I signed in and was told about a 45 minute wait and that I should wait in my car until called. I actually preferred that. Sure enough, just shy of 45 minutes I was called in. My vitals were taken and a rapid COVID test was administered. Then Dr came in checked me over, agreed with my diagnosis and called in three scripts for me. It was smooth, efficient, professional and much more desired than a long wait at an ER. Meds in me and recovering.

The people were mostly great, and the care met the standards I would expect. However, the system works poorly. First, the "save my spot in line" process is poorly done. I signed up, got no confirmation, and could never check the status. When I called to see if I was really in line, I was told my the person who answered that she didn't know how it worked. I never got the promised text with 30 minutes warning of my appointment time. When I arrived I was taken back quickly, but then forgotten. I sat for over an hour in the little room before I had to open the door and ask if someone was going to see me. They had forgotten about me. The doctor was fine, and apologetic. Then it was another 30+ minutes to get an x-ray. Then another 30+ minutes to hear from the doctor. Then another 45 minutes to get a tetanus shot (they apologized for forgetting me again), and then when it was finally time to leave they told me I never did the required paperwork on arrival and I had to stay to do that. In short -- I was there for over 3 hours to get an x-ray and a shot, with an appointment. They admitted forgetting I was there twice. They said something about not scrolling far enough on the computer. It was busy -- but something is clearly broken there. I think the staff here was potential to be great, but maybe is let down by the patient management systems in place and general management of the facility.

so, my wife made an appointment online for my son and me. nothing crazy, just the flu or something…read more we were both seen at the same time. a week later we see that they pulled almost $500.00 out of our account without any notice. they submitted my insurance correctly but for some reason submitted my sons through a different insurance company which has nothing to do with us (not sure why, being we are both on the same policy). here we are a month later and of course once they submitted it correctly the insurance covered everything. now we have to go back and forth to get the money put back into our account. they are simply dragging their feet and of course it is going to take 10 days to review it and another 10 days to refund it. not sure why they even tried to submit one to a different insurance co and how they can just take what they want out of someone's bank account without any notice. seems like a scam to be. The receptionist called me back and was unable to answer my medical concerns because she is a receptionist and not a doctor. I was not able to ask any further questions because the doctor never called me back, even after asking for the doctor to call back so I could get answers, like if I had medication being sent to a pharmacy. 2 weeks later the pharmacy, not this urgent care, called me to ask if I wanted to pick up my prescription. This urgent care has caused unneeded discomfort because of their lack of professionalism. I will be loud in telling everyone to avoid this joke of a practice as long as I live.
