After living with huge fibroid tumors for 10 years, Dr Goldman gave me my life back! I highly recommend him and all of his staff!

Obstetrics & Gynecology of Trinity - Dr. Nkem Nwosa joined the practice in November, 2014 and is accepting new patients!

While I haven't had my baby yet, I have been incredibly impressed with this place! Both of the doctors that practice here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and make themselves available. The staff is very attentive and efficient as well and always make me feel welcome. Facility is very nice and clean... and I've never had a long wait! Also, the office is a stone's throw from the hospital where I'll be delivering, so that is a huge bonus as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nwosa and Dr. Hoche for any soon-to-be mommies in the area!

Most women would understand this since these appointments are probably the most uncomfortable and personal appointments women must go to routinely. When Orange Blossom Women's Group tried to get my medical records from Obstetrics and Gynecology of Trinity, they got no response after a dozen faxes they sent. I had to call O&G of Trinity because there was something very important that needed to be done regarding my insurance before my next appointment. Amber answered the phone and was very evasive regarding me being able to obtain my medical records and the denial they had already received from my insurance company. I won't go into all the details and make this review longer than it needs to be, but the more questions I asked, the more I was stonewalled and her tone began to become rude. I can't believe women would treat another woman this way when all I am doing is staying with a doctor I feel comfortable with! You would think that would be a no brainer. I found out later that several other patients I know are having this same issue with getting their medical records from O&G of Trinity who have followed DR. REUT BARDACH! It's like they are trying to punish her for being able to start her own practice. You would think women would EMPOWER one another and be happy for her and her achievements! Her new practice and office is amazing! Staff and building alike! They had to work around the issue at hand and finally got my issue with my insurance company resolved WITHOUT the medical records we were denied from O&G of Trinity! I think it's just awful to punish patients because they're having an issue with a doctor starting her own practice and I will make sure I let all my friends know about DR. REUT BARDACH and Orange Blossom Women's Group! They have treated me like I matter, unlike Obstetrics and Gynecology of Trinity!!! If I could give ZERO stars on this review, I would.

This was my first time at this location, which wasn't too far away but I had the same experience here as the other locations. Friendly and courteous staff at the front desk with a short wait until I was taken into- the room. Even in the room my wait was very brief until the doctor came in. I also saw a new doctor during this visit but it was just the same as my regular doctors, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and speedy with my process.

I had my first birth with this practice 2 years earlier, so I was a returning patient. They told me the earliest available appointment was at my 9 week mark. I was not upset about it and accepted the appointment for 9:45am 8/5/24. a couple of hours before my appointment I received a voicemail that the practice would be closed until noon due to a storm in the area and they would contact me to reschedule. They called a few minutes after noon on 8/5/24 and told me their earlier availability to reschedule me was 8/20/24...when I would be 11.5 weeks pregnant. I was very upset and said that was not acceptable, they needed to find a way to get me in earlier and I wanted to speak to the manager. They said they couldn't get ahold of the manager but magically fit me in on 8/9/24 at 10:45am. I received a confirmation text message and checked that my patient portal matched. It did. On 8/9/24 we arrived at 10:30am ready for our 8 week ubltrasound when I was 9.5 weeks pregnant. Upon stating my name and appointment time the receptionist said "Uh oh" and that my appointment was rescheduled for 8:30am that morning. I presented her with my confirmation text message confirming 10:45am. She tried for 5 minutes to reach the women who was supposed to reschedule me and eventually presented me with a printed piece of paper trying to prove they had called me. I had no missed call or voicemail, no text message, no email, and no one had called me that morning to say I had missed an appointment. After telling her I was going to report her she "fit me in" for an ultrasound that day but wouldn't let me see a doctor until next week. This is absolutely atrocious behavior and has completely ruined what should have been a happy moment for our family. I am appalled by the front office staff at 9332 State Road, Trinity, FL.

While I cannot speak to Dr. Wanda Torres' medical expertise, I can say that her clinic, Suncoast…read moreWoman's Care, is one of the most unprofessional and disorganized practices I have ever encountered. As a newly pregnant patient (and new to the area), I called to schedule an appointment and was met with disrespect, disorganization, and a shocking lack of empathy from her staff. The receptionist, Anna, informed me the next available appointment was 10+ weeks out (May 22nd, 2025). When I asked if I could book this appointment, she abruptly stated they couldn't see me at that time because I'd be "too far along" by then. Her only suggestion was for me to find a different OBGYN provider in the area, no waitlist option, no alternatives. She even admitted that established patients are currently being sent to the ER for concerns instead of being seen by the practice because they are so overbooked, with over 50+ new patients on a cancellation list they likely won't be able to accommodate. Things worsened when I was unexpectedly transferred to Jamie, who was immediately defensive, aggressive, and dismissive. She interrupted me repeatedly and berated me for simply asking about my options. When I mentioned that Anna wouldn't even let me book the May 22nd appointment to transfer care from my current provider, Jamie initially said this could be an option but then instantly retracted when I expressed willingness to comply with her requests. She demanded ALL my medical records upfront, claiming they might not accept me even if I provided them (I assured her I had no issue with this and had them ready to go). Jamie then stated that by May 22nd, I might be "too high-risk," and their practice isn't equipped to handle high-risk pregnancies, something Anna never mentioned. Jamie made a hypothetical diagnosis, claiming I might be "too high-risk" by then, despite none of their providers ever seeing me to confirm this or me mentioning anything that would indicate I was. As far as I know, I'm perfectly healthy and experiencing my first pregnancy. This kind of speculative and alarming statement is the last thing a newly pregnant woman wants to hear. This sudden shift felt like an excuse to dismiss me rather than a genuine attempt to help. Jamie's unprofessional behavior was so appalling that my partner, who witnessed the call, was shocked and nearly took the phone from me. As the overseeing physician, Dr. Torres bears responsibility for how her team treats patients. The lack of basic decency and compassion from her staff is unacceptable, especially for a practice serving pregnant women and claiming to accept new patients. I've decided to stay with my current provider, even if it means driving 1.5 hours, to avoid the stress and mistreatment I experienced here. If you're new to the area and considering this practice, proceed with caution. There are far better, more compassionate clinic teams out there, ones that won't make you cry the day after you find out you're pregnant.
