I arrived at 8:30 and there was no wait for my employment drug screening. They have kind staff and a clean lobby. The lobby was clean too.

Clean waiting area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Wait period was minimal. Covid-19 precautions were adhered to.

Hours of wait for a simple blood test even with an appointment, dismissive front desk employee and closed Saturdays and Sundays. Good luck!

Can't say much as I've only been here once, and it was for blood work (I think they do a few different things, not just blood work).

I am generally a fan of BayCare and its physicians. When I needed an x-ray after a fall, I…read morenaturally picked a BayCare facility. The people were mostly great, and the care met the standards I would expect. However, the system works poorly. First, the "save my spot in line" process is poorly done. I signed up, got no confirmation, and could never check the status. When I called to see if I was really in line, I was told my the person who answered that she didn't know how it worked. I never got the promised text with 30 minutes warning of my appointment time. When I arrived I was taken back quickly, but then forgotten. I sat for over an hour in the little room before I had to open the door and ask if someone was going to see me. They had forgotten about me. The doctor was fine, and apologetic. Then it was another 30+ minutes to get an x-ray. Then another 30+ minutes to hear from the doctor. Then another 45 minutes to get a tetanus shot (they apologized for forgetting me again), and then when it was finally time to leave they told me I never did the required paperwork on arrival and I had to stay to do that. In short -- I was there for over 3 hours to get an x-ray and a shot, with an appointment. They admitted forgetting I was there twice. They said something about not scrolling far enough on the computer. It was busy -- but something is clearly broken there. I think the staff here was potential to be great, but maybe is let down by the patient management systems in place and general management of the facility.

This is my first time here and I loved it! I was checked in efficiently and professionally. Not too…read morefast and not slow. Volunteer Linda walked me to the imaging location. I was given a soft pink robe to put on after putting my clothes in a bag (To keep!) on the wall. They can't reuse the bags. I only waited a few minutes, in the warm and welcoming waiting room, before Sharon came to take me to the imagery room. She was pleasant and professional during the four scans. When I left, she directed me to the exit. I almost went to the lobby without taking off my robe and putting on my tee shirt! The robe was so soft and the perfect length. But I put my clothes back on, and stuffed the robe in the chute labeled for them. I will be back next year, and every year I need my mammogram.

I am disgusted. I had my first mammo this year in March. A week after the scan I get a call from…read moreBayCare that they need me to come back for a second scan but not to worry because 90% of women that get their first mammo get called back for a re-scan because there was nothing to compare it to. Everyone I spoke to assured me I had nothing to worry about and it's just preventative. Come to find out, it's really just a way for them scam women. You don't pay for the first mammo because it's preventative, but if have you come back for a second preventative screening your insurance doesn't cover it the same way and they get to charge more. Meaning, I got a bill for $250 for preventative yearly treatment. Is that really how they get people to come back for more preventative treatment? So disappointed in our medical industry.
