So, I took my disabled son to this LabCorp location today for some routine bloodwork (2 different orders) and the two ladies were phenomenal. We got called back right at our appointment time, and Giedre was our phlebotomist. She was very kind and patient with my son. His veins are ALWAYS hiding and uncooperative, and with sensory processing and anxiety it can always be a big challenge. Giedre took her time and was very patient, and when she didn't easily find his vein, she went ahead and got the smaller butterfly needle to assist. She was able to get it on the first try, and we are so grateful! Helita was the other lady there at the time and was extremely welcoming and helpful in striking up a conversation with my son to take his mind off of getting the blood draw. We will definitely return to this location, and we are so grateful for the wonderful ladies who work there! Thank you!

You must take into account the nature of this office as a walk-in- clinic. There are priorities of seeing more acute patients first. Some have to wait. They are kind, compassionate and caring. They respect and listen to you. Since they are a walk-in, they may be limited in their orders. They are open and honest. Just what is expected. I will never hesitate to go there. You shouldn't either. There is a horrible virus going around which we contracted from an ill family member. He acquired at a hospital and brought it home. We are all very ill. I thank all the staff. Everyone protect yourself from anyone coughing. It might start as a cold. It is not in standard flu sets.

She explains everything clearly and thoroughly, making you feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Our entire family has been coming to StadMed for years, and every visit has been a positive experience. They make us feel like more than just patients. they make us feel like family. I suffer from a sprained wrist and went to two other Urgent cares in the area, but none is even close to STATMED at Countryside Mall. Not only were they able to see me in a timely manner but they were able to do X-Rays on site (on a Sunday!) and provide a prescription to help with the pain. Thank you Rachel and Jennifer and everyone else who helped. In addition, they recommended that I see an Orthopedic doctor and gave me the name of one that took me on short notice, because I was referred by STATMED. I had previously called her and left a message in…read moreher phone that I had been injured during a ultrasound exam there at Bay Care Outpatient Imaging Countryside. The supervisor did not return my phone call. The probe used was a GE-IC5-9 made by GE Healthcare. GE Health care is owned by a Chinese company. According to the Food and Drug Administration this probe is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for use in the United States. Bay Care still refuses to release all of my medical records.

Extremely Disappointed With Billing Negligence and Lack of Accountability…read more I visited Bayside Urgent Care and clearly informed the receptionist--three times--before receiving any services that I needed to make sure my insurance would cover everything. I was assured and proceeded based on that understanding. The doctor recommended a lab test "just in case," and I followed his medical advice. At no point did anyone warn me that the lab they would send my sample to was out-of-network. A few weeks later, I received a huge bill from an outside lab that does NOT accept my insurance. I called Bayside Urgent Care immediately to understand why my labs were sent to an unauthorized office when I had explicitly stated multiple times to verify insurance coverage. The receptionist was dismissive, unhelpful, and simply told me: "You received the bill, so it's your responsibility. Talk to the lab." No concern, no accountability, no explanation. To make things worse, when my insurance agent contacted Bayside Urgent Care today, the office suddenly changed their story, claiming they had sent my labs to a different facility that does accept my insurance. Meanwhile, I continue to receive large bills from the out-of-network lab, and Bayside Urgent Care refuses to assist or correct the issue. This has been stressful, misleading, and completely avoidable had the staff simply honored my repeated requests to verify insurance coverage. Their inconsistent statements and lack of responsibility are unacceptable. I do not recommend this urgent care to anyone who values transparency, proper billing practices, or respectful customer service.
