He told me that Dr Hanrahan is retiring in 09/2026 and only comes in 2 days a week. What was I suppose to do? So, of course I accepted Dr Vishal Panchal. He knows me 5 minutes and dictates how I should be living my life. I'm 70 years old. I listened to him and then I shutdown after his 10 minute speech... Let me start with my blood test results. The test result shows I have a urinary issue. At that time I had no symptoms, so he wouldn't prescribe anything to clear it up. Big mistake. I had symptoms about two weeks later. I called the office and the message said contact my pharmacy and I did. I had to call the office again because they hadn't responded to CVS. I never got that prescription and I ended up getting an over the counter solution...That's not the worst. The worst is I have been on Rosuvastatin Calcium 10mg for 90 days per my insurance company because it's a maintenance drug. Dr Hanrahan personally prescribed the medication for my high cholesterol years ago. It's due to be refilled with -0- refills left. I contacted CVS so they can contact Dr Hanrahan's office and again no response from her office to CVS. Then, finally they gave me a 30 day supply with no refills...Yesterday, Thursday, March 26, 2026 CVS sent me a text and an email informing me that, "your prescriber has not responded to approve a 3-month supply for Rosuvastatin and that I need to call my prescriber. I need that prescription. I have a 3 pills left and then what. Dr Hanrahan what has happened to you. You ignore my request, you ignore CVS request. What do I do now??? What do I do in three days??? Let me tell you what I've tried to do. I found a new primary care Doctor. Unfortunately, I can't get a new patient appt until July 15, 2026 which I scheduled. I tried to get my medical records on your patient portal, however, it doesn't recognize me as a patient... In three days, I will suddenly be off of my Rosuvastatin Calcium 10 mg, prescribed by you. You and the other two Doctor's, in your, yes still your office until Sept 2026, should be ashamed of yourself for not prescribing a much, needed medicine. I'm 70 years old and should not be in this shameful situation. Shame on you and your practice.

If you do unfortunately need to go into surgeries and prescriptions, Dr Matusewicz becomes even more necessary. I would have had my surgeries done by a junior surgeon at the local hospital if it was not for her. She sprung into action, and somehow managed to get me under one of the world's leading surgeon's knife within 72hrs of my diagnosis (at one of the world's best hospitals). I would have paid 100x what I have paid Dr Matusewicz for just this one example of how she's helped me and my family. I constantly tell people they NEED to get a Doctor like Dr Matusewicz to help them and their families. I truly feel terrible that people are forced to stumble through modern medicine without the true representation someone like her provides... But if you're expecting the same-old general care physician, who is just going to repeat whatever they were taught in med school - then this is not the practice for you. When you aren't feeling well and you know that something is wrong you go to the doctor. Before coming to Dr. Trevino I had seen several doctors, all of which either did not know what was causing my health issues (and didn't make much of an effort to figure it out) or brushed me off. Dr. Trevino was recommended to me so I made an appointment, even though he is located over an hour from my home. I figured this appointment was going to go like the rest of them, but I took a shot. First, scheduling an appointment was easy. The office staff is friendly, and I got an appointment within the month. When I arrived at the office I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The office was not overflowing with double-booked patients as is usually the case with most offices. This office actually has you seen by your appointment time (or very close to it). Dr. Trevino asked me what was going on and listened quietly as I talked about the issues I had been going through. He performed a test in the office and let me know what he thought was going on. He was able to link all of my symptoms except one, and referred me to a specialist about that. His explanation of the condition was thorough. He asked me if I had questions, listened to them, and provided me with answers. He came up with a treatment plan using both medicine and lifestyle changes, and again explained all of the reasoning behind why the medicine and lifestyle changes help the condition. I have seen him quite a few times since the first visit and each time Dr. Trevino is patient and works with you to tailor your treatment plan. He figures out what is working and what is not, and comes up with ideas to work on to get you feeling better. Dr. Trevino is an internal medicine doctor, but does treat a lot of patients with Dysautonomia. He is very knowledgeable about the conditions and stays on top of research. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Trevino is you have one of these conditions.

It all started because I questioned his interest in treating geriatric patients. My mom was feeling very tired and dizzy for a few days. I called his office relaying this information, asking about the previous blood work results. And asking his office that he call me directly. I never got to speak to him but I did get to speak to his assistant who told me she could not find the results of the last blood work! I did make a comment about my concern that the practice appeared not interested in geriatric cases. You see my mom has many serious conditions involving her heart and lungs. These conditions require constant monitoring to help keep her remain comfortable and to avoid hospitalizations. I then made an appointment so he could evaluate her. When we attended the appointment instead of asking me about the matter, he was brief and brusque and finally asked me about it. I went on to tell me what had happened and I could tell he was still bothered. Bothered by what: that his assistant couldn't provide me with test information; bothered that I had called into question his interest in treating geriatric patients; or just bothered that a lay person wanted more information from the many tests he ordered? I believe he is just a mediocre doctor who happens to be thin-skinned.
