Overbooked appts. Waited over an hour. They seem to only care about billing multiple patients insurances and not the actual patient.

Obstetrics & Gynecology of Trinity - Dr. Nkem Nwosa joined the practice in November, 2014 and is accepting new patients!

I found out I was pregnant this summer, and did not have a current OB. I stumbled across this…read moreplace online, saw that it was nearby and took my insurance, so I made an appointment. While I haven't had my baby yet, I have been incredibly impressed with this place! Both of the doctors that practice here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and make themselves available. The staff is very attentive and efficient as well and always make me feel welcome. Facility is very nice and clean... and I've never had a long wait! Also, the office is a stone's throw from the hospital where I'll be delivering, so that is a huge bonus as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nwosa and Dr. Hoche for any soon-to-be mommies in the area!

I was a patient here with DR. REUT BARDACH and she is a wonderful OBGYN…read more When she decided to open her own practice, Orange Blossom Women's Group, I decided to follow. Most women would understand this since these appointments are probably the most uncomfortable and personal appointments women must go to routinely. When Orange Blossom Women's Group tried to get my medical records from Obstetrics and Gynecology of Trinity, they got no response after a dozen faxes they sent. I had to call O&G of Trinity because there was something very important that needed to be done regarding my insurance before my next appointment. Amber answered the phone and was very evasive regarding me being able to obtain my medical records and the denial they had already received from my insurance company. I won't go into all the details and make this review longer than it needs to be, but the more questions I asked, the more I was stonewalled and her tone began to become rude. I can't believe women would treat another woman this way when all I am doing is staying with a doctor I feel comfortable with! You would think that would be a no brainer. I found out later that several other patients I know are having this same issue with getting their medical records from O&G of Trinity who have followed DR. REUT BARDACH! It's like they are trying to punish her for being able to start her own practice. You would think women would EMPOWER one another and be happy for her and her achievements! Her new practice and office is amazing! Staff and building alike! They had to work around the issue at hand and finally got my issue with my insurance company resolved WITHOUT the medical records we were denied from O&G of Trinity! I think it's just awful to punish patients because they're having an issue with a doctor starting her own practice and I will make sure I let all my friends know about DR. REUT BARDACH and Orange Blossom Women's Group! They have treated me like I matter, unlike Obstetrics and Gynecology of Trinity!!! If I could give ZERO stars on this review, I would.

I love that my doctor's office has several locations that are still close by. As the doctors are…read morelocated at several different locations, you have the ability to drive a little further away to cut down the wait when making an appointment. This was my first time at this location, which wasn't too far away but I had the same experience here as the other locations. Friendly and courteous staff at the front desk with a short wait until I was taken into- the room. Even in the room my wait was very brief until the doctor came in. I also saw a new doctor during this visit but it was just the same as my regular doctors, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and speedy with my process.

I felt confident under their care and enjoyed working with both of them. When Dr Hill determined that I would need an outpatient surgical procedure, the scheduler, Susan, didn't call to set up the procedure until more than 6 business days later after regular business hours. During the week I waited for the scheduler to call, I left two voice mail messages in her mailbox asking for a callback By the fifth day with no response, I reached out to my BayCare PCP. Upon my request, the PCP referred me to Moffitt Cancer Center. Less than one hour later, Moffitt set me up as a new patient and scheduled a consultation with a GYN. Though this means a second GYN consultation for me vs the next step of getting the necessary procedure done, I feel as if the schedulers at Moffitt have a better sense of urgency, a stronger business acumen, and a higher level of commitment to serving patients in a timely manner. I had no prior experience with Moffitt, yet they rolled out the red carpet and used kid gloves from the moment we connected to help a person in need.

Great doctor great staff good office went for my annual great experience will definitely recommendread more

I reached out to Dr Torres' office in July Seeking…read moreinformation on hormone replacement therapy. I spent some time on the phone with her husband Javier. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining services that could be offered as well as her hands-on approach. My appointment was in mid September located in Trinity. It was quite a wait from July & not close to me. I understood this would require me to have more financial responsibility and redo labs which had recently been done. Based on my conversation, I decided it was worthwhile to wait. I wanted a provider that was knowledgeable. I was convinced she would be it. Finally my appointment day arrived months later! I left my house in oldsmar at approximately 9:07 for a 10:00 a.m. appointment. It appeared the practice was about 25 to 30 minutes away from my house. I utilized the waze application for driving since I don't live in Trinity. Unfortunately it took me to an area that was 2 mi away (near a 7-Eleven and another medical complex). I drove around for at least 10 minutes trying to locate the practice before calling at 10:43. I was a bit lost. The lady on the phone was super kind and said don't worry we've got you. She also explained where they're located inside of an area with a BayCare sign. I utilized Google maps and was able to arrive at 10:03 for a 10:00 appointment. All of my initial paperwork had been done online weeks ahead and the practice had all of my past notes prior to my arrival. The lady at the front desk stated since I was 3 minutes late she would have to ask the doctor for permission. She came back after a few minutes and stated they could reschedule me for the earliest in November. She stated the doctor made the final decision & there was nothing she could do there was no way they could fit me in any longer. I understand the practice perspective the last thing I wanted to do was push her behind on patients which is why I was willing to wait longer that day. This appointment was important to me. From a patient perspective,I literally had waited since July for this appointment in September. Being told that I would need to wait till November was unacceptable. I'm incredibly disappointed with the customer service at this practice. I would hope anyone doing business with Dr Torres' extend her the same level of professionalism.
