I single handily saw how she communicated with compassion, professionalism although faced with a couple rough bumps outside of her control, she maintained a smiling the entire time. I don't know why I put off seeing a real Gynecologist for so long. I thought getting pap smears done at my PCP office was good enough but it wasn't. I made my appointment and was sent a link to fill out all of my paperwork. When I walked in the staff was kind and professional. There was almost no wait time before I was called into the back. Dr. Vahora did a thorough evaluation and when results came in, she explained everything to me, even using short videos to illustrate exactly what she was talking about. I can not praise Dr. Vahora enough. I have endometriosis and for YEARS all the doctors I have seen have pushed me off not taking my pain and my pain in my remaining ovary seriously. Literally passing me from Dr to Dr. No one felt removing the ovary was the option even though I had surgery in August for the pain and they found another mass of endo. I then continued having pain. Ending up in the er all the time to get help with the pain. All the Drs I saw made me feel absolutely crazy. Even the ones in the er. Then I found Dr. Vahora. I am so glad I did because she actually listened to me! Didn't judge me even when I literally sit there and breakdown and cry because of everything I've been through. She took me seriously and didn't make me feel crazy! She scheduled my surgery quick when we made the decision to go the route to remove my ovary. And because I was having so much pain even moved my surgery up sooner! Everyone put us at ease and gave us confidence that everything was going to be OK. That the whole team was there as support through this process. I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Vahora as my doctor for the past year. I recently had a hysterectomy performed by Dr. Vahora. Her diagnosis was spot on. I have been suffering for years and she found the problem within months and fixed it. When we met, she told me her recommendation but allowed me to make the final decision. During surgery, I knew I was in good hands. After the surgery, she took the time to make sure my sister knew how the surgery went. I wish I was able to meet Dr. Vahora. However, I was following Connie Moler to this office as she was my practitioner for many years somewhere else. My first experience/time with this office was absolutely unprofessional and I won't be returning.I made my appt weeks ago on the telephone. No one at any point told me I could fill out the background medical history online. I would have much preferred that. So I came to the office 15 minutes early in order fill out required paperwork. Upon entering I pretty much had my head bitten off by the young woman at the desk that I came through the wrong door (This is my first visit) and I didn't wash my hands. She then said I will "deal with you once you have washed your hands". Which I did. When I came back and stood before her with ID and Insurance card in hand, she was on the phone, so I sat down in front of her to wait. Two more people came in behind me, apparently in the correct door and she handed them the paperwork. So I figured she forgot about me. I went and stood in front of her and this time she asked my name and she gave me the ridiculous amount of medical history paperwork (which I would have once again, preferred to do online to save time). I then completed the work, handed her my ID and ins. card. At 11:15 she called me and said I missed signing a sheet. I asked if Connie was running that late and she said no. I get things come up, but my appt was for 10:15am. I came early at 10am. An hour and 15 minutes later I haven't even been called back for weight, BP (which I can feel rising) or anything. I guess I am unreasonable to think an annual exam I need to carve out more than two hours for. First impressions are everything, and I am not sure either of these practitioners have any idea how rude and unprofessional their office staff is. I am staying where I have been going for years. I was in and out for an annual exam in under an hour and the staff is courtesy and professional. read more

I was referred to Dr Vahora over 5 years ago, she was amazing then and after several years of postponing trying to figure out what was wrong I decided to reach out to Dr Vahora again. I immediately felt the same ease and relief today I did years ago. She is an amazing doctor that talks to you like a friend. Dr. Vahora and her staff are very professional and are an A+ team in my book. I was referred to Dr. Vahora by another gynecologist who I also love and like. But due to some on going issues for 10+ years even after having children I knew something was wrong and needed someone else to help me understand my situation. Having endometriosis, I had accepted pain as a normal part of my life. Every cycle things got worse. When it got to the point that it was hard to leave the house if I was on my period I finally reached out to get some help. Her team squeezed me in for an immediate appointment because of my pain level. When I met with Dr. Vahora , she heard me out, was affirming, and confidently offered solutions.
