was courteous and considerate. The doctor and her np introduced themselves and any assistants that joined us. We enjoyed a a nice visit with the md. I didn't feel rushed. She respects my choices as a parent I didn't feel pressured into anything I didn't want to do. I have been to other practices that are supposedly 4-5 star and I get long waits cold aloof staff and rushed time with the md. I would definitely recommend!

I have…read moreworked directly with many doctors for 11+ years and I can honestly say Dr. Soudijn is one of the most personable, caring and detail-oriented physicians I have ever know. I am a healthy 30-something who sees him annually but he always takes his time to ask detailed questions to ensure I am healthy in every capacity both physically and emotionally and ask me about my kids.
