Every single person I encountered--and I truly mean everyone--was professional, compassionate, and had an incredible bedside manner. They made what could have been a very scary and overwhelming experience feel calm, supported, and much less anxiety-inducing. I genuinely believe my smooth recovery so far is a direct reflection of how well I was cared for during my stay. This wasn't my first experience here either--I had a same-day procedure about five years ago, and I remember receiving that same high level of care back then as well. The hospital itself is very clean, and I really appreciated having a private room. Another huge plus was that my husband was able to stay with me the entire time. He had a sofa bed, and they even provided pillows, linens, and a blanket for him, which made a big difference for both of us. As a healthcare worker myself, I tend to notice the details--and I can confidently say I was thoroughly impressed. This hospital and its staff truly go above and beyond.

I visited with my 2.5 year old grandson; we were going to meet the newest addition to our family. You pass through security just through the main door, go get checked in and your hospital pass (Id required). Elevator requires codes, there is a guard on the floor to check to make sure you have your pass & are where you are supposed to be. Inside Crystin's suite, Lilly had her bassinet, Crystin had an entourage of staff in checking on her and baby Lilly. Quality of care is the best. I saw at least a dozen staffers in the two hours I visited. They have a professional photographer on staff for newborn photos- I was there for the photo shoot. I also found the gift shop extremely reasonably priced! I snagged a gorgeous, large bouquet in a vase for $40. Score! Plus the cafeteria- Connor crashed about the patient food and cafeteria food. And a coffee bar- that I indulged in. Grandma duty requires caffeine.

I always wanted to try out Botox, just a chicken committing because I don't like needles; A few of…read moremy coworkers went with me to ease the idea of doing it alone. It's important to note, they used clean and individual packages of needles for each of us and numbing cream with betadine on the spots I wanted to be injected with the filler. The process wasn't bad at all, especially since they were doing a $9/unit special accompanied by a glass of Rose - how can I say no to that? When Dr. Mang injected my forehead and pulled out the needle, you can hear a small crunch; this is normal and Dr. Mang explained if you don't hear this sound, it is not being done correctly. I wouldn't have done this or brought other people unless it was anyone else than fellow Yelper, Anna M., because I trust her so much. Thank you for the opportunity - even though I got 10 units vs. 50 units of botox compared to a coworker - I feel that it was effective to iron out my wrinkles, even though I know I have minimal amount heading into my 30s. This was my X-mas gift to myself! I saw firsthand the difference for people who do have a lot of wrinkles & are young, so IMO botox is such an amazing product to help smooth out wrinkles.

Yet when I went to see the Dr and told him I was unsatisfied, he immediately told me he couldn't make them anymore tighter because he could damage a nerve . I am pretty confident that if I go anywhere else , they will find that I have legit reasons to be unsatisfied and I am also sure they can be redone . According to some research most of the time these surgeries may need a revision to fine -tune the job . But this Dr isn't honest at all , because he gave me a immediate no ! The problem with all the pictures taken is that the pictures are taken with arms up but no pictures of the back of your arms while there done, so The arms in upward positions look amazing . The problem is when you put them down and the skin sags in the back like some socks that are big and slide down , ( which is my case ) I have sadly wasted close to 9,000 I now have a scar from under my arm pit to my elbow , which was pointless and not worth the pain, nor the cost since I will never use short sleeves again because the back of my arms look really bad . Dr Mang did a Very poor job on my arms and without any hesitation tried to convince nothing could be done to make them better . If there is nothing that could be done to make them better , this only means he's not a good cosmetic surgeon . Once he gets his money he could careless about how you feel ... he brushes you off! He gaslights you by saying he's been doing this for yrs. And that he's not trying to push you away , when it's exactly what he's doing. My arms are uneven and he immediately told me he couldn't make them any tighter , so when the forms you sign saids you can get a revision , he isn't being honest and tries to convince you , the procedure looks good . I don't understand the purpose of the follow up check up's if he isn't going to listen to one's concerns and He has no real intentions of correcting the botched job . I almost had two procedures with him and was planning to go back for a thigh lift . As long as he likes the work he did , how you feel doesn't even matter .

4.5 stars for this second floor orthopaedic facility that's open 8 AM till 5 PM Monday thru Friday…read more ALL INSURANCES ARE ACCEPTED & ALL ORTHOPAEDIC CONDITIONS ARE TREATED. Services include: joint replacement; sports medicine & sports injury; trauma/fracture care; PRP injections; Stem Cell therapy; auto accidents; independent medical evaluations; bracing & Cryotherapy Units; physical therapy; etc. Treatments include: Injury Information, Cartilage Restoration, & Robotic Assisted Surgery. Dr. Edward Becker, MD is one of four orthopaedic doctors here. He is a Subspecialty Certified Sports Medicine Surgeon & General Orthopaedic Specialist. After an early April fall at school over a multitude of electrical cords, I came here as a Worker's Comp case (after BayCare referred me once the standard 3 months had passed & I was still not whole). With the mixed Yelp reviews, I was initially worried about the service I would receive. But I have been fortunate; I have been to this second floor office 3x thus far (w/ at least one future visit scheduled), & I have no complaints. The two females who have checked me in via Tablet have been VERY friendly & kind. The waiting area is large & comfortable. There is one wall TV that isn't always on. Twice I was called to the back on time. Once my name was called just ten minutes past my appointment time. On each visit, the tech took my weight before walking me to a patient room. Twice I was then met by a young, friendly resident who questioned me about my condition prior to the doctor entering the room. Today, there was no visit from a resident. Dr. Becker walked in after I had a short wait alone in the room. Dr. Becker has CONSISTENTLY answered my questions; listened to my concerns; asked me what I needed; & acted on it. Once he successfully administered a cortisone injection in my hip, even being willing to use ultrasound if I were worried about getting an ineffective injection (which happened twice w/ a past doctor). After each time Dr. Becker finished his evaluation of me & exited the room, a tech returned within 15 min with my work orders (limitations) & my next appointment time. Any Rx's have been filled in-house, saving me time I'd have to spend @ a pharmacy. If I were to make an IMPROVEMENT, it would be for the techs to speak w/ patients before making any future appointments. It makes no sense to randomly schedule an individual's date & time before first knowing his/her availability. Next month I will return for probably my last orthopaedic appointment thru Worker's Comp. Due to past hip issues, I have received treatment in at least three major orthopaedic facilities in two counties. This particular one got me in & out the quickest; has the friendliest front desk staff; has the shortest lobby waits; has been the most efficient handling paperwork; & provides helpful appointment reminders via text. FOR THOSE REASONS, DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT here. And do consider booking w/ Dr. Becker.

My surgical nurse explained every single action she did and why! She made sure that I was comfortable and warm before the anesthesia cut it. Recovery was fantastic as I was in a good deal of pain which the nurse addressed immediately and added some pain suppressant that would cut in later. Nick, who took care of me when I was there2 years ago, was still so sweet and gently escorted me out to leave the facility.
