Their office is spotless and as you'll see in the picture, the decor is white and there's a beautiful handmade tree trunk that climbs up the wall and on the ceiling are bougainvillea flowers. It's quite attractive and very calming and peaceful when you walk in. The staff is always very nice. Very helpful. The quality of care that you get is top-of-the-line. The type of care is OB/GYN or gynecology and other things in between the female anatomy. Dr. K is very friendly. She answers all your questions and she make sure that you're satisfied with all your questions that you may have and she make sure that you understand the answers before you leave. Sometimes they run a little bit behind, but that's to be expected because she's extremely good at her job and women wait to see her. So if you're in the market for an OB/GYN or a gynecologist give Dr. K a try. While I haven't had my baby yet, I have been incredibly impressed with this place! Both of the doctors that practice here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and make themselves available. The staff is very attentive and efficient as well and always make me feel welcome. Facility is very nice and clean... and I've never had a long wait! Also, the office is a stone's throw from the hospital where I'll be delivering, so that is a huge bonus as well. Most women would understand this since these appointments are probably the most uncomfortable and personal appointments women must go to routinely. When Orange Blossom Women's Group tried to get my medical records from Obstetrics and Gynecology of Trinity, they got no response after a dozen faxes they sent. I had to call O&G of Trinity because there was something very important that needed to be done regarding my insurance before my next appointment. Amber answered the phone and was very evasive regarding me being able to obtain my medical records and the denial they had already received from my insurance company. I won't go into all the details and make this review longer than it needs to be, but the more questions I asked, the more I was stonewalled and her tone began to become rude. I can't believe women would treat another woman this way when all I am doing is staying with a doctor I feel comfortable with! You would think that would be a no brainer. I found out later that several other patients I know are having this same issue with getting their medical records from O&G of Trinity who have followed DR. REUT BARDACH! It's like they are trying to punish her for being able to start her own practice. You would think women would EMPOWER one another and be happy for her and her achievements! When Dr Hill determined that I would need an outpatient surgical procedure, the scheduler, Susan, didn't call to set up the procedure until more than 6 business days later after regular business hours. During the week I waited for the scheduler to call, I left two voice mail messages in her mailbox asking for a callback By the fifth day with no response, I reached out to my BayCare PCP. Upon my request, the PCP referred me to Moffitt Cancer Center. Less than one hour later, Moffitt set me up as a new patient and scheduled a consultation with a GYN. Though this means a second GYN consultation for me vs the next step of getting the necessary procedure done, I feel as if the schedulers at Moffitt have a better sense of urgency, a stronger business acumen, and a higher level of commitment to serving patients in a timely manner. I had no prior experience with Moffitt, yet they rolled out the red carpet and used kid gloves from the moment we connected to help a person in need.

When we called Baycare they were booked out 2 months. My wife called to let the office know, and to see if they could help at all. They said they could not and we just have to find a place. That is fine, but apparently the woman who answered was extremely flippant. We were able to find an independent imaging agency for the next day. The results came back that the lump is a 95% chance for being malignant. My wife called and said she would like to book a follow up appointment to discuss the results. The woman on the phone responded with, "Why would you want to do that"? My wife said excuse me? The reply was if you know it says that then why do you want to come back in? First of all my wife is terrified. Second of all she received the results of the test, but expected the doctors to weigh in and discuss next steps. This is a hugely inconsiderate and unprofessional response from whoever is answering the phone at a women's clinic. After reading the rest of the reviews I am not surprised. My advice is that no one should ever come back here again. They don't really seem to care about their patients at all or providing any kind of decent patient support.
