After having been to their competitor for years, I decided to try Quest as my new insurance allowed me to. And it was a night and day experience. This location in particular is on point. I have to get routine blood work done, and always make my appointment online a few days in advance. After showing up and clicking "I'm here" on the text message they send, I am typically seen within 5 minutes of my appointment by a phlebotomist and out the door within 10 minutes. Most importantly, Deanna did my blood draw and it was perfect! I'm not an easy stick and others have tried both arms and ended up digging around, but today was completely different. The great location I've gone to for years (on East Lake Rd behind McDonalds) has closed with this new location opening and I was concerned as I've had bad Quest experiences in the past but the new location is very nice. It is super clean, they seem to be taking lots of precautions to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, they have chairs spread out, lots of sanitizer available and you can wait in your car for you turn if you prefer. The whole establishment looks and feels brand new and squeaky clean which has always been important in a medical situation but is now more than ever. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and well covered in terms of PPE. I do recommend making an appointment online, it just makes it so much easier and quicker to get in and out. I would highly recommend this location, especially over the US 19 N (by Outback) location which has always been a headache. read more

It's the day before Thanksgiving, the lab had pipe issues but said I could come in right away if I had an appointment which I did. I did something really stupid and managed to get here without my keys in my car and left me no way to get home. I tried for an hour with OnStar and then UBER and had no results so I was going to walk the 3 miles each way. I tapped on the door at the lab and told Robin that I was going to leave my car in their lot to go get my keys. I explained I couldn't get an Uber and not only did she, Robin, call an UBER for me she refused to take the money for it. Truly truly truly above and beyond complete caring service and kindness. The facility is immaculate, The Technicians are very friendly and fast. I would recommend this QUEST to anybody. Oh and the parking is great! read more

Online preparation for my appointment was easy and I was able to provide much of the information including insurance ahead of my appointment. The facility appears to be very new, clean and well lit. I received a text the morning of my appointment telling me to click a link and check-in when I arrived which I did. I only had to wait a few minutes and I received another text that said to come in for my appointment. The person taking my blood sample was very pleasant and friendly. She took the sample and some information and I was out very quickly. I would highly recommend this Quest location. read more

This location is relatively new (opened in the last few years) and is in pristine condition. I make my appointments online in advance, you can check in on your phone when you arrive, and then they text when they are ready for you. I never have to wait long when visiting, and being able to wait in my car is convenient (especially during the pandemic). I always have a hard time with blood draws because of small/hard to see veins. They have a policy where a phlebotomist only sticks you once, and if it doesn't work they call someone else (so you don't have someone digging in your arm over and over). This is a great policy for someone like me who already has anxiety over getting their blood drawn. Their turnaround is fast too - my results are usually back in 24-48 hours! They don't guarantee this, but it has been my experience over the years. read more

Horrible experience, my appointment was 20 minutes late and a walk-in who came in well after me was taken before me! The phlebotomist was rude and unprofessional, unapologetic, that it wasn't her job to call back patients and wined about being short staffed, not my problem. I am a retired healthcare professional and I felt like I was a unnecessarily jabbed. She couldn't find me in the system even though I had just been there several months ago.
