I've been a Lab Corp patient for years, but this was my first visit to this location. I had a blood draw nearly a month ago for routine bloodwork and still don't have results because of employee error. The woman doing my draw struggled a lot with the computer and trying to get everything right before taking me back on the day of the draw. Her dismissive coworker ignored her questions and instead was focused on her personal cell phone. Where is the management and coaching? I then got an email stating my insurance wasn't connected to my sample (despite giving the card and registering on the day of draw). I could not connect it online because the sample number is not connected to my name and existing Lab Corp account. I've called and left FOUR voicemails. NO call back. My doctor's office says the order is still "awaiting sample". The website has a specific page to give feedback on your visit, but this location's zip is too long so it throws an error message. I'm leaving a review here to warn others- It's been a month and I still have no results. I have to leave work today to drive over and hopefully get this fixed face to face, but I would have been better off going anywhere but to this Labcorp location for my bloodwork. read more

The women who work here are very very nice. I have been going here once a month for the last year and have had only a small handful of long waits. There is one specifically who does a lot of the computer stuff and takes the patients back she is so so so sweet and gentle when taking blood. I appreciate her a bunch. I really hope that the management that staffs this building can see that they need to add just one more person. Maybe a constant person who does the paperwork. Because there is no way these women can do it all and have speedy service every single time. I had difficulties with my paperwork and if there was a consistent person at the desk it would help with communication amongst the staff and keep the patients in an organized order. There was also a couple who waited for about an hour when other walks in's were taken before them, and I 100% believe one extra person would help this. I want to emphasize that I think the current staff is doing the best they can with their resources, hence the 5 stars but as far as management is concerned you guys need to do better with staffing. read more

I arrived at 8:30 and there was no wait for my employment drug screening. They have kind staff and a clean lobby. The lobby was clean too.

Can't say much as I've only been here once, and it was for blood work (I think they do a few different things, not just blood work). But the reviews here talk about waiting over an hour, and I only waited 10min max. Although I did make the earliest appt I could, which was around 6-7am, because I believe the closer you make an appt to the business' opening time, the quicker you'll be in and out. And this was the case for me with only one person in line ahead of me. No bruising or issues at the insertion site from the needle, so I'd say pretty great/trained phlebotomists! Avoid this location at all costs. Do not come here, and make arrangements elsewhere. Very unorganized, slow, and the staff is non responsive. Not really sure how they are in business. Here to take a pre employment drug screening, and I've seen the same people in the waiting room for over an hour. Heard the staff asking if someone is back from their lunch break..... at 10:45am. This location is on the east side of US HWY 19 just south of Curlew Rd. in a strip center. It's got a very large waiting area. It also has the standard LabCorp check-in kiosks. I didn't have an appointment and I have never been at this location before. I was called up to the reception desk after about 5 minutes to present my script. After that, it took about 45 minutes for me to be called back for the blood draw. The phlebotomists was skilled and it was a quick painless process. I can definitely recommend LabCorp. They obviously have their act together even for people like me who just walked in off the street. For a quicker experience, I would recommend making an online appointment. read more

I like this location. It's closest to where I live. I made an appt online, and still had to wait 45 minutes. Don't get me wrong, Kathy and the other Spanish lady are dolls, super nice, and work hard, but whomever does the scheduling, please give these ladies a break. I made an appointment for blood work, checked in while I was in my car, got a text 5 minutes later to come inside, and then waited 5 more minutes and they were ready to see me. The woman painlessly and quickly got two vials from me, and I was in and out in roughly 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and it was super easy! read more

Clean waiting area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Wait period was minimal. Covid-19 precautions were adhered to.

Hours of wait for a simple blood test even with an appointment, dismissive front desk employee and closed Saturdays and Sundays. Good luck!
