Dr. Fombona is great, unfortunately only saw her once. Next visit I was overlooked even though I signed in. Visit after that they forgot I was in room. I could hear everyone yelling and laughing so I figured they forgot me again, and they did. whenever I call they tell me Im wrong about things until Dr calls and says no you were right. I dropped off lab for UTI , one week later no one has called me even though they have results. I called this morning, no call back. I think it's time to check other places to go. read more

I have been coming to this office for 7 years now. Sometimes there is a wait but you have to understand sometimes there is a medical emergency and this doctor (Dr Buethe) will take the time to treat those patients and emergencies. I went in this past week with an issues which could have been serious. The doctor suggested a scope of my urinary track which I absolutely agreed with. My 15 minute appointment turned into a 45 minute plus appointment because of the scope. My point is my problem definitely backed up the schedule. If you don't want excellent care then go somewhere else. As for me I will wait and understand medical emergencies do occur and if a doctor cares more about the emergency than pushing patients in and out this is the doctor I want to see! As far as the staff I have always found them to be friendly and caring. They always get you on the schedule if you have a concern. I absolutely love joking with the staff because they have this absolutely fantastic attitude. The young lady who handles your check out is beyond helpful! She absolutely goes out of her way to accommodate the patients. Sometimes they must reschedule your appointment as the doctor has emergency surgeries. If I was the patient who had the emergency I would feel blessed the doctor took the time to help me. Let's face it the way the insurance companies pay these doctors they probably make more money doing office visits than surgeries. The doctors here especially, Dr. Sadler are amazing. The bedside manner is one that you do not usually find with quality / educated care. The staff is also friendly and have a great personality with relating to you as a patient to make you feel comfortable. There is enough room in the waiting area to space out for COVID. The only downfall is that there may be a longer wait then many would expect or want. This is because the physicians here make sure to give each patient there full care and attention. I would definitely say that the wait would not turn me away from the practice. read more

I hate to do this but....! The doctors at Suncoast have always been there when the "time" comes. But it's getting to see them and talk to them that's really a pain. I have terminal cancer. I've been fighting it for 8 1/2 years. It's their staff that is the giant problem. When you call, be ready to stay on hold for at least 30 min. If you make an appt. be ready to have it changed. If you're waiting for test results or ex-rays, hold on to hat it's going to take forever. I called for the results of an MRI and asked her to send it to my oncologist and PCP, but she said they just received it and the doctor has to "sign off" on it? First, they got it a week and a half ago. The imaging company said they sent it a week and a half ago. Who's lying? I HAVE A RIGHT TO SEE MY MEDICAL RECORDS AND FOR MY OTHER DOCTORS TO "sign off" on them! I pity anyone who gets cancer and has to PUT UP with this nonsense. read more

I was supposed to be New patient ,but never got to go to my first appointment. First, the referral was not enough, they needed the authorizations from my provider. My provider got the authorizations. I've been waiting to get into Dr. Sadler for a few months now. my appointment is in less than two weeks and I just got a phone call that my appointment was canceled and they are not accepting my insurance even though I went through all this red tape. This is a gross delay in medical care . if I would've known this three months ago in March, I could've looked for a reliable urology office. Very disappointed. I've heard a lot of good things about Dr. Sadler within the community , so how this was handled shocks me. read more

I had a follow up appointment scheduled with the Hudson office six months after my initial appointment but had to call their office and cancel the follow up appointment as I was going to be out of the country at that time. I was never able to speak with a person when I called but was instructed to leave a message, ONLY ONE MESSAGE, which I did. After calling the office four times over a six week period I received a reminder in the mail of my upcoming appointment. Not wanting to be charged for a missed appointment I sent a certifed, return receipt letter instructing them to cancel the appointment. I called the front office and spoke to a 'JENNY'. She was very rude and condescending. WHERE do these doctors find these employees? I am retired now but worked at a doctor's office my entire life and would have NEVER spoken to a patient that way. It was regarding a new patient appointment. But after speaking to Jenny I decided this is not a clinic I would want to go to. I spoke to 'RUBY', the office manager regarding the unpleasant Jenny and she said she would check into it. Whether she does or not, who knows, but I would advise her to replace her right away. Just not acceptable to have a mean person working the front to represent the doctor. I re-scheduled in Trinity at a doctor with 5 stars and a MUCH more pleasant front girl. read more

Perhaps Dr Tannenbaum should not be employing obnoxious uncareing girls to answer the phone and give messages to him or nurses. Also, I am old fashioned as I remember the days when you had surgery the doctor or nurse would call you to see how you were doing the next day or so....not here. A few days ago I called telling "girl" who answers the phone how much pain I was in and she would message "somebody" I called an hour later as I never got a call, and she said "It's only been an hour and I commented " so how long should I continue in severe pain without hearing from my Doctor, what is an acceptable amount of time ? " she got so mean and defensive I don't understand how anybody would hire this person. read more

The worst customer service I have experienced from a doctor's office. Rude, abusive. No follow up on procedures or scheduling.

the office staff here, especially the billing department is rude and arrogant. my doctor, kevine spires suggested that i try a non-evase program to help my urinary frequency. there was no guarantee, but he told me that there was no fee or copay for the procedure, so i agreed to try it. unfortunately i received a bill for 3 treatments for 75.00. i was extremely upset. when i question the billing department and explained the situation, and told me of the conversation with dr spires, she was arrogant and rude and would not allow me to speak with the doctor. i have a credit rating of 839, and i pay my bills on time. i paid the bills out of respect for dr spires, but i am no longer a patient there. i am 83 years old and i won't be treated by an arrogant no class pen-pusher. this woman should not be allowed to deal with the public and is unfit for any position. read more

Let this stand as a warning to anyone who might consider this office. This is the most unprofessional scheduling staff I've ever encountered. You need to be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen. The office manager acts like trailer trash. The entire office is chaos. Scheduling personnel are rude and condescending. Should you dare to question anyone in the office based on bad performance, you will be reminded that you are not important. I wasn't going to write this review initially, however, I was sitting in a local restaurant and heard a woman talking to her friends about how she and her husband (critically ill with cancer) were treated. Until I called his office, I had a great experience with Dr. Sadler. He performed a surgery on me at the hospital. It was necessary to make an appointment for a follow-up outpatient surgery at his office. Several days after I was released from the hospital, I called to schedule the appointment. I was transferred to someone named Jenny. She refused to answer any of my questions or give me any info. She just kept repeating, between heavy sighs and exasperated sounds, that she would call me after she got notes from the doctor. No indication how long that might take. Not even sure she knew my name bc I never gave it to her. Not sure what happens now bc the doctor told me that the outpatient surgery should be done fairly soon. But Jenny wouldn't give me any info. Can't believe how unprofessional and rude she was. Is it like this throughout the whole office? I guess I'll find out, but right now I'm very dissatisfied. read more

I couldn't say enough to stay clear of this business. I saw Dr. Buethe as I was referred to him by a friend. He performed a cystoscopy that threw he into a full blown urinary tract infection. I called his office. Left the one message rule. Then followed up 4 more times as no one called. Fast forward to the most painful night of my life. Over the next few days I ended up in the after hours emergency room twice. No phone call back from Dr. Buethe. After the 3rd day I ended up in the hospital 3 days and 3 nights with a massive infection. Dr. Buethe never returned my phone calls nor the hospital calls that were made to him from the Doctors there. It was about a month afterwards and an appointment with my old urologist as well as my primary doctor that helped me get better. I have never seen anything like this. I'm not sure why he never called back after his patient was hospitalized. It was a long 2 months but finally feeling better. Stay away from this doctor. Maybe the other doctors there are better but no one should go through what I went through. read more

There is absolutely everything one wants and needs in a professional medical team i.e. competentcy, compassion, understanding, and patience when one is suffering. They also let YOU help decide on treatment options, not dictate what THEY think is always the best. Dr Buethe treats me as an equal, and never speaks down to me. He is the BEST! Under his direction, my medical issues are being taken care of in a very knowledgeable fashion. I would not change to other urologists EVER! read more

I had to see Dr. David Buethe last month for a problem I developed. The appointment was in Hudson. The front desk staff were professional and made me feel at ease. On the follow up I was able to have an appointment in Brooksville which is a closer destination. I appreciate how accommodating and efficient the staff at both locations are and did not have to wait to be seen by the doctor. After having a regretful experience with another urologist in the area, I was so delighted that I had chosen Suncoast! The staff is absolutely accommodating as well as compassionate.
