First of all you are always given her full attention.. no rushing or long waits. It is her and her two Nurse practitioners , so you never see an unfamiliar face at your visits (I love that). You can tell she truly cares and takes her time and REALLY listens when you see her . What I love is she also does female exams so no seeing a separate Doctor for that !!! I am comfortable with her and she always puts my nerves at ease. They always get me in when I need and they have a patient portal for convenience, I have never not got a response with questions or concerns ,they are always on top of it. When I moved away to Massachusetts for a year I wouldn't see another Doctor I would just see her when I was visiting home. I feel like I hit the lottery Doctor wise with her and her nurses. Thankfully I was told when Jennifer works. Most of them that work this location are great. There was only one floater PA that isn't any good , but she's a floater. Great service, they take their time with you and offer more than sick or monthly care. They have diet plan's, bloodwork , HRT and more. I recommend Atlantis.

WE TRAVEL 45 MINUTES IF ANY BODY IN MY FAMILY / IS HAVING AN EMERGENCY. The EMERGENCY ROOM is very well organized If you're admitted. The PEOPLE ARE SUPERIOR TO NONE! Ten . IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SOMEONE JUST TALK TO THEM. Call Hospital Administration that is available in all hospitals across the USA. "Don't forget if you go to the hospital or you're bringing someone you're NOT on your best behavior because you're not feeling well." Whether you're in emergency room or the main entrance, the Valet men that park your car also kind and respectful of your property. They don't charge you, But it's nice to give a tip. And then I ended up getting poked four times every single time. I was admitted two weeks ago for kidney stones. And anyone that's had that nose it's hell. The nurses were very very sweet as well as the cafeteria staff that came in personally delivered the food every meal. The doctors were very nice. I have nothing bad to say about them. I will say that the menu leaves much to be desired. When I was hospitalised 10 years ago, it was definitely a lot better. It was more gourmet style. I do wish they would make more options for vegetarians. Or at least make the meat meals with a NON MEAT OPTION. I know they are prepackaged but still.

But I was in the ER with pneumonia Friday, 4/7, and Dr. Burca's office called me Tuesday to ask how I was & to schedule a followup visit. THAT was impressive. Today (4/14) was that follow up, and she is extraordinary. She went over my tests and records from ER, and past records from my previous primary. She was thorough, intelligent, and kind. She recommended a pulmonologist for my prior lung issues, recommended a follow up in a month to be sure the pneumonia was gone, and changed my June appointment to a wellness check & physical. Meanwhile, she asked me to please call if I got worse or needed anything. SHE is impressive! Her office staff is friendly and efficient. Erin was the one who called me Tuesday and I met her today when I checked in. Shameeka took my vitals before I saw Dr. Burca. Tracy checked me out, making my future appointments and giving me paperwork for referral & tests. All three women were cordial and skillful.
