I have been with Dr. Crall for about 2.5 years now... he is a caring, and helpful doctor. Excellent communications... he even has on online portal and is very responsive to messages sent to him that way. You can also schedule appointments and view medical records online. He does not use insurance, and has a monthly membership type of practice... but provides excellent care for less than what most insurance would cost anyway... as long as you don't need expensive procedures. And even then... he knowa where to go to get the lowest prices on self-pay cash-pay procedures. I have recommended several people to him, and they really like him too! Highly Recommended!

Dr. Crall is that plus he really takes his time to understand every aspect of his patient's health and is extremely thorough, all while, unlike other Drs, not in a "I'm in a hurry but have to pretend like I'm not and have to listen to your long-winded explanation" fake sort of way. Those extras, combined with his staff, especially Kara, blow my old Dr. and his staff out of the water! Wonderful service, can't recommend them enough. Not only found a diamond in the rough, I believe I found the Hope Diamond.

Hello, my name is Yaqueline Ventosa, I'm writing a complaint against my doctor Samantha Lindsay, I…read morehave been seeing my doctor for about three years, for the past two years my mainly problem has been depression do to the death of my daughter, at the beginning I have hope that she would help me, that's what doctors suppose to do, but very quickly I realize that I was wrong, the medication that she prescribed me didn't work, and I made her aware of that, she changed my medication but let me know that, if this medication doesn't work, she didn't know what to do with me!!, and did not work, not only that I was getting worse, I felt that it was no help for me, because until today I have her comment stock in my head, I tried to be positive and made another appointment, this time she presented me with a paper that said, she's charging an extra $200 dollars a year, "because according to her she's loosing a lot of money ",if I want to see her "right at the beginning of the Coronavirus "if I didn't pay her the fee, I will be left with the nurse practitioner, which is only at the office Monday and Wednesday, I call for an appointment on Wednesday and I have to wait until Monday because I'm not part of her concierge, "that's what they called it, I went to the appointment with the same problem plus other ones and this time after the nurse practitioner ask me, if I think about killing myself? The answer was yes, all the time, she told my doctor Samantha Lindsay and she didn't go to my room because I didn't pay the $200 dollars fee, at that moment I realized how much my life was worth to her, "$200 dollars" I don't understand how people can be so cruel, specifically a doctor, I have been seeking for help for 2 years and nobody since to care, I writing this, because maybe I can make a difference for somebody like me, because maybe I can save somebody's life, even though I wasn't able to save my on, people like me are alone, they make you believe that there's help out there, but there isn't, I'm so tired to reach out for help, that I'm finally giving up, maybe the person who reads this complaint do something about it, but at least I left a message, my massage is, YES WE ARE ALONE ,thank you for reading this, thank you for listening.

PLEASE READ before choosing this clinic!…read more I'm sharing our experience at this walk-in clinic to save other parents the stress and potential danger we faced. My child was seen by Brittany Ortiz, NP, on January 31st, and the lack of professionalism and medical accuracy was deeply concerning. Hygiene Issues: I had to personally ask the NP to put on gloves before she touched my child's open wound--a basic safety protocol that should never be overlooked. Medical Negligence: My child was prescribed respiratory medication for a skin condition. Because of this incorrect treatment, the condition worsened, leading us to the Emergency Room the next day. ER Intervention: The ER physician confirmed the original prescription would never have worked for my child's issue. They immediately started the correct treatment. Misinformation: I was told a recommended soap was "online only," yet I found it on local store shelves immediately after the appointment. As a parent, I trusted this clinic, but the care we received was unacceptable. Please be cautious if your child is scheduled with this provider.

The office staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Love that they get you in right on time for your appointment and the wait times are not long. They even have telepath appointments where you don't have to go to the office, merely FaceTime with the doctor. Dr. Sterk is absolutely AMAZING!! He is so patient and easy to talk to. He's dedicated to his patients and their healing. Dr. Sterk takes the time to listen to his patients and wants them to be healthy. He's worked with me in taking me completely off of my blood pressure meds. And ensuring I'm taking the proper vitamins for bone health, etc. I didn't even know that he's also an Osteopath who can manipulate the spine. I was in for my last appointment and woke up with a bad headache that morning. He took me back to a room that had a chiropractic type chair where he had me lay down and worked on my neck. After his manipulation to my neck, my headache was immediately gone! I absolutely appreciate him as my doctor and know that I'm in good hands with his care! I HIGHLY recommend him! If you look him up he literally has 5 star reviews from all patients! He's THAT awesome. He even does mission work in Guam and treats patients in Guam. https://provider.kareo.com/troy-sterk

My husband recently established care with this physician for a follow-up appointment, and…read moreunfortunately the experience left us uncomfortable and disappointed. When the doctor came to get my husband from the waiting room, he called his name and immediately turned and walked away without greeting us. There was no introduction or effort to create rapport. During the visit, he avoided eye contact when we asked questions and did not offer explanations when we raised reasonable concerns. His blood pressure was taken on his forearm, which we found unusual. When we mentioned that his reading had been significantly higher at another appointment earlier that same morning, the response was simply, "Oh," with no clarification or discussion. We also requested a referral for a mental health provider who could offer both counseling and medication management. The doctor stated he prefers to refer patients to a psychologist for therapy and then manage medication himself. When we asked about the possibility of seeing one provider for both services, he responded with comments about psychiatrists "overmedicating" patients, including an example of patients "drooling on themselves." The tone felt dismissive and defensive rather than informative. He emphasized that he has been practicing for 30 years and that this is how he does things. The overall visit lasted about 15 minutes. At checkout, the front desk interaction was similarly curt and unwelcoming. This was my husband's first experience establishing care with a primary care physician as an adult, and unfortunately it did not feel collaborative or patient-centered. We value clear communication and mutual respect in healthcare, and based on this experience, we have decided to seek care elsewhere.
